About the Team:
The FP&A team partners with executive team members across the company to provide timely, fact-based, data-driven decision support to help drive critical business decisions. The team drives annual planning, owns the operating plan and long-term financial model, and is responsible for both internal and external / Board reporting.
About the Role:
In this highly visible role, you will work closely with GTM leaders to forecast and analyze efficiency metrics, influence resource allocation, and support strategic investment decisions across the business. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills and will take a data-driven approach to influencing business decisions. You will combine your financial modeling skills with knowledge of the business to become a trusted business partner to our GTM organizations.
What You’ll Do:
For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. POSITION SUMMARY:

For New York City only: The base salary range for this position is $110,000- $150,000. The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Position Overview
Reporting to the VP, Finance, the Senior Director, FP&A will lead Maesa’s global financial planning function, drive strategic financial insights, strengthen forecasting capabilities, and partner with executive leadership to support growth, operational efficiency, and long range strategic planning. You will be charged with providing the actionable insights necessary to scale our existing portfolio and launch the next generation of disruptive beauty brands. This role oversees the full FP&A lifecycle—budgets, forecasts, financial modeling, performance analytics, and executive reporting and aligning financial plans with Maesa’s strategic priorities. Responsibilities reflect senior level FP&A standards in industry for best practice guidance.

What We Offer
$180k – $200k/yr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This position is eligible for participation in a discretionary bonus plan based on individual and company performance.

We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join Exiger’s Finance team and play a critical role in the health of our financial engine. Reporting to the VP of FP&A, you’ll own our rolling forecast process, consolidate budgets across departments, and deliver scenario modeling that helps guide key business decisions.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of planning, data, and strategy—connecting accounting actuals, business intelligence, and forward-looking performance metrics in a fast-paced, PE-backed SaaS environment.
Maintain and update the company’s master financial model, including the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
Own the monthly rolling forecast process—collecting inputs from department leads and FP&A partners.
Analyze variances between budgeted and actual performance, surfacing actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accuracy and consistency in actuals feeding into forecasting.
Run scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate the impact of revenue, margin, and expense levers.
Support the annual operating plan and long-range financial planning processes.
Ensure forecasts align with key SaaS KPIs and the expectations of our private equity sponsors.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced certification a plus.
2–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or corporate finance (SaaS or high-growth tech preferred).
Deep understanding of forecasting techniques, financial statements, and budget consolidation.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (e.g., macros, pivot tables, multi-scenario modeling).
Experience using FP&A planning tools such as Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or similar platforms.
Comfortable with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or Power BI) and data warehouses (Snowflake preferred).
Highly organized and deadline-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills—able to clearly translate numbers into narrative for business partners.
