WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 3+ years experience in client-facing solution consulting and/or software implementations, specifically in ERP or SaaS

- Technical Aptitude: experience navigating complex software ecosystems and understanding how data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs

- Treasury Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting

THE WORK:
The Creative Program Manager will be the central coordination point between Ripple's Brand Design Team, Events Team, and design agencies; managing the end-to-end execution of all physical and digital design assets for sponsored and hosted events, including our flagship annual event, Swell.
Reporting to the Director, Marketing Strategy and Operations, this role sits within a centralized project management organization within the Brand Marketing & Design team and is directly responsible for ensuring all event design deliverables—from booth architecture and signage to collateral and premium swag—are executed on-brand, on-time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards globally. This is an ideal role for an experienced manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about brand execution, and excels at stakeholder and vendor management.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop, maintain, and communicate a unified design production calendar and roadmap for an estimated 10-15 sponsored global events and the Swell annual conference (1,500+).
- Define project scopes, set critical path milestones, and manage complex interdependencies between the Design Team (Visual, Web, Media), the Events Team, external agencies, and internal stakeholders (Executive, Marketing, Comms).
- Champion and enforce efficient project management processes, leveraging tools like Asana and the Google suite to standardize event design workflows across the organization.
- Own and consolidate feedback across the creative review process, Marketing, Legal, and Executive reviewers, and enforce clear decision rights to keep timelines intact.
- Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve bottlenecks related to creative capacity, content handoffs, budget constraints, or vendor capabilities.
- Directly manage and track the budget for all event management, design production, and fabrication.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external production and fabrication agencies. Manage RFPs, negotiate SOWs, and hold vendors accountable for quality and delivery against established deadlines.
- Partner with the Design Operations lead to help forecast design resource needs based on the events calendar.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 6+ years of dedicated project/program management experience, preferably within a fast-paced technology company, creative agency, or large-scale event production environment.
- Proven track record of managing creative production for physical environments (trade show booths, conference signage) and print collateral.
- Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and proficiency with project management tools.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders at multiple levels (Brand Design, Marketing, Legal, Executive).
- Direct experience managing production budgets, negotiating contracts, and leading vendor relationships.
- Familiarity with design methodology, processes, and design collaboration tools (Figma)
- Experience in the web3, finance, or tech industries is a plus.

What You’ll Do
Set the Standard:
- Develop, own, and continuously evolve Ripple’s global interior design standards, ensuring consistency across all locations and project types.
- Create and maintain a robust library of design documentation — finish specifications, material palettes, FF&E standards, and brand-aligned guidelines.

What You’ll Do
Set the Standard:
- Develop, own, and continuously evolve Ripple’s global interior design standards, ensuring consistency across all locations and project types.

The WORK:
As our Treasury team grows worldwide, we are hiring a versatile, operational, organized, analytical, and collaborative Treasury Manager. You will handle daily cash and product operations and assist with all global processes. You will help lead efforts to expand the company’s infrastructure and work closely with cross-functional team members and Ripple’s partners every day.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Prepare, assess, and process cash flow transactions (including Payroll, Tax, Bank fees, and Treasury payments).
- Manage entity funding (approvals/callbacks), capital calls, loans, grants, and intercompany funding/settlement oversight.
- Support continuous oversight of cash operations, including daily cash handling, bank account reconciliation, and account configurations.
- Provide internal/external audit support, coordinate FBAR compliance, and manage restricted account/LOC monitoring.
- Assist in preparing and analyzing cash positions, providing digital asset fundings, and ensuring liquidity for wallet/funding obligations.
- Complete Stablecoin (RLUSD) Treasury operations, OTC trading support, RPD and Treasury operations.
- Manage AP and Corporate payments using crypto assets.
- Own global account and exchange management, including opening/closing accounts, KYC, signatory updates, FBAR reporting, User Access Management, and other account management activities.
- Manage bank fee and yield reviews, relationship management (QBRs), and Letter of Credit (LOC) processing in partnership with our corporate banks.
- Manage user access for bank portals and TMS (GTreasury and Trovata); troubleshoot issues via JIRA.
- Coordinate daily review of bank feeds, API/PIX credentials coordination, and maintenance of the centralized bank data file.
- Support GTreasury implementation as well as other AI, Jira, and automation initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 7+ years of experience in corporate treasury operations, preferably in a high-growth startup or multinational environment.
- Deep expertise in domestic, cross-border, FX, and digital asset payments. Sophisticated proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. Experience either implementing or using a SAAS Treasury Management System like GTreasury and Kyriba a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. (MBA, CFA, or CTP preferred).

Overview:
In the role of Staff Network Engineer, you will serve as a technical architect and senior project lead for Ripple’s global corporate network infrastructure. You will promote network consistency across all offices, manage major site upgrades or new office openings, and guarantee 99.9% network uptime. We want a high-impact individual contributor who defines Ripple’s architectural standard for global connectivity. This position blends high-level planning with practical senior engineering to support a workforce spread around the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and maintain the "Global Office Standard" (Arista/Aruba/Palo Alto). Act as the final technical point of contact for resolving any critical issues in the global network infrastructure.
- NetDevOps and Automation: Drive the transition to automated deployments. Replace manual "copy-paste" configurations with Ansible, Terraform, and Python-based workflows, applying Arista CloudVision APIs for Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP).
- Security and Zero Trust: Collaborate with the Information Security team to implement Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA). Manage the lifecycle of certificate-based EAP-TLS 802.1x authentication along with SASE/SD-WAN transitions.
- Infrastructure Life Cycle: Manage multi-million dollar global hardware upgrades. Coordinate the retirement of outdated Juniper stacks and the rollout of next-generation Arista switching and Aruba Wireless solutions.
- Reliability Engineering: Ownership of the 99.9% Network availability SLA. Develop streaming telemetry and sophisticated observability dashboards (LogicMonitor/Grafana) to move from reactive troubleshooting to proactive network monitoring.
- Vendor and Project Management: Manage relationships with ISPs, hardware vendors, and professional services providers. Lead cross-functional projects to meet international deliverables.
Required Technical Expertise
- Expert-level understanding of Arista EOS (CloudVision, MLAG, VXLAN) and Aruba Central.
- Deep experience with Palo Alto Networks (Panorama, GlobalProtect, and Prisma or equivalent experience)
- Great understanding of cloud based Radius/TACACS+ authentication and certificate management platforms such as Arista AGNI, Foxpass, and ClearPass.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 3+ years of proven track record in email, lifecycle, or marketing operations roles.
- Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platforms (Account Engagement (Pardot), HubSpot etc.). Experience with AI features of these tools is a plus.
- Proven ability to write clear, persuasive, and conversion-focused email copy.
- Strong understanding of segmentation, nurture programs, and B2B buying journeys.
