Role Summary

As a Senior Tax Manager at Payoneer, you will play a key role in overseeing the company’s global tax compliance and reporting obligations across a multi-jurisdictional environment. • Design and build global Total Rewards programs, frameworks, and operating models that are scalable, predictable, and easy to navigate

• Lead end-to-end implementation of global TR programs, including compensation cycles, market benchmarking, benefits renewals, equity processes, recognition programs, mobility workflows, and M&A integration support

Program Management & Continuous Improvement

Cross-Functional Leadership 

• Partner with HRBPs, People Services, HRIS, People Analytics, Finance, and Legal to ensure programs are compliant, integrated, and well-governed  

• Support due diligence and post-acquisition integration of Total Rewards programs  

• Align with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and cost management  

Data, Systems & Reporting 

• Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy in partnership with HRIS and People Analytics  

• Define reporting needs and support development of dashboards and insights  

• Use data and program insights to identify issues and inform improvements  

Employee & Manager Experience 

• Develop clear, practical materials (guides, FAQs, toolkits, templates) that make programs easy to understand and use

Who you are

• 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards, HR program management, compensation, benefits, or related areas  

• Proven experience designing and managing global or large-scale HR programs  

• Strong program and project management skills with the ability to drive execution  

• Ability to translate strategy into structured programs and operational delivery  

• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics

Role summary

As a member of the New York FP&A team, you will be exposed to all aspects of finance and corporate strategy, including strategic planning, real-time forecasting, investor relations, corporate development, and capital markets, and interact with various areas across the company including Business Intelligence, Sales & Marketing, Product Development, R&D and Operations.

This critical role is specifically responsible for supporting the CFO and CEO offices with top-line analysis and long-range planning. Payoneer Global Inc. has filed an application to establish PAYO Digital Bank N.A., a national trust bank designed to support stablecoin-enabled infrastructure for global businesses. This is intended to help deliver secure, compliant, and resilient stablecoin based financial services (issuance, custody, payments, and reserve management). 

Role Summary 

We’re seeking a Senior Director to design, lead, and mature the Bank’s risk function. You will own the ERM framework, provide independent secondline oversight across all activities (including stablecoin issuance, custody, payments, liquidity and reserves), and operate as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board Risk Committee. 

What You’ll Do 

•  Own and maintain the Bank’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.   
•  Provide independent second line oversight of risks arising from the Bank’s activities, including stablecoin issuance, custody, payments, liquidity management, reserves management, and third party/affiliate arrangements.   
•  Lead the enterprise wide risk assessment (EWRA) process.   
• Develop and maintain the Bank’s risk taxonomy and risk appetite for approval by senior management and the Board Risk Committee (covering operational, liquidity/treasury, technology & cyber, thirdparty/affiliate, compliance and financial crime/BSA/AML).   
• Identify, track, and manage risk issues; oversee remediation plans throughto verified closure.   
•  Develop and deliver executive and Board level risk reporting, including KRIs and emerging risk analysis.   
•  Coordinate third party risk management reviews and assessments across the lifecycle.   
•  Partner with Compliance and business/tech leaders to ensure exam ready governance, controls, and documentation.

Who You Are 

•  10+ years in enterprise risk management within a regulated bank, prudential supervision, or banking focused consulting, including leadership of an independent secondline function.   
• Deep knowledge of banking risk types: operational, liquidity/treasury, payments/custody, technology & cyber,thirdparty/affiliate, and financial crime/BSA/AML.  
•  Experience with technology enable dfinancial products (e.g., stablecoins, digital assets, payment and custody models).   
•  Track record building ERM, risk appetite, taxonomies, KRIs, and Board level reporting; credible engagement with regulators and support of examinations.   
• Executive presence, independent judgment, and the willingness to escalate material risk matters.
