Key Responsibilities:
Build a classroom culture in which scholars develop a love for band.
Collaborate with band teachers across the network to build a superb band program;
Produce top-notch concerts for scholars to showcase their playing skills;
Inspire a love for band through rigorous lessons and centering scholar learning on creating, connecting, performing, and responding to artistic works within band;
Engage in training and collaborating with band teachers and leaders across the network to benefit from targeted feedback and professional development related to instruction and content.
Ideal candidates have:
Have or will receive a Bachelor’s degree prior to your start date;

Key responsibilities include:
To design, revise, and execute on a rigorous and coherent SAT curriculum aligned to a multi-year program vision

To support the development and facilitation of training for school-based faculty and leaders that focuses on driving student skills, test-taking strategy, and SAT performance

About the Role
Success Academy Charter Schools is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to drive the adoption and deployment of artificial intelligence tools across our organization. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of technology, education, and operations. You will serve as the primary champion for AI literacy and capability-building at SA, partnering with teams throughout the network to identify opportunities, launch AI-powered projects, and upskill staff to work confidently with emerging tools. We are building toward becoming the first AI-native K–12 enterprise in the country, transforming every workflow, from classroom content to legal contracts to college counseling, into an AI-first process. The person in this role will be at the center of that transformation.
What You’ll Do:
AI Training & Enablement
Design and deliver hands-on training programs to equip teams across SA with the AI skills and workflows they need to do their jobs better and faster.
Develop practical guides, playbooks, and resources that demystify AI tools for a non-technical audience.
Build a community of AI champions within SA’s departments, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.
Stay current on the latest AI developments and translate them into actionable opportunities for the organization.
AI Project Deployment
Partner with department leaders to identify, scope, and prioritize AI integration opportunities across academic, operational, and administrative functions.
Own end-to-end project management for AI deployments — from requirements gathering and vendor evaluation through implementation, testing, and rollout.
Manage relationships with AI tool vendors and external partners, ensuring deliverables meet SA’s quality and compliance standards.
Define success metrics for each AI initiative and track outcomes, sharing learnings with senior leadership on a regular cadence.
Collaborate with IT, data, legal, and compliance teams to ensure responsible, secure, and equitable AI adoption.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated fluency with modern AI tools and platforms, with hands-on experience using Claude (Anthropic) and OpenAI products in a professional setting.
Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects from inception through successful delivery.
Strong communication and facilitation skills — able to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences and inspire confidence in AI adoption.
Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where priorities evolve, and creative problem-solving is essential.
Must be based in New York City and available to work in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and comfort building or overseeing agent workflows.

Responsibilities:
Working within our central Network office, the Supply Chain Associate has an excellent knowledge and experience of Supply Chain and Procurement processes across multiple categories. The Supply Chain Associate will report directly to a Leader on the Supply Chain team. Key responsibilities include:
Support and manage cross-functional projects involving procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations.
Participate in Projects and activities involving supplier sourcing, price negotiation, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
Manage and update Coupa procurement systems, ensuring accurate, up-to-date data for decision-making.
Track all inventory through the supply chain, from PO placement through production, transit, and delivery to the destination.
Support developing and maintaining project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk management frameworks for supply chain initiatives.
Drive innovation and process improvements, demonstrating an entrepreneurial approach to solving challenges and taking calculated risks.
Support and improve material management functions, including inventory control, warehousing, logistics, and receiving.
Execute new or improved purchasing and material management processes to enhance efficiency and performance.
Work closely with school operation teams and other network departments to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services required for instructional excellence.
Define and track performance metrics to measure and evaluate supply chain and project outcomes.

Qualifications:
A successful applicant will have the following experiences and characteristics:
Preference for candidates with the Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) designation.
3-5 years of experience in supply chain and procurement, preferably in a high-expectations environment.
Strong knowledge of procurement practices, supply chain logistics, and vendor management.
Proven success in managing cross-functional projects with complex timelines and deliverables.
Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and procurement systems.
Experience using Monday.com or similar project management software to track, manage, and deliver projects is desirable.
Advanced skills with spreadsheets, including Google Sheets and MS Excel.

Build and maintain relationships with important program constituents and key stakeholders in order to promote the program and philosophy.
Team Management
Work with program leadership to implement SA Annual Performance Plan that includes the Technical, Tactical & Physical periodization;
Plan and prepare for all training sessions and matches;
Provide detailed roster and selection information for each game following informal conversations with program leadership;
Ensure that all competitive players are informed of details regarding training sessions, matches and that they act in a manner befitting the Network Player Code of Conduct;
Contribute to discussions led by program leadership of players to be retained and released at the end of the season or when deemed appropriate.
Player Management
Implement Individual Development Plans (IDP);
Complete player evaluations and report to academy leadership;
Schedule individual meetings with all players to discuss player progress and set expectations.
Administrative/Reporting
Create pre-match objectives presentations prior to every game;
Complete post match reports, including video clips focusing on team & player performances;
Participate in weekly administrative & operational meetings;
Support scouting and talent identification efforts inclusive of formal and informal player evaluation events, training sessions and tryouts.

Role Overview:
The Head of Renovations & Facilities is responsible for the strategy, execution, and performance of all facilities operations across Success Academy’s portfolio, including 59 schools in New York City, 5 schools in Miami, and K–12 campuses. This role leads the full lifecycle of facilities management—from day-to-day operations and preventative maintenance to capital planning and renovations—ensuring all buildings are safe, compliant, and aligned to the organization’s standards for quality and experience.
Reporting to the Executive of Operations, Enrollment, Board Relations, Renovations & Facilities, this leader oversees a multi-functional team and external vendor network to deliver consistent, high-quality building operations at scale. The role is accountable for setting and executing a strategic facilities roadmap, managing departmental budgets, and ensuring the right systems, processes, and expertise are in place to support both immediate operational needs and long-term portfolio growth.
The Head of Renovations & Facilities drives performance across all core building systems—including fire and life safety, security, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and vertical transportation—while also overseeing custodial services, grounds maintenance, food service coordination, and space management. This role ensures preventative maintenance programs and capital improvement initiatives are executed effectively, minimizing disruption to school operations and extending asset life.
Success in this role requires strong operational leadership, the ability to manage complexity across a diverse portfolio, and a focus on building scalable systems that deliver reliable, responsive, and high-quality facilities support to schools.
Key responsibilities include:
Set Facilities Strategy & Execution: Define and lead a multi-year facilities strategy that ensures all schools are safe, compliant, and aligned to Success Academy standards, while supporting portfolio growth and evolving operational needs.
Oversee Day-to-Day Operations: Ensure consistent, high-quality building operations across all sites, including rapid response to issues, strong service levels to schools, and minimal disruption to instruction.
Lead Renovations & Capital Projects: Plan and execute capital improvements, renovations, and new site readiness, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.
Manage Preventative Maintenance Programs: Establish and enforce preventative maintenance systems to maximize asset life, reduce reactive work orders, and improve overall building performance.
Own Vendor Strategy & Performance: Source, onboard, and manage vendors providing critical services (HVAC, custodial, security, food service, etc.), holding partners accountable to clear performance standards and SLAs.
Build & Lead High-Performing Teams: Recruit, develop, and manage a facilities team with clear roles, strong accountability, and a service-oriented mindset.
Ensure Compliance & Life Safety: Maintain full compliance with all regulatory, safety, and inspection requirements, including fire/life safety systems, emergency preparedness, and local/state codes.
Manage Budgets & Financial Performance: Develop and oversee departmental and site-level budgets, ensuring disciplined cost management and strategic allocation of resources.
Drive Operational Excellence & Systems: Implement scalable systems, tools, and processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and data-driven decision making across the portfolio.
Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (school leadership, operations, real estate, technology) and external partners (districts, landlords) to align on priorities, resolve issues, and enable successful school operations.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in facilities management, building operations, or related fields, including oversight of large, multi-site portfolios
Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams, with the ability to drive accountability and results
Strong track record of executing capital projects and renovations, including planning, budgeting, and on-time delivery
Deep knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety) and preventative maintenance best practices
Experience managing vendor relationships and service contracts, with a focus on performance management and cost control
Demonstrated ability to build and implement scalable systems and processes across complex operations
Strong financial acumen, including budget development, forecasting, and cost management
Familiarity with regulatory compliance, safety standards, and local/state building codes

Within the assigned Florida region/territory, assist with community outreach, presence, and awareness; distribute marketing and promotional collateral in the field; support in-person/virtual school tours, tabling, and recruitment events.
Collaborate with Scholar Recruitment Managers to schedule, host, and facilitate in-person and virtual school tours, information sessions, and recruitment events that align with regional application goals.
Engage with prospective parents and families one-on-one at local events, both those hosted by Success Academy and those hosted by other organizations.
Support the identification of and relationships with community-based organizations (CBOs), Head Start providers, and Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) programs to develop CBO-to-Success Academy pipelines, identify Success Academy as the premier educational choice in the community, and cement Success Academy as a member of the community.
Identify further opportunities to reach and engage prospective families.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of Success Academy’s K-12 offering as well as competitive school options in Florida (e.g., Magnet, Charter networks, and VPK offerings) and how they compare and contrast against Success Academy, confidently answer questions and respond to objections.
Log contact information from potential leads, interested families, and partners for follow-up, and respond to information queries via phone, email, or text.
Keep abreast of local demographics, trends, competition, and new opportunities in the assigned Florida region/territory.
Track and log all recruitment activity, including but not limited to event attendees, leads generated per event, collateral used for canvassing, cost per event, keeping the Scholar Recruitment event calendar accurate, and applications generated per event.
Contribute to internal reports.

A successful candidate will have the following skills, characteristics, and qualifications:

Experience working with diverse communities in Florida is preferred but not required.

Ability to spend extended periods of time standing, walking, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

As a Summer Training Operations Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning and execution of our summer training programs, where we:
Onboard and train hundreds of new teachers, acclimating them to their roles and our mission.
Prepare returning teachers for the new school year with professional development sessions.
Host a leadership conference for school principals and assistant principals to align on key priorities for the upcoming year.
Support Event Planning & Logistics – Assist in coordinating venues, materials, schedules, vendors, and event setup to ensure a seamless training experience for all participants.
Manage On-Site Operations – Help oversee check-in, volunteers, materials distribution, session transitions, mic-running, and troubleshoot any on-the-ground challenges.
Coordinate with Stakeholders – Communicate with teachers, leaders, and staff to ensure they have the necessary information and training resources.
Analyze & Report Data – Support the collection of participant attendance, feedback, and other operational insights to measure program success and improve future training programs.

This is a network-based position designed to expand and strengthen competitive math opportunities across multiple schools. About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven FP&A Senior Analyst to help drive deep analytics and insights into the finances of Success Academy, providing leaders across the organization with actionable intelligence to support rapid growth and strategic decision-making.
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the FP&A Senior Analyst will be a key contributor to our budgeting and long-term financial modeling processes as we rapidly expand our operations. The FP&A Senior Analyst must have strong analytical capability, fluency in modeling, and demonstrated ability to draw key themes and actionable information out of large, sometimes disparate datasets. Success Academy is launching a first-of-its-kind K-12 school in a single building in the Bronx. We are hiring an Audio Visual Engineer who will be the face of campus A/V. You will design, administer, and maintain classroom and event technologies, train staff, and partner with central Tech Ops (Networking, Systems, Security, A/V) to deliver a secure, reliable, and high-performing learning environment.
Responsibilities:
Design, Standards, and Projects
Design A/V systems for classrooms, collaboration spaces, the auditorium, gym, and common areas. This includes interactive panels, projection, audio reinforcement, wireless microphones, cameras, lecture capture and streaming, PA and bell and clock interfaces, and digital signage.
Produce and maintain one-line diagrams, rack elevations, and as-built documentation. Contribute standards for equipment, cabling, labeling, and control UI and UX.
Specify gear and integration scope. Support quotes and RFPs and evaluate vendor submittals.
Program and configure control, DSP, and video distribution platforms such as Crestron, Extron, AMX, Q-SYS, Biamp Tesira, Dante, HDBaseT, and AV over IP. Load code, commission, and perform acceptance testing.
Coordinate with Facilities, Construction, and vendors during renovations and summer projects to ensure classroom readiness.
Operations and Reliability
Own uptime for classroom A/V using daily room checks, proactive health monitoring, and preventive maintenance schedules for firmware, security patches, battery cycles, and cleaning.
Serve as Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalation for A/V incidents. Resolve issues or coordinate with Networking and Security when root causes cross domains such as multicast, QoS, VLANs, and PoE budgets.
Maintain spares and RMA workflows. Track warranties and lifecycle plans for panels, DSPs, amplifiers, microphones, codecs, capture devices, and control processors.
Ensure A/V systems meet security and privacy expectations. Apply configuration baselines and change control.
Events, Streaming, and Productions
Provide front-of-house and back-of-house engineering for assemblies, performances, graduations, testing days, town halls, family nights, and professional development sessions.
Advance shows with input lists, stage plots, and RF coordination. Run rehearsals, mix live sound, and manage recording and streaming via RTMP, YouTube, or Zoom Rooms. Deliver reliable, feedback-free audio.
Create run-of-show documentation and lead tech volunteers or student crews when appropriate.
Training, Documentation, and Knowledge
Develop quick-start guides, control panel help screens, and short trainings for teachers, deans, and staff.
Partner with the Business Operations Manager and Tech Ops Associate to schedule trainings aligned to the school calendar.
Maintain high-quality ticket notes, SOPs, asset records, and knowledge base articles in ServiceNow.
Vendor, Budget, and Compliance
Oversee vendors and integrators on campus including scheduling, scope adherence, safety, and sign-off.
Review and reconcile A/V invoices. Validate delivered materials and labor against scope.
Observe electrical and safety best practices and accessibility requirements. Follow RF and spectrum regulations. Comply with student data and privacy requirements such as FERPA and COPPA in recording and streaming contexts.
Plan and maintain assistive listening solutions where needed.

Qualifications:
Required
5 or more years designing, installing, commissioning, and supporting professional A/V systems in education or enterprise environments.
Proficiency with at least two of the following categories:
Control systems: Crestron, Extron, or AMX, including configuration and basic programming or debugging
DSP: Q-SYS or Biamp Tesira, including gain structure, EQ, automix, and room tuning
Audio networking and RF: Dante Level 1 or 2, Shure or Sennheiser wireless, and frequency coordination
Video transport: HDBaseT and AV over IP, including multicast, IGMP, and QoS basics
Strong troubleshooting across signal flow, control logic, and network interactions with methodical root cause isolation.
Clear written and verbal communication and an empathetic training style for non-technical users.
Ability to lift or move 50 to 60 pounds. Comfortable on ladders or lifts and with rack building, cable management, and termination
Preferred
AVIXA CTS or the ability to obtain within 6 months. CTS-I or CTS-D is a plus.

Experience with Promethean or similar interactive panels, Zoom Rooms, lecture capture, and digital signage platforms.
Basic CAD skills using AutoCAD, Visio, Lucidchart, or Bluebeam. ServiceNow or similar ITSM.
Familiarity with classroom acoustics, microphone placement for intelligibility, and gain-before-feedback best practices.
Work Model and Schedule
On-site at the Bronx K-12 campus during standard school hours with flexibility for early setups, evening events, and occasional weekends.
Participation in an on-call rotation during critical school periods such as testing and performances.
Occasional local travel for training or collaboration with central Tech Ops.

Role Overview:
Reporting to the Team Lead, Network Engineering, we are seeking dynamic IT Field Technicians to contribute to the development and maintenance of technology for Success Academies. In this role, your duties will include interacting with stakeholders on various stages of the infrastructure lifecycle and collaborating with several vendors to deliver results. You will also be responsible for the deployment and integration of new technologies.
Key responsibilities include:
In assigned cohort/borough: Monitor network performance, diagnose issues, dispatch, and be willing to travel to other boroughs on an as-needed basis.
Perform routine redundancy tests and liaison with 3rd party to replace failed hardware, create network diagrams, and search for areas of improvement.
Help test changes and improvements in each assigned location before and after mass implementation.
On-site support for events or tests, help with networking issues on Printers, VC units, and laptops. Clean up and maintenance of network closets and cabinets. Must be able to physically lift up to 50 pounds.
A successful candidate will have the following qualifications, skills, experience and characteristics:
At least 3 years of experience working within a corporation or consumer-focused environment, managing vendors and delivering projects. Have experience with internet technologies and an understanding of IP networks, DNS, routing, Wifi and communication protocols.
Have knowledge of products and technologies related to web performance and the ability to collaborate with MSPs, software engineers, business partners, and other stakeholders.
The ability to discover and remediate areas of poor Wi-Fi coverage or performance and work to resolve these issues in a timely manner and multitask and manage multiple projects in an efficient manner.
Possess a bachelor's degree related to IT networking
Must have a valid driver’s license, car, and the flexibility to work outside standard hours in case of an outage. Ideal candidates live within commuting distance of the NYC Metropolitan area.

Position Summary:
The Accounting Manager is a position responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, and managing the accounting team. This role reports to the Assistant Controller and Controller and plays a critical part in developing accounting policies, driving process improvements, and providing strategic financial information to upper management.
Key Responsibilities:
The Accounting Manager will be responsible for the following core areas:
Management & Leadership: Mentor, and provide guidance to a team of accountants and staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Financial Close & General Ledger: Oversee the timely and accurate execution of assigned tasks during the month-end and year-end closing processes. Manage the general ledger to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare, review and analyze complex financial statements, reports, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
Audit & Tax Preparation: Coordinate and manage all internal and external audit activities and tax preparation processes (including Form 990), serving as a key point of contact for external auditors and tax advisors.
Account Reconciliation & Controls: Oversee and ensure all balance sheet and income statement account reconciliations are properly supported, documented, and performed according to policy. Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures to safeguard company assets.

About the Role
The Senior Specialist, Renovations & Facilities serves as an accountable facilities leader responsible for ensuring schools operate as safe, compliant, and instruction-ready environments aligned to Success Academy’s standards of excellence. This is an execution focused, outcomes-driven role.
The Senior Specialist translates institutional standards into disciplined daily action and serves as the primary liaison between school leadership, government partners, and contractors. This position owns performance, enforces expectations, and drives timely resolution to protect instructional time.

Key Responsibilities
Own the operational condition of schools and maintain full accountability for facilities performance and daily readiness.
Conduct frequent, high quality inspections and document findings with clear owners, deadlines, and required corrective actions.
Uphold and enforce institutional standards for excellence, cleanliness, safety, aesthetics, and compliance, without exception.
Hold school stakeholders, government partners, and contractors accountable for meeting responsibilities and performance expectations.

Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in facilities management, construction, or building operations; multi-site experience strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience in large scale multi site facility management accepted.
Experience supporting schools or mission-driven organizations with high operational standards preferred.
Demonstrated ability to set expectations, move work forward with urgency, and hold vendors, contractors, and partners accountable.
Practical understanding of building systems (HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire and life-safety) to evaluate recommendations and ask informed questions.
Familiarity with NYC DOE/SCA processes and co-located school environments preferred.
Strong judgment with the ability to assess risk, escalate decisively, and drive issues to timely, measurable resolution.
Proficiency with Monday.com, Trello, and Google Workspace for structured tracking, reporting, and accountability.
High standards for organization, documentation, and follow-through in fast paced environments.
Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to lead through clarity, firmness, and credibility.
Deep commitment to protecting instructional time and maintaining facilities that support excellence in teaching and learning.

This role will play a critical part in shaping how families, prospective families, and other audiences experience our brand and navigate our digital ecosystem.This position will be based in the network office (3-days a week onsite) in Manhattan (10005).
Key Responsibilities:
Own UX design for key experiences across web and mobile, from concept through launch and iteration
Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma for both responsive web and mobile app experiences
Partner with Product to translate goals and requirements into thoughtful, user-centered flows and page structures
Conduct UX audits across the site and mobile app to identify usability issues, friction points, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement
Set and uphold a high bar for UI/UX quality, with a strong focus on clarity, hierarchy, spacing, accessibility, and interaction details
Perform UX QA reviews on implemented work, identifying issues and providing clear, actionable feedback to engineering teams
Ensure designs are implemented accurately and consistently with approved UX and visual standards
Advocate for user needs and UX best practices across the broader team, raising overall UX maturity
Contribute to and help maintain design standards, patterns, and guidelines for web experiences
Requirements:
