What You'll Do

Design and develop strategies and product enhancements for the global P2P business (ex-Hong Kong) to align with business growth objectives and drive their implementation.
Establish effective growth strategies by integrating real business scenarios with data analysis; gain in-depth understanding of global P2P market characteristics, address user needs and pain points across each market, and enhance product usability and overall user experience.
Build a user risk control and quality management system, establish standardized user operations mechanisms, identify high-risk user profiles through effective risk control strategies, and drive the refinement and upgrade of risk control models.
Maintain strong data sensitivity and establish a comprehensive business funnel data analysis framework; stay current with industry and market trends, continuously produce analytical reports and actionable strategies, and provide guidance for product upgrades and business direction.

Who You Are

What You’ll Be Doing

Drive T1 and T2 coverage across business, financial, and crypto media

Ideate, create and execute communications programs that power earned, owned, and social outcomes
Own reactive and proactive media strategy for U.S. and Americas; manage day-to-day journalist relationships
Lead press strategy and drafting for major GTMs: institutional partnerships, product launches, regulatory milestones

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a DeFi Trader to help lead and scale trading strategies across onchain markets. You will work across market making, arbitrage, liquidity provision, and event-driven opportunities, including selected exposure to prediction markets and sports/event contracts. The role partners closely with quant and engineering teams to improve strategy research, execution, automation, monitoring, and risk management in fragmented DeFi environments.

Trade and market-make across DeFi venues, including spot, perpetuals/derivatives, liquidity pools, and event-driven markets where relevant.
Develop and manage strategies around cross-venue pricing, liquidity dislocations, basis/funding opportunities, and event-driven catalysts.
Build and refine trading playbooks covering pre-trade analysis, execution, hedging, monitoring, and post-trade review.
Monitor order books, onchain liquidity, funding/rate dynamics, oracle behavior, and settlement mechanics to capture edge while managing tail risk.
Partner with engineers to improve execution infrastructure, quoting/automation systems, data pipelines, and monitoring dashboards.
Collaborate with quant, risk, and business stakeholders to improve portfolio-level risk controls and capital allocation.

What We Look For In You

Strong track record in systematic trading, market making, arbitrage, or event-driven trading, ideally across crypto or other electronic markets.

Deep understanding of market microstructure, probability-based pricing, execution quality, and risk management.
Proficiency in at least one programming language, with Python preferred and Rust, C++, or Java also relevant.
Experience with onchain execution constraints, including gas, slippage, liquidity fragmentation, settlement risk, bridge risk, and smart contract risk.
Ability to translate trading ideas into clear requirements for quant research, engineering implementation, and operational monitoring.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across quant, engineering, risk, and business teams.

Nice to Have

Experience trading prediction markets, sports/event contracts, or other event-driven instruments.
Familiarity with CEX/DEX hedging workflows and delta-neutral risk frameworks.

About the Opportunity

About the team:

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Model Risk Quant Manager to join OKX's Model Risk Management (MRM) function. As OKX's second line of defense (2LOD), this role independently validates FinCrime, AML, and AI/ML models that are core to OKX's regulatory compliance globally — and contributes to the build-out of OKX's enterprise AI Governance framework under the direction of the Global Head of MRM.

The role spans: (1) independent quantitative validation of FinCrime and AML models, including their machine-learning sub-components; (2) validation of AI/ML and Generative AI applications across OKX; and (3) supporting the Global Head of MRM in operationalizing validation playbooks, model inventory standards, and AI Governance frameworks. The ideal candidate combines deep quantitative rigor with hands-on experience in both financial crime model validation and AI/ML model governance — preferably with crypto-specific domain knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead independent quantitative validation of FinCrime, AML, AI/ML, and Generative AI models across OKX.
Perform conceptual soundness and data integrity reviews — assess model theory, methodology, assumptions, data quality, lineage, and applicability to crypto-specific risk typologies.
Perform quantitative model performance testing — back-testing, sensitivity analysis, threshold tuning, drift detection, and outcomes analysis — with additional fairness, explainability, and adversarial robustness assessments for AI/ML models.
Apply effective challenge to 1LOD model owners and developers; document validation findings, model limitations, and required remediations.
Author validation reports suitable for governance committees and regulatory inspections.
Track validation findings through remediation closure; participate in annual and triggered revalidation cycles; contribute to and maintain the enterprise Model Inventory (entry, classification, materiality assessment).
Ensure validations meet OKX's Global Model Risk Policy and applicable global regulatory obligations — including AI governance frameworks where ML/AI components apply.
Contribute to the build-out of validation playbooks, model inventory standards (including AI/ML risk tiering), and operational frameworks — including OKX's AI Governance framework — under the direction of the Global Head of MRM.
Partner with model developers / owners, Compliance, Tech, Internal Audit, and Legal — while preserving organizational independence from model development.

Qualifications:

Master's or Ph.D. in Quantitative Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field — or equivalent depth of professional experience.
8+ years of relevant quantitative experience, of which at least 3 years in independent model validation (2LOD) at a financial institution, fintech, or crypto firm.
Demonstrated experience validating risk models — such as credit, market, FinCrime, fraud, or AML.
Hands-on experience validating statistical, machine learning, AI/ML, and Generative AI models — hypothesis testing, performance benchmarking, fairness testing, drift detection, explainability, and adversarial robustness.
Working knowledge of MRM and AI governance frameworks — SR 11-7 / SR 26-2, EU AI Act, US Treasury FS AI RMF, NIST AI RMF, or equivalent.
Strong programming proficiency in Python, SQL, and R.

We are seeking an experienced CDD Operations Manager to lead onboarding verification operations across Institutional (KYB) and Retail (KYC) segments.

1. What We Look For In You

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager. Preference for candidates with Web3 industry experience or expertise in infrastructure products (e.g., data services, labeling platforms, algorithm platforms).
Technical Skills:
- Experience with blockchain fundamentals, including smart contracts, on-chain data analysis, consensus mechanisms, and cross-chain technologies.

About The Team

OKX Liquidity Management supports a broad range of crypto products — from spot and perpetual swaps to structured products and exotic options.

The Risk function is responsible for independent oversight of all market risk exposures arising liquidity management activities. We maintain rigorous real-time risk monitoring frameworks, enforce pre-agreed risk limits, and work closely with liquidity management team to ensure exposures remain within appetite at all times.

We are seeking a Senior Market Risk Manager to join this team. You will be the 2nd line of independent risk oversight for our liquidity management business, working closely with the front office to assess risk and business strategy, as well as other corporate functions such as model validation, developers, finance, compliance, to keep the desk operating safely and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

Risk Monitoring & Limits Management

Monitor real-time and end-of-day market risk exposures across liquidity management activities, spanning spot, perpetual swaps, dated futures, vanilla options, exotic payoffs with KI/KO features
Track and manage Greeks (delta, gamma, vega, theta, rho) across various trading desks; ensure hedging activity keeps net Greeks within approved limits
Maintain and enforce stop-loss limits at the desk, strategy, and individual trader level; identify breaches promptly and coordinate effective escalation and resolution
Monitor margin utilisation and collateral efficiency across venues; flag concentration or margin call risk before it materialises
Oversee liquidation risk and auto-deleveraging (ADL) exposure for leveraged positions; work with traders to manage positions ahead of critical margin thresholds

Risk Framework & Methodology

Continuously develop and enhance the market risk framework for the market making desk, including VaR models, Expected Shortfall, stress testing, and scenario analysis calibrated to crypto market dynamics
Own PnL attribution and reconciliation — decompose daily trading PnL into Greeks, carry, and residual components to validate model accuracy and identify unexplained P&L
Define and maintain a comprehensive suite of risk limits including notional limits, Greeks limits, stop-loss thresholds, concentration limits, and venue-level position limits; perform periodic data-driven reviews
Evaluate market risk for new products, strategies, and client structures prior to launch, including bespoke structured products and barrier option payoffs
Develop and refine margin parametrisation models to support efficient capital usage while maintaining robust risk controls

Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting

Understand the market, discuss risk exposures and concerns with senior risk managers and traders
Produce and review high-quality daily, weekly, and monthly risk reports for the desk head and senior leadership, presenting complex exposures and risk metrics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Qualifications & Experience

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned General Manager (GM) to lead the next phase of expansion for our Token Market and DEX Aggregator. Cross-functional Leadership

Lead, mentor, and manage an existing growth team with rapid scaling plans tied to DAT, DTV, and Revenue — including OKR setting, 1:1s, career development, and monthly reviews

Who You Are

5–10 years of experience in growth, BD, or market expansion roles, ideally in Crypto/DeFi/CeFi or high-growth fintech
Deep understanding of DEX/DeFi mechanics: AMMs, order books, liquidity pools, token incentives, on-chain trading behavior
Proven track record of building and closing B2B partnerships with traders, funds, or institutional counterparties
Experience structuring incentive programs and measuring their ROI against volume and revenue impact
Strong existing network within the crypto trading and community ecosystem — you can make calls that others can't
Demonstrated ability to lead both B2B and B2C growth tracks simultaneously, balancing institutional partnership development with community-driven retail acquisition
Data-driven and analytically rigorous: fluent in growth metrics, funnel analytics, and on-chain data interpretation; able to independently query and analyze on-chain data (Dune, Nansen, Token Terminal, etc.) to drive growth decisions — this is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have
Sufficient in English, and Chinese (Mandarin) is highly preferred

About the Opportunity

Join us as a Senior Visual/UI Designer in the Product team and become a trailblazer in transforming the design landscape of the crypto industry. In this capacity, you'll collaborate with top-tier product managers, designers, and engineers from leading tech firms. This role focuses on crafting dynamic and engaging user experiences that foster a strong connection between our products and their users. Leveraging your expertise in creative design, you'll play a crucial role in crafting exceptional visuals and branding for OKX, enriching the experience for our retail/advanced traders, and institutional clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

Develop captivating visual assets for the OKX website and app that align with our brand identity, ensuring a consistent and unified visual presence across all platforms.
Collaborate closely with product designers to strengthen our brand identity and improve product experiences, offering professional and creative insights as needed.
Design beautiful, simple, innovative, and intuitive experiences and flows
Be a driver for all aspects of product visual design and execution, including pitching ideas, and communicating the solutions to necessary stakeholders within the company
Stay abreast of the latest design trends in the industry and gain a thorough understanding of OKX's diverse lines of business and financial products to drive innovative strategies for product and branding.
Leverage user feedback and data analysis to identify opportunities for refining brand assets and guidelines, implementing enhancements accordingly.
Take the lead in design projects, proactively guiding other designers and fostering collaboration to achieve project objectives efficiently.
Create, inspire, and sustain a culture of excellence with a focus on craft and quality of the work
Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to identify opportunities for product enhancements that would bring greater brand expression and elevate the quality of our work

What We Look For In You

5+ years of experience as a Visual Designer, at least 2 years of experience in UI design or working on design of digital product/s
Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in a design-related field, coupled with experience in creative or web design, and proficiency in utilizing design software such as Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator and other Design softwares.
Good understanding of human-centered design principles & designing outstanding digital products
Demonstrate good insights and proficiency in illustration, graphic design, advertising design, and visual expression.
Possess strong communication skills, along with a keen interest in the crypto and Web3 industries.
Exhibit creativity and a fervent passion for design, characterized by a distinct aesthetic sensibility and versatility across various styles.
Capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, with prior experience in leading projects independently
