Role Description:

As an Applied AI Engineer at ShipBob, you will lead the shift from manual workflows to autonomous operations. You won’t just be building chatbots; you will be architecting agentic systems that reason, use tools, and execute complex business logic independently.

This is an "AI-First" engineering role where you will embed directly with business teams to map out operational friction and rapidly deploy end-to-end agentic solutions. From designing multi-agent orchestrations to building the "glue" code that connects LLMs to our core logistics APIs, you will be responsible for operationalizing AI at scale. We are looking for a high-agency builder who thrives in ambiguity and is obsessed with the transition from "software that waits for input" to "agents that take action."

What you’ll do:

• Architect Agentic Workflows: Design and implement autonomous agents capable of handling multi-step reasoning, tool-calling, and error recovery.
• Operational Discovery: Embed with logistics and support teams to identify high-impact opportunities for agentic intervention.
• End-to-End Ownership: Own the entire agent lifecycle: Discovery → Agent Architecture → Prompt Engineering/Fine-tuning → Hardening → Production Deployment.
• Build for Reliability: Develop robust guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and logging systems to ensure agents perform predictably in a high-stakes supply chain environment.
• Contribute to the "Agent Hub": Document and publish reusable agent modules and toolsets to accelerate AI enablement across the entire organization.
• Rapid Iteration: Bridge the gap between "cool demo" and "production tool" by shipping small, gathering feedback from domain experts, and iterating fast.

Salary Range ($200,000 - $250,000)

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The Role

You'll own the full technical lifecycle of customer AI agent deployments, from first integration to live monitoring, working at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer outcomes. This role is for engineers who use AI to compress timelines, ship higher-quality work, and want their impact felt immediately, not six months from now.

You might be this person if:

• You think in systems — inputs, outputs, failure modes — and you naturally ask "what happens when this breaks?" before anyone else does
• You've debugged something live, under pressure, with a customer watching, and you didn't flinch
• You use AI tools daily to prototype, debug, and iterate, and you've figured out how to get 10x the output without cutting corners on quality
• You read a system prompt the way a compiler reads code, spotting logic gaps, unintended behaviors, and edge cases others miss
• You've built something end-to-end, frontend to backend to deployment, and you're proud of how it actually held up
• You learn fastest by building, not by reading docs, and you've shipped something with a new API within days of touching it for the first time
• You care about what the customer actually experiences, not just whether the tests pass

You need to have:

• 2-3 years of hands-on software engineering experience in full-stack or backend development
• Strong Python proficiency and the ability to write clean, maintainable code under real-world constraints
• Practical experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript on the frontend, plus backend frameworks like Node.js, Django, or Express
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude) or agent frameworks such as LangChain
• Familiarity with RAG pipelines, knowledge base integration, and cloud deployment platforms (e.g., AWS Lambda, Vercel, GCP Cloud Functions)

What you'll actually do:

• Deploy production-grade AI agents tailored to each customer's environment, owning setup, configuration, and go-live
• Tune system prompts and agent behaviors against real-world use cases, using AI-assisted workflows to move from hypothesis to working solution faster than a traditional dev cycle allows
• Prototype and ship fast, leveraging agentic coding tools to build agent interfaces, dashboards, and backend integrations with Next.js, React, and modern APIs
• Integrate RAG pipelines and knowledge bases that give agents the context they need to perform
• Monitor live deployments with logging, metrics, and observability so issues surface before customers notice them
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed PMs, core product, and design to turn customer needs into working solutions, often building a prototype before the meeting ends
• Lead technical demos, document implementation decisions, and maintain architecture diagrams that actually reflect reality

Pay Transparency

For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location.  To determine our ranges, we utilize a variety of compensation data benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies.   A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000 .  This range is specific to the San Francisco Bay market.  We consider several factors when making final compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs which may cause your specific offer to vary from the amount listed above.

About the Role

Most marketing teams are bolting AI onto a content process built for 2018. We're building one for 2026. 

The first is to produce excellent content and drive organic growth. You're an SEO expert across keyword research, on-page, technical, content clusters, and measurement, and you're hungry to figure out GEO, because nobody's a GEO expert yet and the playbook is being written in real time. Own the strategy and the execution that make Delight.ai discoverable wherever buyers and LLMs research: Google, Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude, Reddit, the podcast feeds CX leaders actually listen to. SEO and GEO aren't checklists you run after the writing is done. They shape what gets written and how. The output is long-form posts, narratives, technical explainers, podcast prep, the occasional Reddit thread that earns its own citation. The bar is high. Your work has to hold up in front of CX leaders running real programs at airlines, retailers, and B2B SaaS companies, and in front of our own product and engineering teams. Sloppy generalities won't survive either audience, and they won't earn citations either.

The second is to build the engine that lets a small team produce work like that at volume. Pipelines, agents, prompt libraries, retrieval layers, schemas, design systems. The connective tissue that turns one writer into a content function. Delight.ai is an AI concierge platform, and our marketing should look like it was made by people who actually believe in the technology they sell. We have the tokens. Use them.

You will join a small, high-agency team at the intersection of product, marketing, and web. We publish for a world where buyers and LLMs decide who gets considered before a sales conversation ever happens — and we're building Delight.ai for that same world. This role reports to the Head of Product Marketing.

Content is an engineering discipline here. We hold quality bars, build reusable components, and design systems that let us iterate fast. The best people on this team have mastered the craft by hand. They can write a great post from a blank page, and they use AI to multiply what one person can ship.

You'll work in a stack that may include Claude, Claude Code, and other LLM-native tools for research, and building the agents that orchestrate our content workflows end-to-end. Some of the best workflows on our team started as someone's side project.

What You Will Do

• Ship excellent content. Posts, narratives, and explainers about Delight.ai's AI concierge platform, our memory and personalization, omnichannel, and Trust OS pillars, and the CX workflows they unlock. Long-form is the core, but the engine reaches into podcast prep and pitching, Reddit and community participation, and wherever else buyers and LLMs go to form opinions.
• Build the content engine that helps the team move faster and stay sharper:
• Create repeatable, AI-augmented pipelines for drafting, expert review, publishing, and updates
• Build agents and workflows that support the content development process end-to-end
• Design the AEO/GEO foundation — schema, structured outlines, citation-ready formats — that makes Delight.ai discoverable across Google, Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude, and whatever comes next
• Be customer zero. Use our agents, our flows, our dashboards. Find what's confusing. Push on what doesn't hold up. Your content will read like you've actually deployed AI concierge agents because you have.
• Stay close to the market. Our product, the CX industry, and the way buyers and the models that serve them evaluate vendors are all moving fast. Keep up.
• Close the loop. Track what's working from content to traffic to pipeline across every surface, including which podcast appearances and community conversations actually move pipeline. Learn what humans and models pick up. Iterate.

About You

• 5+ years writing long-form for a living in content marketing, technical writing, developer advocacy, or something close. Show us work that moved something: pipeline, perception, search rankings, or all three.
• Deep SEO expertise. Years of doing the work: keyword research, technical SEO, on-page, content strategy, measurement. You can spec a content cluster, audit a site, and explain why a page isn't ranking without opening a single tool.
• Curious and opinionated about GEO. Nobody's an expert yet. You've been paying attention, you have early hypotheses about what works, and you want to be one of the people who figures it out. Not someone who waits for a best-practices guide to drop.
• Hands-on with AI tools, agents, or automation. You've deployed things, not just written about them, and you can talk through the tradeoffs you made.
• You can collaborate deeply with product and engineering, ask sharp questions, and earn trust through accuracy
• You learn quickly and can turn new domains (a new vertical, a new product capability, a new channel) into clear, comprehensive explanations
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment with high agency and strong ownership
• You have strong opinions about which AI tools work best for what, and a library of custom prompts to back them up

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Agentic Engineering to architect and ship autonomous systems that transform the software development lifecycle at Noom.

We are building a future where every step of product development, from ideation and prototyping to testing, deployment, and monitoring, is driven by intelligent, autonomous agents. This is not a theoretical exercise. This is a hands-on engineering role where you will design, build, and productionize agent-powered workflows that reshape how software gets made.

As a senior engineer embedded within Engineering and reporting to the CTO, you will operate at the intersection of LLM orchestration, developer tooling, and production infrastructure, turning manual, human-gated processes into reliable, observable, and autonomous pipelines.

You Will

• Architect and implement agent-driven systems that translate product requirements into executable specifications, generate code scaffolds, and produce working prototypes with minimal human intervention
• Design and build multi-agent coordination systems and custom orchestration layers to support complex development workflows
• Develop robust agent observability infrastructure, including telemetry, logging, evaluation pipelines, and failure-mode handling
• Productionize LLM-powered workflows using providers such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and open-source models
• Build and integrate with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins) and infrastructure-as-code tooling (Terraform, Pulumi)
• Implement evaluation frameworks for LLM outputs, including automated evaluations, regression detection, and human-in-the-loop review
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product engineering, platform/infrastructure, and data science teams in small, high-autonomy squads
• Continuously evaluate emerging models, agent frameworks, and AI-native developer tools to evolve Noom’s agentic ecosystem

About You

You have shipped agentic systems to production, not just demos or prototypes, and understand the gap between a working notebook and a reliable, observable production agent. You think in systems, not scripts, designing for failure modes, observability, human escalation paths, and graceful degradation. You’re opinionated about a future software development lifecycle powered by agentic systems and are willing to lean into that future. You stay current with the rapidly evolving AI and agent ecosystem and can quickly evaluate new models, frameworks, and emerging patterns.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on development in languages such as Java, Python, Kotlin, and TypeScript

The base salary range for this position is $165,000 - $195,000. Actual compensation is determined by job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

We are hiring an entrepreneurial Engineering Manager to lead Qualia's Application Security team. This is a builder's role. You won't just run a team - you'll redesign how a modern AppSec function operates when AI can do the first pass on nearly everything we used to do by hand.

The team today owns secure design reviews, vulnerability triage, internal penetration testing, incident response support, and security tooling across a JavaScript/NodeJS and Kubernetes stack. Your mandate is to scale that surface area vertically - growing output and coverage per engineer - by making AI-assisted workflows the default. That means automated pen testing pipelines, AI-driven triage of findings from SAST/DAST/SCA, agentic review of engineering proposals and design docs, and continuous red-teaming exercises that test both our systems and our assumptions.

You'll partner closely with Platform, Infra, and product engineering leaders to embed security earlier in the development lifecycle, and you'll be the team's voice when we set the security vision for the next two years - including anomaly detection across production traffic, model-driven threat hunting, and how we defend against (and responsibly use) AI-enabled attackers.

Securing that platform - the money, the identities, and the documents flowing through it - is what the Application Security team does every day. We're hiring an Engineering Manager to lead this team into its next chapter: one where AI is a force multiplier for every part of our security program.

The team owns and produces signals that describe what Reddit content is about, how brand safe and suitable it is, and what users are trying to accomplish in commercial conversations. ACU is responsible for:

• The Knowledge Graph (entities, brands, products, and relationships across Reddit and external sources).

About the team/role

We’re hiring an ML Engineer (P2) to build and ship the AI systems that power Checkr’s core products. This role sits on the ML team inside Checkr’s Data & ML organization within Engineering.

Checkr runs millions of background checks a year. The ML team builds the systems that make those checks faster, more accurate, and cheaper to operate: document processing, charge classification, entity resolution, and in-product intelligence. These are production services that Product Engineering depends on daily.

This is not a research role or a notebook role. You’ll own ML services end-to-end: design them, code them, deploy them, monitor them. We need someone who writes production software, builds with LLMs and APIs as first-class tools, and can tell the difference between working code and AI slop. If you’ve spent the last few years building AI-native software and you care deeply about engineering craft, we want to talk.

This role sits in the central Data & ML team within the Engineering organization. You will partner daily with Product Engineering, Product, and cross-functional teams. Position Summary 

The AI Implementation Lead is the Data Team's hands-on builder, deploying AI solutions where Data Team work meets the business. The ideas are coming faster than the implementation; this role exists to close that gap. The work spans agents, plug-ins, applications, integrations, and whatever form the use case calls for. You will scale IEM's existing AI-native infrastructure (Claude Code in daily use, multiple local MCP servers wired to production data systems, an internal multi-agent portfolio across analytics and operations, and an established AI-assisted development culture) from a director-led prototype into a Data Team production platform. This role works in coordination with IEM's Enterprise AI team, which sets enterprise AI strategy and policy; the AI Implementation Lead applies that framework to the solutions you build rather than authoring it. This is the first dedicated AI engineer on the Data Team, offered with track flexibility as either a principal individual contributor or a hands-on people leader managing 2 to 4 engineers as the function scales. 

Ideal Candidate Profile 

You have 5+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on AI and agentic system development. You have built agents, plug-ins, or AI applications that real organizations have used, not coursework or POCs. You think first about the use case and the user, then about the system, then about the model. You write production code yourself and pride yourself on building solutions that actually get adopted. You partner naturally with non-technical stakeholders, translating fuzzy AI ideas into deployed solutions and surfacing the questions behind the questions. As our first Product Security Engineer, you will sit at the intersection of Security and Software Engineering. You will be a "Security Builder": embedded within our engineering teams with the autonomy needed to build the automation, tools, and workflows that make security a seamless part of the software development lifecycle.

As a Senior Software Engineer on the API & MCP Platform team, you'll be at the forefront of building and scaling ZoomInfo's API infrastructure that handles millions of API calls weekly and powers integrations across our platform. You'll work with Java and NestJS to develop robust, secure, and high-performance API services that enable seamless connectivity for our customers and partners.

You'll design and implement scalable API architectures, establish best practices for API security and authentication, and build infrastructure that enables partners and customers to leverage ZoomInfo's data at scale. Your expertise in API design, OAuth 2.0, and emerging technologies like Model Context Protocol (MCP) will be essential in creating world-class developer experiences.

What you will do :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Java and NestJS framework
• Build APIs that power company and contact data enrichment, search, and intelligence capabilities
• Architect and implement secure authentication and authorization systems using OAuth 2.0
• Build high-performance API gateways with advanced rate limiting, throttling, and quota management

What you bring:

The Opportunity:

Grafana's Revenue Operations organization is looking for a Staff AI Engineer to own the AI agent infrastructure and automation platform that powers our GTM teams. You'll build multi-agent architectures, LLM integrations, and backend services that connect AI models to internal and third-party data platforms. You'll ship production systems that teams depend on daily. 

This is a high-autonomy role where you own the technical direction. You'll identify the highest-leverage problems across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing and Finance, design the solutions, and ship them. You'll define the technical direction for the automation platform—data models, API contracts, shared libraries, reference architectures—and partner with Data Engineering, GTM Systems, Field Operations, and GTM leadership to build scalable, self-service automation that eliminates manual work and drives operational efficiency. This role sits within the GTM Systems team and you will work closely with the Field Operations team and the System Administrators within GTM Systems.

What You'll Be Doing

Agentic Systems & AI Infrastructure

• Own end-to-end development of multi-agent AI systems, from architecture and implementation through testing, deployment, and ongoing operation
• Build modular, composable agentic systems using orchestration frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, Anthropic MCP, or similar) that operate 24/7 across teams
• Develop reusable agentic skills that agents invoke across interfaces (Slack, dashboards, internal apps, CLIs)
• Implement observability and feedback loops including logging, performance metrics, prompt iteration, model evaluation, and cost management
• Establish governance and compliance standards for AI workflows including access controls, audit trails, PII handling, and human-in-the-loop escalation paths

Systems Integration & Backend Services

• Build MCP servers, APIs, CLIs, and microservices connecting AI models to business systems (BigQuery, Slack, Salesforce, email, calendars, analytics tools)
• Architect data flows for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), connecting LLMs to internal knowledge bases, customer data, and real-time business context
• Build serverless or containerized services (GCP Cloud Functions, Cloud Run) that scale with usage and integrate with Grafana's cloud infrastructure

Automation & Workflow Enablement

• Partner with RevOps, and Finance to build solutions with measurable business outcomes
• Design and deploy workflows using orchestration tools (n8n, Workato, or custom platforms) with CI/CD, testing, and production reliability standards
• Build systems designed for self-service with documentation, playbooks, and enablement materials that let partner teams operate independently

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with depth in backend development, systems integration, or data/analytics engineering
• 2+ years hands-on experience applying LLMs/AI to production workflows, not just prototypes
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/Node.js with Git-based workflows, code review practices, and testing discipline
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks and patterns including prompt engineering, RAG, function calling/tool use, structured output parsing, and evaluation
• Experience building and operating multi-agent systems at scale including agent decomposition, orchestration patterns (sequential chains, router/dispatcher, parallel fan-out), state management, and production monitoring

Compensation & Rewards:

In the United States, the base compensation range for this role is $174,986 - $209,983. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success.
