THE WORK:
Ripple’s Settlement and Billing team builds systems that make sure value moves clearly, accurately, and transparently across our products. This platform team holds significant responsibility for the data, status, and financial infrastructure behind all Ripple payments. It serves every customer who closes their books daily.
We are hiring a Lead Product Manager to establish and steer strategy and implementation for this team as it moves into its next stage. You'll function at the convergence of platform product development, financial operations, and regulatory compliance — guaranteeing Ripple can expand with assurance in a regulated industry.
This is a pivotal role: you will guide the team's strategy, develop its culture, and deliver the internal and external product suite that powers settlement, reconciliation, reporting, returns, and billing across Ripple's full product portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in product launches, determination, and the creativity to develop and advance innovative solutions to complex problems. You'll work closely with diverse groups — Engineering, Operations, Treasury, and Accounting — across all products that Ripple provides.
The role will be based in San Francisco and will report to the Senior Director of Product, Platform.

THE WORK:
Are you an experienced and entrepreneurial product marketing leader looking to make your mark in a groundbreaking industry? If so, we want you to join our team at Ripple as our VP of Product Marketing.
In this role, you'll drive Ripple's go-to-market strategy for our enterprise product suite. Working closely with product management, sales, corporate marketing, and business development leaders, you'll develop strategies for which customers, use cases, and geographies Ripple targets for adoption. You lead by example, serving as Ripple’s customer expert, and thrive on collaborating with and encouraging those around you.
This role is based in Ripple’s corporate headquarters in San Francisco and will report to the Senior Vice President of Product.

In this role, you will shape how Ripple’s institutional DeFi solutions are understood and adopted in the market. You’ll craft clear, differentiated positioning and lead go-to-market strategies that translate technical capabilities into compelling value for institutional audiences. This includes blockchain based solutions for payments, trade finance, collateral management, and more.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of traditional financial markets, strong experience leading product marketing for DeFi or crypto products in a constantly evolving environment.
