THE WORK:
The Financial Controller acts as the senior accounting officer in charge of financial reporting, general ledger accuracy, and control measures across Hidden Road's OTC operating entity and its BVI offshore entities. This position is not responsible for FCM or broker-dealer regulatory capital reporting. Instead, it concentrates on sub-consolidated and entity-level financial statements, intercompany accounting, management reporting, and governance frameworks to support a complex multi-jurisdictional corporate structure.
The Controller will work closely with the CFO, Legal, and Tax teams to ensure the group's offshore entities are accurately accounted for. They will also ensure intercompany transactions are recorded correctly and eliminated. Additionally, they will help the firm's financial reporting systems grow with the business. This role demands a skilled accountant experienced in financial services, knowledgeable about offshore holding structures, and able to handle accounting challenges in a fast-growing digital asset company.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Financial Reporting and General Ledger
- Handle the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process for the OTC entity and all BVI entities, guaranteeing accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of results.
- Prepare and review entity-level, divisional reporting, and sub-consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, including accurate presentation of intercompany balances, investment in subsidiaries, and offshore entity results.
- Lead the general ledger and chart of accounts for all in-scope entities, guaranteeing consistent handling and suitable segregation of activity by legal entity.
- Handle revenue recognition within the OTC book, encompassing fee income, spread income on matched principal transactions, along with any performance or incentive allocations.
- Oversee accruals, prepayments, fixed asset accounting, and other balance sheet substantiation processes.
Intercompany and Consolidation Accounting
- Manage all intercompany transactions across the Hidden Road group, including service fee arrangements, funding flows, cost allocations, and intercompany loans.
- Design and implement intercompany accounting policies, ensuring transactions are properly documented, priced on arm's-length terms, and eliminated appropriately in consolidation.
- Coordinate with the regulated entity finance teams (FCM/BD) to ensure intercompany positions and flows are reconciled and consistently reported across the group.
- Prepare sub-consolidation workpapers and supporting schedules, including minority interest calculations and currency translation adjustments where applicable.
- Assist with transfer pricing documentation in collaboration with the Tax function.
BVI Entity Governance and Offshore Accounting
- Keep the books and records of Hidden Road's BVI holding and operating entities up to date, ensuring adherence to relevant accounting standards and local statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with offshore legal counsel, registered agents, and any local accounting service providers to fulfill statutory filing and governance obligations.
- Manage equity accounting for investments held through BVI structures, including capital contributions, distributions, and fair value assessments of underlying holdings.
- Monitor cash and funding positions within offshore entities, coordinating with Treasury on upstreaming, downstreaming, and cross-entity cash management.
- Assist with parental guarantee or support arrangements between BVI entities and regulated subsidiaries, making sure disclosure aligns with applicable accounting standards.
Accounting for Digital Assets
- Implement current GAAP guidelines for digital asset accounting. The role involves fair value measurement according to ASC 820 and the FASB's ASU 2023-08 framework for crypto asset holders.
- Maintain accounting policies for digital asset positions held by OTC and BVI entities, including recognition, measurement, impairment, and derecognition.
- Work alongside Custody and Operations to reconcile on-chain and off-chain digital asset positions, ensuring the balance sheet presentation is complete and accurate.
- Stay on top of updates from SEC, FASB, and IASB on digital asset accounting and provide the CFO with insights on the impact to accounting policies.
Management Reporting and CFO Partnership
- Produce monthly management accounts and variance analysis for the OTC and BVI entities, including P&L attribution, balance sheet movements, and critical performance measures.
- Develop and maintain financial models that support budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning processes for the non-regulated entities.
- Prepare board and investor reporting packages for offshore entities, including financial summaries, capital position updates, and narrative commentary.
- Collaborate with the CFO on ad hoc analysis, new entity structuring, and financial due diligence related to strategic transactions or new product launches.
Internal Controls and Audit
- Develop and uphold a reliable internal control environment within the OTC and BVI entities, encompassing reconciliation frameworks, approval workflows, and exception reporting.
- Function as the key point of contact for external auditors throughout the audit of in-scope entities; handle PBC deliverables, address audit questions, and facilitate financial statement sign-off.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures documentation encompassing all significant accounting areas.
- Detect control weaknesses or process shortcomings and guide corrective actions in collaboration with Finance leadership.
Team and Systems
- Build and lead a small, high-quality accounting team supporting the OTC and offshore entity perimeter.
- Use Python or data tools to automate reconciliations, build reporting pipelines, or handle large position datasets.
- Encourage use and improvement of the firm's accounting systems and ERP infrastructure, including chart of accounts design, reporting hierarchies, and automated reconciliation tools.
- Partner with Technology on financial system enhancements and integration with middle and back-office platforms.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Required
- CPA (active) required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with relevant exposure to financial services, asset management, or trading entities.
- Strong technical GAAP proficiency, including consolidation, intercompany elimination, equity method accounting, and revenue recognition.
- Experience handling the bookkeeping and documentation for multiple legal entities, including non-US or offshore structures.
- Confirmed capability to lead a financial close process from start to finish, encompassing general ledger, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes and organizational change.
Preferred
- Experience handling accounting and governance for BVI, Cayman, or other offshore entities, including understanding statutory reporting obligations and registered agent interactions.
- Understanding of digital asset accounting under US GAAP, including familiarity with ASU 2023-08 (fair value accounting for crypto assets) and on-chain/off-chain reconciliation methods.
- Proficiency with Python or other data analysis tools to drive greater efficiency in the function.
- Background in prime brokerage, OTC derivatives, or structured finance — sufficient to understand the economic substance of transactions being accounted for.
- Experience with intercompany transfer pricing documentation and how it relates to financial reporting.
- Previous experience at a Big 4 or national accounting firm concentrating on financial services or alternative investment funds.
- Experience with ERP rollout or accounting system transition within a financial services environment.

We’re looking for a collaborative, driven, and diligent Network & Strategic Partner Onboarding Analyst. As an Onboarding Analyst, you will coordinate documentation logistics and provide ongoing Due Diligence/KYC support for our financial institutional partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of institutional onboarding processes, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering confidential information efficiently and accurately.
Reporting into the Director of Network and Strategic Partner Onboarding, the role will be a frontline point of contact with our Network Financial Partners, Business Development, Sales and Customer Success teams, and liaising with multiple internal key collaborators such as Compliance, Legal, and Finance, etc., to facilitate efficient onboarding onto various financial institutional partners. Communications and day-to-day interactions with a broad-based audience require excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, due to the need for high accuracy and compliance with reporting and regulatory matters, a professional with attention to detail and a high degree of process focus is required.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Manage the end-to-end counterparty onboarding lifecycle from initial request to go-live, including Jira ticket creation and tracking, user access provisioning, and handoff coordination with Operational teams.
- Coordinate the update and/or remediation of DDQ/KYC for Ripple Entity profiles as a consequence of material changes.
- Participate in testing and validation of data integrity in various applications such as Salesforce, Treasury Management Systems, and Reporting.
- Lead or support infrastructure-building projects including Salesforce workflow design, Confluence documentation, Safebase knowledge base development, and AI-assisted tooling (e.g., Claude).
- Ensure weekly reports and meeting agendas are generated and distributed timely.
- Engage with both internal and external collaborators to support the onboarding process.
- Run weekly/monthly reports and maintain reporting/documentation repositories.
- Support periodic KYC Refresh reviews for existing counterparties and customers, ensuring documentation remains current and compliant; manage and track user access across Ripple’s systems
- Facilitate the documentation needs of the Business by coordinating notary/apostilled, translations, and wet ink/Docusign signatures with internal authorized signatories
- Coordinate ambitious deliverables, ensuring timely communication, and serve as a point of escalation for onboarding concerns
- Perform administrative tasks, including scanning documents and filing requirements
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 1–2 years of relevant Institutional Onboarding experience with multinational corporations or financial institutions
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills with an ability to drive multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and diligently
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, willing to chart new paths, and agile to changing priorities
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adjust between competing priorities
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Lucid Charts, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace products; experience with other analytical tools preferred
- Experience with tools such as Confluence and Jira, in an operational context.
- Curiosity and hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Safebase, Inventive); ability to identify and propose opportunities to incorporate AI into operational workflows.
- Familiarity with KYC/AML compliance frameworks and cross-border payments or digital assets is a plus.

THE WORK:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead end-to-end payroll processing across multiple regions including, UK, Ireland, Switzerland, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Germany, Brazil, and Iceland
- Handle monthly payroll cycles across all assigned entities, ensuring; Payroll processing that is detailed and delivered in a timely manner. Compliance with local statutory, tax, and labor regulations. Alignment with global payroll standards.
- Be responsible for and process equity-related transactions, including: RSUs, stock options, and tender-related payments. Coordination with Equity, Tax, and external vendors. Validation of gross-to-net calculations and payroll reporting impacts
- Partner closely with ADP Celergo (or equivalent global payroll providers) to: Ensure accurate data transmission and payroll execution. Troubleshoot payroll issues and handle partner concerns Support ongoing system enhancements and integrations
- Support global mobility payroll activities, including: Cross-border tax implications. Shadow payrolls (where applicable). Coordination with tax advisors and mobility partners.
- Manage pension, social security, and statutory remittances across all countries: Validate employer/employee contributions. Ensure timely and accurate filings and payments.
- Own payroll bookkeeping and GL account matching processes: Prepare and review payroll journal entries. Reconcile payroll to the general ledger. Partner with Accounting and FP&A on variance analysis and reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for: Internal collaborators (HR, Finance, Treasury, Equity, Tax) External vendors and payroll providers. Audit and compliance requests.
- Support month-end and year-end close activities, including: Payroll accruals and reconciliations. Statutory filings (e.g., P60s, annual returns, etc.) Audit readiness and documentation
- Drive process improvements and transformation initiatives, including: Payroll standardization across entities. Automation and system enhancements. Integration of newly acquired entities (M&A payroll onboarding)
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 7+ years of global payroll experience, with strong exposure to European payroll environments

THE WORK:
As the Treasury team expands internationally, we are seeking a versatile, analytical, and collaborative Senior Analyst to join Ripple’s growing Treasury team. You will take part in all facets of global treasury operations and contribute to projects that advance the company’s infrastructure growth. THE WORK:
Ripple is looking for a Manager of Global Procurement Operations to join our Financial Operations Team and contribute to Ripple’s global financial operations processes. You will report directly to the Director of Financial Operations, based in the San Francisco HQ office. The Global Procurement Operations Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for developing and driving global procurement operations, systems, and strategies to optimize costs, simplify and automate the buying experience, and drive value across the global organization.

- Accelerate organizational efficiencies by reducing cycle times and leading the seamless rollout of procurement policies and tools. WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud & Excel is required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (Degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Finance is preferred)
- Minimum of 8+ years in the field of Procurement and Supplier Management, including 4+ years leading teams, preferably in a high-growth environment.

The WORK:
As our Treasury team grows worldwide, we are hiring a versatile, operational, organized, analytical, and collaborative Treasury Manager. You will handle daily cash and product operations and assist with all global processes. You will help lead efforts to expand the company’s infrastructure and work closely with cross-functional team members and Ripple’s partners every day.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Prepare, assess, and process cash flow transactions (including Payroll, Tax, Bank fees, and Treasury payments).
- Manage entity funding (approvals/callbacks), capital calls, loans, grants, and intercompany funding/settlement oversight.
- Support continuous oversight of cash operations, including daily cash handling, bank account reconciliation, and account configurations.
- Provide internal/external audit support, coordinate FBAR compliance, and manage restricted account/LOC monitoring.
- Assist in preparing and analyzing cash positions, providing digital asset fundings, and ensuring liquidity for wallet/funding obligations.
- Complete Stablecoin (RLUSD) Treasury operations, OTC trading support, RPD and Treasury operations.
- Manage AP and Corporate payments using crypto assets.
- Own global account and exchange management, including opening/closing accounts, KYC, signatory updates, FBAR reporting, User Access Management, and other account management activities.
- Manage bank fee and yield reviews, relationship management (QBRs), and Letter of Credit (LOC) processing in partnership with our corporate banks.
- Manage user access for bank portals and TMS (GTreasury and Trovata); troubleshoot issues via JIRA.
- Coordinate daily review of bank feeds, API/PIX credentials coordination, and maintenance of the centralized bank data file.
- Support GTreasury implementation as well as other AI, Jira, and automation initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 7+ years of experience in corporate treasury operations, preferably in a high-growth startup or multinational environment.
- Deep expertise in domestic, cross-border, FX, and digital asset payments. Sophisticated proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. Experience either implementing or using a SAAS Treasury Management System like GTreasury and Kyriba a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. (MBA, CFA, or CTP preferred).
- An analytical approach with excellent problem-solving skills, leading with data and strategic solutions. The right candidate will be proactive, organized, have presentation skills, have curiosity and be biased for action.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence cross-functional partners (Tax, Legal, Financial Services team, Trading and Markets team, Accounting) at all levels.

THE WORK
We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to oversee corporate and executive financial reporting. This role will serve as a critical partner to senior leadership, responsible for translating complex financial results and forecasts into clear, decision-ready insights. The ideal candidate brings exceptional financial modeling skills, strong accounting and financial statement expertise, and deep experience leading planning, forecasting, and month-end close processes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the preparation of executive-level financial reporting, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and the Board of Directors with detailed analysis and accuracy.
- Lead the annual financial and operating planning process, coordinating with cross-functional partners to consolidate company-wide resource requests and prepare leadership-level materials.
- Maintain rolling forecasts and long-range outlooks, incorporating business performance, strategic initiatives, and macro considerations.
- Support broader FP&A team with maintaining sophisticated financial models to support planning, scenario analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Play a leadership role in the monthly close process, including review of results and reconciliation of Budget vs. Actuals (BvA).
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience across corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance roles; investment banking and/or management consulting experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced financial modeling expertise, including building models from the ground up, with deep understanding of financial statements and their interdependencies.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex analyses into clear, executive-level insights and presentations; highly detail-oriented, with the ability to operate effectively at both the strategic and tactical levels.
- Advanced experience with Anaplan or similar enterprise financial planning systems.
