We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support the SVP and Sales team in executing sales plans for specialty retail and brand customers, focusing on enhancing relationships and driving repeat business. The position involves working with the Key Account Manager to support annual sales strategies, implementing sales policies, and coordinating communication to align with the sales plan and budget. Additionally, the role includes recommending sales strategies based on market research, performing administrative duties, and ensuring optimal customer service in collaboration with Marketing, Planning, and Operations teams. Ideal candidates will have a passion for beauty, strong problem-solving and organizational skills, and possess a degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. The Sales Assistant reports into the Key Account Manager Sales. The role is based in NYC and you will be expected in office a 3 days a week, at minimum per Company policy. 

Responsibilities  

• Working closely with Key Account Manager - Sales and team, supports the annual sales plan within the organizational strategy and objectives. 

• Assists with implementation and execution of sales policies and practices. 

• Ensures communications are coordinated and support sales plan objectives and meet organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with CMO.

Maesa is looking for a Field Sales Co-op to work across many facets of the function. This individual will assist in the execution of sales objectives and initiatives for business across global retail customers as well as supporting the Customer Development organization in efforts to drive decision-making.

Maesa is looking for an Associate Manager, Customer Strategy & Insights to support our growing Beauty portfolio, including brands like Fine’ry, Kristin Ess, Hairitage, and more. This role sits within the Sales Strategy & Operations organization and plays a critical role in how we translate data into action—shaping customer strategies, informing category decisions, and enabling scalable growth across our retail partners.

Position Overview 

Reporting to the Controller, the Supply Chain Accounting and Cash Manager will own end-to-end accounting support for Maesa’s supply chain activities while leading day-to-day cash management and liquidity reporting. This role partners closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, and Finance to ensure accurate inventory and cost accounting, timely close and reconciliations, disciplined controls, and clear cash visibility to support growth and speed-to-market. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of operational accounting, working-capital rigor, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

Supply Chain Accounting (Inventory & Cost) 

• Own inventory accounting, including PO/invoice-to-receipt matching impacts, inventory reserves/obsolescence, and inventory reconciliations by location/3PL. 

• Maintain and analyze standard costs (as applicable) and landed cost components (freight, duties, packaging, co-man fees), ensuring accurate capitalization and timely variance analysis. 

• Record and reconcile inventory movements (receipts, transfers, adjustments, write-offs) between ERP and operational systems; investigate and resolve discrepancies with Supply Chain and 3PL partners. 

• Support physical counts/cycle counts, including planning, observation support, reconciliation, and documentation of results. 

Close, Reconciliations & Controls 

• Lead monthly close activities for supply chain-related accounts (inventory, cost of goods sold, freight-in, duty, accruals, rebates/chargebacks as applicable), ensuring completeness and accuracy. 

• Prepare and review account reconciliations with clear support and variance explanations; drive timely issue resolution and continuous improvement in close cadence. 

• Strengthen processes and internal controls across procure-to-pay and inventory-to-GL flows; partner with the Controller on audit requests and documentation. 

Cash Management & Working Capital 

• Manage daily cash positioning, bank activity review, and cash availability reporting; escalate exceptions and support cash controls (approvals, segregation of duties). 

• Maintain short-term cash forecast and weekly liquidity outlook in partnership with FP&A and AP/AR; identify drivers and propose actions to improve working capital. 

• Support banking operations (account maintenance, fees analysis, positive pay/ACH controls where applicable) and assist with treasury-related schedules and reporting. 

• Partner with Supply Chain and Procurement to align payment timing with inventory receipts and production schedules while maintaining strong vendor relationships. 

Cross-Functional Partnership & Systems 

• Serve as the finance point of contact for supply chain accounting matters, providing clear guidance to Operations, Procurement, and 3PL/contract manufacturing partners. 

• Improve data quality and automation across inventory, AP, and cash processes; help define requirements and user acceptance testing for system enhancements. 

• Develop and monitor key metrics (inventory turns, aging/reserves, freight-in as % of sales, working capital) and communicate trends and risks to the Controller and business partners. 

Qualifications 

• Experience: 4 -8 years of progressive accounting experience, including inventory/cost accounting, supply chain finance/accounting, and month-end close in CPG, beauty, retail, or manufacturing environments. 

• Cash Management: Hands-on experience with daily cash positioning and short-term cash forecasting; comfort partnering across AP/AR and FP&A to drive working-capital visibility. 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/MBA a plus. 

• Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills and experience with ERPs (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and inventory/3PL integrations; ability to build clear reconciliations and audit-ready support. 

• Core Competencies: Detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:  

• Project Management: maintain timetables, costing and managing development for packaging of Turnkey programs.
• Responsible for overall form, fit and function of custom tooled projects across multiple beauty categories.
• Interact with Creative, Marketing (internal or customer), Product Development, Retailer and or Distribution Center for the timely launch of project.
• Ensure all the required testing parameters are accurately performed for package development.
• Responsible for direct interface with our China office and North American Factories, ensuring all packaging aspects of the Project are in line with established costs, timing and quality.
• Costing, to stay +/- 10 percent in development and plus or minus +/- 5 in production, for documented cost of goods.
• Establishes Bill of Materials, Fill and Assembly instructions and Specifications.
• Hold Marketing, Sales and Creative in conjunction with Project Manager, manage and update timetables weekly to ensure all parties are aware of critical project dates.
• Clear working knowledge of Timetables and Cost Sheets and Development.
• Attend weekly internal Production meetings to ensure that open purchase orders are prioritized and production dates are firm and on schedule.

• Able to travel 20% of the time
• Experience working with overseas manufacturers, especially in China 
• Have experience with turnkey customed package development and project management.

POSITION OVERVIEW 

Fine’ry is a modern lifestyle brand rooted in fragrance, with recent expansion into personal care and men’s categories. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Brand Manager (Approx. 6-month contract) for Fine’ry with proven experience in brand marketing across fragrance, beauty, personal care, or consumer goods to help build, scale, and evolve Fine’ry as a cohesive lifestyle brand.

This is a high‑impact role focused on bringing Fine’ry to life through best‑in‑class visual merchandising, brand storytelling, and flawless, detail‑driven execution across retail, digital, and experiential touchpoints. This peson will lead go‑to‑market for new launches and seasonal programs across multiple categories, with a strong point of view on how Fine’ry shows up as a cohesive lifestyle brand across fragrance, personal care, and men’s. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping and scaling Fine’ry through strategy, storytelling, and full 360° execution across all consumer touchpoints.

Additionally, they should be culturally fluent and trend‑aware, with the ability to translate what’s happening now into relevant, shoppable, retail‑ready brand moments.

The role is based in NYC and you will be expected in office 3 days a week, at minimum per Company policy. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• GTM Strategy: Set vision and define success for Fine’ry as a fragrance-led lifestyle brand.  Help define, lead, and execute GTM strategy and annual brand marketing plans. This includes business objectives, consumer and channel strategies, and translation of strategies to the consumer through the marketing mix. Translate brand strategy into clear retail, visual merchandising, and storytelling frameworks that scale across doors.
• Project Management Execution & Briefing: End‑to‑end execution of brand initiatives across fragrance and personal care, from ideation through launch. Own and manage multiple brand projects, including but not limited to: in-store visual merchandising (fixtures, displays, shelf sets, etc), campaigns, promotions, seasonal moments and innovation launches to deliver on-time with executional excellence.  Serve as the day‑to‑day executional lead, ensuring timelines, details, and deliverables are met with precision. Develop clear, inspiring briefs that translate brand strategy into actionable creative direction, with a strong emphasis on visual storytelling and shopper experience. Partner closely with Sales and retail partners to ensure brand vision. Plan and flawlessly execute launch 360 marketing programs - including, but not limited to: assortment, launch toolkits, retailer pitches, competitive deep dives, and support of digital/e-commerce and website.
• Creative, Content & Brand Storytelling: Become the brand storyteller and visual editor for Fine’ry across fragrance, men’s and personal care. Ensuring every touchpoint—from shelf to content—feels intentional, culturally relevant, and unmistakably Fine’ry. Write clear briefs and bring a sharp eye to all creative, with strong instincts for aesthetics, copy, composition, and detail in creative and presentations. Build brand equity with an ecosystem of creative content and seamless connections through commerce. Oversee brand experience to seamlessly integrate across the consumer journey.  Define data-based audiences, and partner cross-functionally to deliver marketing communications objectives.
• Budget Management & Leading through P/L: Own and manage marketing budget, ensuring strong organizational skills, with an ROI mindset on marketing investments and strong year-end budget delivery.  Knowledge of P/L and cost management is an asset.
• Business Results and Opportunity Assessment: Analyze market and business to identify opportunities for growth, refine strategies and ensure objectives are met. Exercise critical thinking to set high performance standards, measure success, and adjust plans to deliver against growth agenda. Lead post-launch analyses and business reviews with support from teams and cross-functional partners.
• Skills & Capability Development: Coach and develop Associate.  Develop business objectives, performance, personal development, and training plans.  Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance.
• Cross Functional Management: Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure all product/seasonal activations are planned/executed on schedule and budget.  Lead cross‑functional collaboration across Integrated Marketing, Sales, Creative, Innovations, Ops, and agencies to deliver seamless execution across categories. Balance multiple workstreams and priorities while maintaining brand cohesion and executional excellence.
• Champion the Brand: Drive alignment strategy with senior management and key commercial stakeholders at all levels.  Responsible for consulting with cross-functional partners and driving alignment across the organization.  Participate in key sales and marketing presentations.

Qualifications and Requirements 

• 6+ years of brand marketing experience in CPG, beauty, personal care or fragrance; Fortune 500 experience preferred, startups and midsize also welcome
• Proven track record of launching new products, implementing go-to-market strategies and building brands
• Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple categories and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and comfortable owning complex execution
• Strong visual merchandising experience, with the ability to critically evaluate, improve, and elevate shelf presence.
• Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing, including merchandising and in-store retail, e-commerce, and digital. Trade marketing working with retailers (i.e. Target, Walmart, Amazon, etc)
• Deep interest in and knowledge of fragrance and beauty trends. Cultural-forward and trend savvy
• Data-driven. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into action. Knowledge of IRI/Nielsen is a plus.
• Impeccable communication and storytelling skills—both written and verbal. Must be comfortable creating presentations and presenting in key stakeholder/ retail meetings.
• Creative thinker with a sharp eye for creative, aesthetics, and copywriting. Ability to translate to omni-channel storytelling.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with all levels, partner well with cross-functional team, agencies and retail partners

Position Overview  

Reporting to the VP, Finance, the Senior Director, FP&A will lead Maesa’s global financial planning function, drive strategic financial insights, strengthen forecasting capabilities, and partner with executive leadership to support growth, operational efficiency, and long range strategic planning. You will be charged with providing the actionable insights necessary to scale our existing portfolio and launch the next generation of disruptive beauty brands. This role oversees the full FP&A lifecycle—budgets, forecasts, financial modeling, performance analytics, and executive reporting and aligning financial plans with Maesa’s strategic priorities. Responsibilities reflect senior level FP&A standards in industry for best practice guidance. 

Key Responsibilities 

Leadership  

• Strengthen FP&A capabilities, tools, and systems to improve forecasting accuracy, automate reporting, and enhance decision support analytics.  

Financial Planning & Forecasting 

• Oversee S&OP process, including annual budgeting, quarterly and monthly forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario modeling for all business units.  

• Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Brand leadership to improve forecast accuracy, while identifying risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.  

Trade Management & ROI  

• Develop & Own Trade governance and reporting, partnering with Field Sales and Sales Operations 

• Assess effectiveness of trade promotions by retailer, creating playbook to assess future opportunities and drive efficiencies. 

Strategic Finance & Executive Partnership 

• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, offering insights on performance trends, KPIs, and strategic initiatives.  

• Influence cross functional teams in aligning financial plans with longterm business objectives and growth priorities.  

Performance Reporting & Insights 

• Oversee monthly business reviews, management reporting, and board level presentations, delivering clear storytelling and actionable insights.  

• Own KPI development across the organization; establish performance dashboards and accountability frameworks.  

• Drive improvements in data quality, reporting cadence, and insight generation to support operational excellence.  

Operational & Process Optimization 

• Upgrade FP&A processes, systems, and financial controls to support Maesa’s scaling and private equity driven environment.  

• Lead special projects such as profitability enhancement, cost optimization initiatives, and optimization initiatives, and cross functional productivity improvements. 

• Champion best practices in financial planning, advanced analytics, and performance management. 

Qualifications 

• Experience: 12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), Beauty, or Retail industries. 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA is highly preferred. 

• Technical Skills: Mastery of Excel and experience with enterprise-grade ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and EPM tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights). 

• Agility: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, private-equity-backed environment where "speed to market" is a competitive advantage. 

• Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex financial data into compelling narratives for non-financial stakeholders and Board members. 

What We Offer     

$180k – $200k/yr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This position is eligible for participation in a discretionary bonus plan based on individual and company performance.
