Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional and experienced Senior Content Operations team member, a role for someone who shares our passion and obsession with quality. You will be a core member of our Product and Engineering team dedicated to helping our clients replace time-consuming, manual processes to achieve informed, real-time decisions about government markets, competitors, and agency relationships. The ideal candidate is a hands-on analyst with large dataset experience. You must also possess strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally across internal teams and with Govini platform Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

You will support the Content Analyst Manager in overseeing two offshore teams across split shifts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, fast-turn validation and QA. This role involves assisting with day-to-day team management, workload prioritization, and performance support while maintaining high-confidence accuracy across every data point. You will own feedback loops and process improvements—leveraging technical skills to reduce rework, improve scalability, and strengthen overall execution—while reporting progress, risks, and outcomes directly to the Content Analyst Manager.

This role is a full-time position located out of our office in Pittsburgh, PA.

This role may require up to 10% travel

Scope of Responsibilities

The Senior Team member you will manage and provide leadership for two offshore teams, overseeing daily workflow, assignments, prioritization, throughput, and SLA delivery. This includes consistent coaching (calibrations, feedback, 1:1s/lead check-ins) to maintain morale and accountability across different cultures and hours, as well as escalating risks, resourcing gaps, and performance concerns to the Content Analyst Manager.

The role also involves overseeing manual QA and validation, especially for high-volume checks with quick turnaround. Key responsibilities include triaging requests, prioritizing workloads, meeting SLAs, establishing feedback loops to reduce errors and improve accuracy, and documenting issues and resolutions to enhance future execution. Daily/weekly status updates on volume, trends, and blockers are required.

Further responsibilities encompass maintaining and improving SOPs, QA guidelines, and validation standards; tracking key performance metrics and risks; leading calibration and review routines; and supporting performance coaching and skill development.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

3+ years of experience in content operations, data operations, research operations, data QA/validation, or similar roles supporting structured data workflows
1–3+ years experience leading analysts or data QA teams (including offshore and/or shift-based coverage preferred)
Proven ability to manage high-volume validation work with tight SLAs, competing priorities, and frequent context switching
SQL and Python experience
Experience working with structured datasets, logs, and validation outputs to identify root causes and reduce rework
Familiarity with data QA concepts (sampling methods, error categorization, trend tracking, and continuous improvement loops).
Demonstrated success in coaching teams, improving performance, and maintaining high-quality standards
Strong judgment and attention to detail when validating complex relationships and resolving ambiguous cases

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Product Designer to continue growing our Design team and help shape the future of the Ark. You should be engineering-oriented, extremely proficient in UI standards and patterns, and above all else, a critical thinker and problem solver who can take ownership over feature strategy and development. A strong candidate can not only convert ambiguous objectives into empowering and enjoyable experiences but also help facilitate all parts of the process, including initial ideation, product scoping, low-fidelity prototyping, interaction design, and client engagement.

Our product team is a collaborative group of product designers, implementation specialists, product managers, and engineers. We operate within integrated project teams (IPTs), each of which focuses on key user workflows and needs that we have identified in the defense space. Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Product Operations to build and lead our product operations function. In this critical leadership role, you will partner closely with product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to scale our product development processes, optimize cross-functional alignment, and enable the product team to operate more effectively and efficiently.

You’ll serve as the connective tissue between our goals and product delivery, ensuring the product organization is data-informed, aligned, and equipped to deliver high-impact outcomes. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the SVP of Product.

Job Description

We are seeking a product leader to build a strategy and execute against a roadmap to mature our platform capabilities, encompassing everything from front-end usability and UI, to backend capabilities like ABAC to how we integrate Agentic AI throughout. This is an individual contributor reporting to the SVP of Product with the potential for managing a team over time. You will be responsible for prioritizing, rationalizing, and integrating existing prototypes into the platform as well as developing new platform capabilities that serve our customers at scale. As a core product manager, you are responsible for thinking broadly across the communities we serve and delivering solutions that provide value to a wide range of customers. You’ll partner with persona-aligned PMs, other core PMs, as well as our engagement and implementation teams, to broadly scale “in-the-field” solutions and improve the configurability and adaptability of our platform. Define and prioritize the platform backlog, balancing technical debt with high-impact UI improvements

Scope of Responsibilities

Design and implement platform architecture enhancements to support scalability and reliability
Design, build, maintain, and support data platform solutions to enable efficient data consumption across functional teams, including AI/ML, Data Science, and Software
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to improve the data platform
Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions
Mentor junior engineers by providing code reviews, guidance, and technical leadership through promotion of engineering best practices

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship is required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related technical field

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in building and maintaining scalable data platforms or services
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
Proven experience in architecting and implementing data pipeline frameworks, including orchestration
Solid understanding of data security and governance best practices
Hands-on with big data frameworks, such as Apache Spark
Knowledge of cloud-native data lake/lakehouse architectures
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data platform solutions that support AI, machine learning, data science, and web applications
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
A passion for solving complex problems and building sustainable, scalable systems

Desired Skills:

Current possession of a U.S. security clearance, or the ability to obtain one with our sponsorship
Experience using Amazon Web Services
Experience in or exposure to the nuances of a startup or other entrepreneurial environment
Working knowledge of large (multiple terabytes) amounts of data

Scope of Responsibilities

Inform and implement the design and development of NLP applications to enhance the intelligence and efficiency of our data analytics software-as-a-service platform
Review, verify, and aggregate the most appropriate annotated datasets for the best-supervised learning methods
Ability to work with taxonomy experts to create and validate dataset annotation
Use well-formed and effective text representation to change and adapt natural language documents into user-friendly features
implement the latest technology to improve user search functionality as well as integrate state of the art LLM models into our Ark.ai platform to enhance user experience.
Develop new algorithms and modeling techniques and conduct sound experiments to verify model results and integrate models into the live production system
Establish meaningful criteria for evaluating algorithm performance and suitabilityImplement working, scalable, production-ready models and code
Keep up to date with Machine Learning best practices and evolving open-source frameworks
Regularly seek out innovation and continuous improvement, finding efficiency in all assigned tasks
Collaborate closely with fellow taxonomists, software engineers, data scientists, data engineers, and QA engineers

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship is required
Advanced degree, or bachelor’s with at least 3 years of experience, in Data Science, Machine Learning or a related field

Required Skills:

Minimum 3 years experience with hands-on development of NLP models
In-depth understanding of NLP methods for text representation, semantic extraction techniques, data structures, and modeling
Practical experience in building, developing, and productionizing both supervised and unsupervised machine learning models
Advanced software skills in Python
Advanced ability in forming SQL queries
A strong desire to learn, investigate, and implement cutting-edge technologies
Ability to work collaboratively throughout the design process.
