Neo4j GraphAcademy provides free, self-paced, hands-on online training paths for Developers, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists to achieve success with Neo4j.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Curriculum Developer to create engaging, hands-on online training courses, videos, and technical content that educate and empower Neo4j users of all experience levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality technical content (courses, videos, sample applications, diagrams) using existing Neo4j Documentation.
• Identify gaps in the course catalog, develop courses to cover them, and build clear learning paths for different graph use cases.
• Provide feedback on Neo4j offerings and course catalog to improve the user experience.
• Collaborate with the distributed Developer Relations, Marketing, Product Management, Solutions Engineering, and R&D teams.
• Be comfortable expressing complex subject matter clearly and simply, and working on camera.

Qualifications

• Must Haves:
• A background in education or technical writing.
• Able to demonstrate experience creating video content that uses visual aids to break complex content down into easy-to-understand content.
• Ability to research and develop training materials for users of all ability levels.
• An empathy for users and their learning experience.
• A strong command of the English language (writing and speaking).

We are seeking educators with expertise in one or more of the following domains. Candidates may have direct professional experience in the field or a background in technical education within these areas.

• Data Ecosystem Integration: Experience integrating or migrating data across major cloud platforms and data providers, such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Generative AI (GenAI): Deep expertise in GenAI, including building applications that utilize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Context Engineering principles.

Associate Solution Engineer

We provide engineering and architecture leadership and development for the Neo4j-based solutions our customers are building.

The responsibilities of an Associate Sales Engineer cover a variety of tasks, from assisting in the discovery of customer needs to helping transform those needs into technical designs. You will work closely with senior team members to learn how to demonstrate Neo4j technology, participate in whiteboarding sessions, and engage with technical stakeholders to understand their problems and map them to solutions.  The Associate Sales Engineer understands business terminology, thinks in technical terms and combines both sides during the entire engagement

In this role, you will develop your expertise in Graph Databases while learning how Neo4j fits within a Modern Data Architecture alongside Big Data platforms, NoSQL stores, and cloud services, and how to position other architectural components in a graph-based solution.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborative Support: Partner with the Neo4j sales team to assist in all phases of the pre-sales process.

The Role

The Benchmarking team operates internally, collaborating with all other engineering teams as its clients. This team is responsible for maintaining the benchmarking infrastructure, enabling other teams to benchmark products and detect regressions effectively.

We oversee a full-stack product that encompasses a backend with a database, infrastructure, and software, along with a frontend interface named "Alacrity." Alacrity allows teams to schedule benchmarking runs and view both new and historical results. Our focus extends to developing algorithms for automatic regression detection and identifying bottlenecks in flame graphs, among other tasks. Furthermore, we serve as advocates for understanding Java internals and crafting high-performance Java code, actively collaborating with other teams to identify their needs and support their development efforts.

We are currently seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our team and contribute to both the Java backend and the benchmarking results frontend.
