We're hiring a Senior Analyst to help run the engine room of Smartsheet's EMEA GTM. This role is for someone who likes to ship. Clear analysis, clean dashboards, decisions made faster, friction removed. You'll work on a small EMEA GTM Ops team, embedded with sales leadership, doing the work that helps the region hit its number.

This isn't a deck factory. We need someone who can move from a business question to a defensible recommendation in days, not weeks, and who's comfortable owning a workstream end to end.

You will report to our Director, GTM Operations (EMEA) 

You Will:

• Pipeline health and pipeline tracking for EMEA, including the analytical layer behind the weekly EMEA Pipe Council
• Forecast inspection. Deal slippage, coverage ratios, conversion diagnostics, segment-level trends
• Recurring reporting and dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau that give EMEA leadership a clear view of the business
• QBR and monthly business review prep for the EMEA SLT. The data, the narrative, and the recommendations
• Ad-hoc strategic deep dives. Account whitespace, territory rebalancing inputs, capacity scenarios, pipe gen ROI
• Operational friction work across the resolver network (Order Ops, Deal Desk, FinOps, Sales Success) to unblock the field
• Partner reporting and channel performance support, including global partner workstreams with GSIs like PWC
• Perform other duties as assigned

You Have:

• 3-5 years in sales strategy and operations, FP&A, management consulting, or a comparable analytical role in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech
• Strong analytical chops. Salesforce, Tableau, advanced Excel, G-Suite
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to move faster on analysis, summarization, and recurring ops work
• A track record of taking ambiguous business questions and turning them into something a leader can act on
• Strong written and verbal communication, especially with senior audiences
• Bias for execution and speed
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent experience
• Legally eligible to work in the UK on an ongoing basis

Smartsheet is looking for an experienced Data Engineer to support and accelerate the productivity of our Go-To Market organization. In this role, you will work with Data Engineers to help build scalable and reliable data and reporting infrastructure. You will partner with Analytics decision-makers as part of a collaborative, motivated team. Your work will be instrumental in helping our Sales partners optimize their pipeline, increase retention, and close deals.

You Will:

• Help to create, evolve, and maintain the reporting infrastructure for the Sales organization to facilitate data across the organization
• Partner with engineering, data science, and other analytics teams to build scalable analytics solutions with a focus on reporting capabilities
• Mine large datasets to ensure data accuracy and completeness for reporting purposes   
• Analyze and monitor data for anomalies, with a focus on data quality and consistency within reports     
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance, pipeline health, and other critical metrics   
• Automate report generation and distribution to improve efficiency
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior analysts on data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes and reporting best practices
• Ensure data governance and data integrity across all reporting tools and platforms
• Proactively identify and propose improvements to existing reporting processes and systems
• Be a mentor and leader to the more junior analysts on the team

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. engineering, sciences, math, statistics, business, or economics)
• 5+ years of experience in an analytics/engineering role with increasing responsibility
• Experience in Cloud and SaaS go-to-market (GTM)
• Expertise in SQL and preparing data for analysis, modeling, and visualization
• 3+ years of experience using Python for data analysis / automation 
• 3+ years of experience with dbt core
• 3+ years of experience with Git (Gitlab, Github etc.) and CI/CD concepts like branching, merging, Code Reviews etc. 
• Demonstrated experience with a modern engineering tech stack (Airflow, AWS, Docker etc.) 
• Experience working with a business intelligence tool like Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, etc.

Nice To Have:

• Experience building ML models
• Proficiency with Tableau preferred
• Experience with statistics (time series analysis, cluster analysis, multivariate analysis)
• Experience publishing and presenting data and findings to executives and non-data users

Smartsheet is looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Analyst, specializing in Insights & Analytics delivery, to support and accelerate the productivity of our Go-To Market organization. In this role, you will help define Smartsheet's growth strategy through insights produced with data analysis. You will be expected to independently drive projects, tackle complex analytical challenges, and mentor other analysts. You will work very closely with senior sales leadership to inform strategic decision-making. You will be part of a collaborative, motivated team that is instrumental in helping our Go-To Market team achieve their goals by driving pipeline growth, increasing retention, and closing deals.
