The Global Investment team sits at the heart of the agency, working with planning, buying, client leadership, commercial, digital, and new business teams across local, regional and global levels. We also collaborate across the wider WPP Media Investment community.
Our primary function is to support investment and trading requirements across our global client portfolio, working closely with local market teams, global clients and external third parties. The team focuses on a range of workstreams including media value management, marketplace and inflation monitoring, auditor collaboration and management, digital process management, commercial liability and contractual awareness, new business pitches, innovation in developing media channels, and thought leadership.
This role will support several large multinational clients across the investment area. Depending on the client, the role may include the following areas:
Media Knowledge
Developing a strong understanding of global media markets, channels, measurement metrics, methodologies and trading metrics. A proactive and engaged approach to learning is essential, along with a willingness to build knowledge and share insights with the wider team.
Market Intelligence
Building relationships with Investment colleagues and local market agency teams to strengthen market intelligence. This includes keeping track of media price inflation, media channel evolution, and wider media landscape changes, as well as contributing to workstreams that help ensure the team remains forward-looking and informed about new opportunities.
Trading Delivery
Working with Investment and local market trading teams to track media value delivery and support the monitoring of trading commitments. The role will involve keeping managers informed of media value results, helping to resolve local market issues, and developing an understanding of measurement methodologies and trading structures.
Relationship Focus
This role requires regular interaction with global markets, so the ability to build collaborative relationships with local teams is important. Clear, thoughtful, and responsive communication is essential when working across multiple markets and stakeholders.
Team
Active participation in the Investment team, workstreams, and wider collaborative projects is expected. The role also includes participating in training sessions and supporting colleagues where appropriate.
The success of the role will be measured against agreed KPIs, which will be reviewed periodically throughout the year. Strong local market relationships are critical to success in this position.
Skills and Experience
At WPP Media, we believe in the power of our culture and our people. It’s what elevates us to deliver exceptional experiences for both our clients and each other. In this role it will be critical to embrace WPP & WPP Media’s shared core values:
o Be Extraordinary by Leading Collectively to Inspire transformational Creativity.
o Create an Open environment by Balancing People and Client Experiences by Cultivating Trust.
o Lead Optimistically by Championing Growth and Development to Mobilize the Enterprise.
The successful candidate will have some experience in a media planning or buying role, within a media auditor, a client business, and/or within an investment management agency team. Alternatively, candidates with experience in another area of the media industry and a strong interest in building a career within global media will also be considered.
This role involves working with large data sets, so strong maths, Excel, and attention to detail skills are essential. An interest in analysing data, understanding trends, and interpreting the story it tells is also important. Advanced analytics and data visualisation experience, including tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI, would be highly valued, as would VBA or macro writing skills.
The role also requires the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of colleagues, both within the immediate team and across local markets. Strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills are important, along with a proactive, friendly, and collaborative approach.
Because this is a global role involving regular contact with markets where English may not be the first language, strong written and spoken English is essential.

About The Team:
We’re looking for a Senior Demand Planning Analyst who is as comfortable writing SQL as they are explaining a forecast miss to a Procurement Director. This is a hybrid role: part data engineer, part forecaster, part cross-functional operator.
You’ll own the demand signal that drives every operational decision at HelloFresh, from how much food we buy to how many staff we schedule and how many trucks we book. Your forecasts directly determine food waste, labour costs, and customer experience for millions of meals across Europe.
Our Demand Planning team is transitioning from a legacy operating model to a unified, automated, data-driven global function. You will bridge that gap — building the next-generation forecasting capabilities while keeping daily supply chain execution accurate and agile.

About The Team:
At HelloFresh, we are changing the way people eat forever. We are looking for a Senior Demand Planner to join our Central Planning Team, driving strategic forecasting and technical innovation across the UK and International markets while acting as the operational heartbeat of selected European markets. Seeking a data-savvy pro with strong SQL skills to unlock insights and drive smart decisions!
You will play a pivotal role in our Operations, moving from fragmented local forecasting to a unified, automated, and data-driven global model. You will also own the demand signal that drives every operational decision - from how much food we buy (Procurement) to how many staff we schedule (Production) and how many trucks we book (Logistics).
The Demand Planning team is transitioning from a legacy operating model into a Predictive Intelligence function. Our vision is to evolve from reactive demand estimation to active supply chain shaping, leveraging data to anticipate market shifts, mitigate risk, and optimize operational costs.
You will bridge the gap between legacy operations and predictive intelligence. This role has a critical dual objective:
Ultimately, you will ensure that while we build the next generation of automated planning pipelines, our daily supply chain execution remains agile, accurate, and highly efficient.
What You Will Be Doing:
Strategic Improvement
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management (S&OP)
Operational Forecasting & Plan Ownership
Who You Are:
You are a hybrid: part analyst and planner, part diplomat, and part strategic change agent. You know a demand plan is useless if it simply reports numbers without driving action. You ensure every plan reconciles conflicting cross-functional needs, championing structural transformation through deep insights and a proactive understanding of error and risk.

Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
Partnerships are one of the most important ways Anthropic brings Claude to the enterprises that will define how AI is deployed at scale. We're hiring a leader to run Partnership Strategy & Operations for our International business — the markets outside North America, spanning UKI, EMEA, India, Japan, and the broader APAC footprint.
You'll be the strategic partner to International partnerships leadership: responsible for the regional GTM plan, the targets and the forecast, and the operating architecture that keeps the motion accountable. You'll also carry a horizontal mandate across the global Partnerships function, leading a small number of cross-regional initiatives that shape how the organization operates end-to-end.
This is a builder's seat. You'll set the strategic agenda for the region, shape GTM across heterogeneous markets, and establish the operating system that turns ambition into a funded, sequenced plan. Success looks like an International partner motion that is strategic and accountable, under your leadership and horizontal initiatives that raise the bar globally.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings.
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
