About the Role
We're building out the Customer Success Engineering team at Postman, and we need business-minded engineers who can solve real problems at scale. You will partner closely with Customer Success Managers and own the “How” of technical solutioning. This is a consultative role that requires both depth and versatility. This is no support role; you'll be the technical architect of Customer Success, turning complex and nuanced challenges into repeatable solutions that benefit our entire enterprise customer base.
As a CSE, you consult on the technical implementation path. When a customer needs to get from point A to point B, you figure out how to make it happen - whether that means architecting workflows within Postman, guiding integrations, or creating pragmatic workarounds when the product doesn't quite fit. A key part of this role is turning individual solutions into reusable assets that shorten time to value for future customers. We don’t believe in reinventing the wheel each time.
Success in this role requires a blend of technical expertise, systems thinking, and the ability to translate complex business objectives into actionable implementation steps.
What You’ll Do
- Value Acceleration at Scale: You'll unblock customers facing everything from basic setup issues to complex architectural challenges. However, your role isn’t just to fix individual problems – your goal is to identify patterns and build solutions that prevent those problems from happening again. When you solve for one customer, you're solving for hundreds.
- Technical Discovery and Solutioning: Partner with CSMs to understand the business objectives, then translate those into technical reality. This means deep technical discovery, understanding their entire stack, and designing implementation paths that actually work in production. No theoretical solutions – everything needs to be battle-tested and deployable.
- Collateral and Enablement: Build reusable assets such as technical guides, templates, scripts, or reference implementations that scale best practices across customers.
- Product Feedback Loop: Capture customer challenges, propose interim solutions, and document gaps to inform product roadmap discussions.
- Adaptive Problem Solving: When out of the box functionality is insufficient, design pragmatic solutions (workarounds, custom scripts, integrations, etc.) to help unblock and activate customers.
About You
You need 6-8+ years in a technical customer-facing role and a portfolio of “built things”.
Customer Success Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Technical Account Manager… the title doesn't matter as much as the hands-on technical work that solves real problems for customers.
You should have:
- Strong foundation in Computer Science or Engineering (degree or equivalent real-world experience)
- Experience with JavaScript and related technologies such as Node.js or TypeScript, or equivalent experience with other modern scripting languages
- Deep understanding of APIs, developer workflows, and modern DevOps practices
- Proven ability to scope ambiguous problems and deliver working solutions quickly

The Opportunity
We seek a Technical Support Engineer to join our team and deliver excellent service for a leading global SaaS company with millions of users. You will engage with customers, both technical and non-technical, on a personal level, across multiple support channels—including phone support. Familiarity with key languages like JavaScript, Node.js, and PHP is highly valued. What You’ll Do

- Achieving key metrics around CSAT, responsiveness, and # of iterations to a successful resolution

About You
- 2+ years of experience doing technical product support for a modern / SaaS product
- Previous experience with API Development / SaaS products

- Familiarity with software products in general, basics of networking, fundamentals of REST APIs, and how the web works

The Opportunity

Postman is seeking a Technical Trainer to bring energy, passion and skill to lead customer workshops and training for our enterprise customers both on-site and virtually. Our ideal candidate is someone who has extensive experience using Postman and has trained large organizations in the past. You will be responsible for leading ILT modules that support different user roles, industries and skill levels. The role will also manage ongoing design and delivery enhancements, always keeping the customer at the center.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver trainings that help customers understand how to use Postman effectively
- Develop training materials, such as demos and in-product exercises that help customers and internal teams understand how to use Postman at all levels.

Our customer base is growing faster than ever! We’re looking for experienced Enterprise Customer Success Managers to help us scale our UK business.
As a Customer Success Manager at Postman, you will be the driving force behind post-sale strategy and engagement across a portfolio of named Enterprise accounts. You’ll partner with your customers to co-create Joint Success Plans that outline key objectives, milestones, and success criteria. In partnership with our Solutions Architecture and Customer Education teams, you’ll curate and deliver a series of high-touch and one: Many enablement programs to help them solve critical problems, fast. What You'll Do
- Strategic Account Planning: Collaborate with customers to outline and execute Joint Success Plans; complete with clear objectives, milestones, owners, and success criteria. Partner with our Customer Education and Solution Architecture teams to deliver impactful workshops, consultations, and training sessions that help customers accelerate Time-to-Value.
- Proactive Portfolio Management: Regularly review customer data to identify emerging opportunities and risks. Engage with customers through regular check-ins, encouraging continuous engagement and utilization of the platform to its fullest potential.
- Impact Reviews & Best Practice Consultation: Capture success metrics and engage key decision-makers to communicate the value their organization is deriving from our platform. Develop and maintain product expertise, including best practices & overall industry trends. Help our customers identify and pursue new use cases to drive lasting success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with our Sales organization to expand use cases & uncover opportunities. Work with our Renewals team to ensure on-time contract renewals for annual customers. Equip our Product team with insights so they can reduce customer friction. Ensure our CRM is detailed and accurate.
About You
- Experienced Professional: 8+ years of experience in Customer Success managing large enterprise customers, preferably for companies in the development tooling space. Track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Consulting Acumen: Strong consulting skills. Demonstrated capability to develop thoughtful account plans that align with both customer objectives and company goals. Proficient in engaging senior stakeholders to influence requirements, use cases, and strategy.
- Project Management Skills: Experience leading cross-functional projects, demonstrating the ability to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, along with a knack for building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. This includes the capacity to listen actively, empathize, and engage with diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving & Adaptability: Skilled at problem-solving, decision-making, and ability to navigate challenging situations professionally. Quick learner; comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Open to experimenting with new strategies and tools to achieve Customer Success goals.

- Technical Discovery and Solutioning: Partner with CSMs to understand the business objectives, then translate those into technical reality. This means deep technical discovery, understanding their entire stack, and designing implementation paths that actually work in production. No theoretical solutions – everything needs to be battle-tested and deployable.
- Collateral and Enablement: Build reusable assets such as technical guides, templates, scripts, or reference implementations that scale best practices across customers.

About You

You should have:

The Opportunity
We seek a Technical Support Engineer to join our team and deliver excellent service for a leading global SaaS company with millions of users. You will engage with customers, both technical and non-technical, on a personal level, across multiple support channels—including phone support. About You
- 2+ years of experience doing technical product support for a modern / SaaS product

- Familiarity with software products in general, basics of networking, fundamentals of REST APIs, and how the web works
- Able to work asynchronously with a globally-distributed team
- Familiarity with support platforms like Jira, Github, and Confluence
- Comfortable providing customer support over the phone, including explaining technical concepts live, guiding troubleshooting steps, and maintaining a calm, structured approach during high-urgency issues
