About the Role:
We are looking for a high-performing, analytical, and collaborative leader to drive operational excellence within our schools through thoughtful and innovative financial partnership.
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the Senior Analyst, FP&A will be a critical bridge between school leadership and the corporate office, leveraging data to optimize performance and support strategic decision-making. You will operate as a key partner in rebuilding and strengthening the Schooling side of our FP&A function, ensuring that financial insights lead directly to operational improvements. This role will have exposure to all levels and functions of the organization, including senior management, meaning the ideal candidate will possess the ability to communicate with clarity and precision.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Partnership: Serve as the primary finance point of contact for school operations and network functions, fostering a culture of innovative and analytical collaboration.
Operational Excellence: Drive efficiencies across the organization by automating tasks and identifying opportunities for process improvement through data-driven insights.
Financial Planning: Own the annual budgeting and monthly re-forecasting processes for Schools, including the development of complex financial models and dashboards.
Performance Management: Maintain and publish detailed reporting on school-level performance, including variance analysis (actuals vs. budget), KPI tracking, and trend analysis.
Leadership & Communication: Lead meetings with senior management to deliver financial updates, drive fiscal responsibility, and provide ad hoc decision support to the CFO and CEO.
Enablement: Train business partners on financial systems and budget management best practices to ensure consistency in data collection and execution.
A successful applicant will have the following experiences and education:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of relevant financial planning & analysis experience
Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
Ability to build and work in complex financial models
Solid understanding of financial statements
Takes ownership of accuracy and timeliness of deliverables
Highly detail-oriented, while also balancing the big picture view
Adapts quickly to changes and able to multitask with competing priorities
Excellent communication skills, able to clearly and accurately convey messages to various audiences across the organization
Has a desire to work in a fast-paced environment and thrives on an ongoing feedback culture
Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets and Slides

About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven FP&A Senior Analyst to help drive deep analytics and insights into the finances of Success Academy, providing leaders across the organization with actionable intelligence to support rapid growth and strategic decision-making.

The FP&A Senior Analyst must have strong analytical capability, fluency in modeling, and demonstrated ability to draw key themes and actionable information out of large, sometimes disparate datasets. This role will have exposure to all levels and functions of the organization, including senior management, meaning the ideal candidate will possess the ability to communicate with clarity and precision.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Financial Planning & Forecasting: Establishing standard methodologies for short, medium, and long-term forecasts.
Performance Analysis & Insight: Analyzing monthly financial results and interpreting performance to provide management with concise information on company performance.
Collaborative Planning: Acting as a catalyst for the annual operating planning and budgeting processes.
Risk & Scenario Modeling: Developing financial impact models and sensitivity analyses for various business scenarios.
Operational Budget Management: Handling budget preparation, templating, and consolidation.

Position Summary:
The Accounting Manager is a position responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, and managing the accounting team. This role reports to the Assistant Controller and Controller and plays a critical part in developing accounting policies, driving process improvements, and providing strategic financial information to upper management.
Key Responsibilities:
The Accounting Manager will be responsible for the following core areas:
Management & Leadership: Mentor, and provide guidance to a team of accountants and staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Financial Close & General Ledger: Oversee the timely and accurate execution of assigned tasks during the month-end and year-end closing processes. Manage the general ledger to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare, review and analyze complex financial statements, reports, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
Audit & Tax Preparation: Coordinate and manage all internal and external audit activities and tax preparation processes (including Form 990), serving as a key point of contact for external auditors and tax advisors.
Account Reconciliation & Controls: Oversee and ensure all balance sheet and income statement account reconciliations are properly supported, documented, and performed according to policy. Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures to safeguard company assets.
Compliance & Policy: Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles, ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting regulations and reporting requirements.
Process Improvement & Technology: Assess current practices and procedures, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the finance function.
Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
CPA license strongly preferred or actively pursuing certification.
Minimum of 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Proven experience in managing daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and departmental leadership.
Proven experience preparing and reviewing complex journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., NetSuite or similar ERP systems).
CPA license strongly preferred or actively pursuing certification.
Prior public accounting firm experience is a plus.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
