• Mastering the ability to turn any branded content into a volume of social gold (clips, gifs, graphics, photos, stories, copy, etc.) 
• Working with a wide range and quality of video and static imagery - from a collection of photography to short video clips and films to create and manipulate video, photography, copy, gifs, short clips, streaming stories etc
• Collaborating with our creative and strategy teams to create work that connects 
• Owning and honing your design, editing and writing skills utilising standard industry software and social platforms
• Wrangling, rolling with your teammates on rapid fire requests and tight timelines while keeping a cool, proactive attitude
• Sharing your passion and skills and learning craft from others - adding your ambition to that of the agency
• It’s not just drop and stop - it’s keeping an eye on the content you create, reading the comments and seeing when things take off and feeding that back into your next ideas.

We aren't looking for a "social media manager" to schedule posts or a "brand strategist" for static decks. We need a Relevance Social Strategist specializing in the Tech, AI, and Cloud sectors: a rare hybrid who is as comfortable debating the merits of a tech stack or the nuances of senior developer culture on Reddit as they are dissecting why a specific TikTok hook went viral.

You will be the bridge between complex cloud computing and internet-first creative. Your goal is to take one of the world’s most sophisticated tech stacks and make it the most culturally resonant brand in the digital landscape. You will turn B2B decision-making into "must-watch" social entertainment.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Earned Social Strategy: Design, write and communicate social-first creative across platforms that prioritizes organic reach with IT Decision Makers (ITDMs), Business Decision Makers (BDMs), and Senior Developers.

What You’d Do:

Data & Systems Integrity

• Data Stewardship: Own the entry and maintenance of employee data across our people systems, ensuring 100% accuracy at all times.
• Reporting & Analysis: Manage and execute regular data reporting. You’ll identify trends and provide the "story" behind the numbers to help lead our people initiatives.
• Digital Organization: Maintain department digital files with precision (resignation notes, exit summaries, performance check-ins, etc.).

Operational Support

• People Operations (Resourcing): Provide support to the resourcing function, including managing employee transitions and keeping internal org charts updated in real-time.
• Logistics Coordination: Manage internal training logistics from scheduling and platform setup to attendee tracking.
• Initiative Tracking: Act as the "closer" for key organizational initiatives, ensuring the agency stays on top of timesheets, performance check-ins, and new hire onboarding milestones.

Creative & Strategic Efficiency

• Content Creation: Assist in building decks for internal presentations that communicate our PET strategy to the wider agency.
• AI & Innovation: Help us stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing AI tools and system hacks that streamline our workflows and create PET efficiencies.
• Ad Hoc Hustle: Tackle various special projects and administrative requests as they arise in our fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Analytics team.  The Analytics team ensures the integrity and accuracy of Vayner’s client offerings, an essential piece of delivering Vayner’s core value proposition.  Using diverse data sets, we create a holistic picture of media performance across advertising platforms, and collaborate with client teams shape that data into a larger story.  We support the development of data-driven, actionable recommendations for our clients, with the speed, accuracy, and judgment required for success in today’s dynamic media environment.

Who Are You?

You are a critical thinker - upbeat, and hungry to learn about the dynamic and rapidly changing world of digital media.  You thrive on working with data, and have a demonstrated ability to structure and execute data analysis.  You are also are also business savvy, and can connect the core analytics to the larger business objective of our clients.  You have some experience with breaking data and analysis down into digestible pieces for general audiences, and are eager to develop this skill set further.

You take strong ownership of your work, and are able to manage a project from beginning to end.  You are unafraid to ask for help, and seek out the resources in the organization that can help you deliver your work on time and with precision.

What You’d Do:

• Structure and develop complex data analytics projects based on the needs of our clients business objectives; Can you easily write a query, develop complex formulas in a spreadsheet, and structure output into organized, digestible tables
• Organize data into coherent storylines;  you have experience building slides and short presentations, as well as building and maintaining data visualization tools, to communicate key insights from the data to our clients
• You can manage a project from beginning to end - you can define a core objective of an analytical project, formulate a plan and timeline with discrete steps, and can effectively communicate the status of a project to key internal stakeholders

What You’ve Got:

• 2-5 years of experience in digital analytics
• Working knowledge of basic analytic tools, with intermediate/advanced experience in Excel and SQL and one data visualization tool (Data Studio, Tableau, etc)
• Experience with Market Mix Models - at minimum, the candidate has a fundamental understanding of the inputs and outputs

OVERALL PURPOSE

VaynerMedia is looking for a Manager of Organic Search to play a critical role in executing on client success in SEO & AEO engagements across a portfolio of high-profile client accounts. You will manage organic search campaigns end-to-end across a set of client accounts. You will be conducting technical audits, implementing on-page and content recommendations, supporting local SEO programs, and learning to apply AEO tactics to help clients earn visibility in all the major LLM platforms. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Manage SEO & AEO workstreams across all assigned client accounts, including technical audits, on-page optimization, content briefs, keyword research, and link-building

We’re looking for a VP of Communications Planning to lead integrated communications strategy for a major CPG client within a social-first agency model.

The PITCH.

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager who has a robust understanding of social media and global, fully integrated campaigns, experience  with integrated production and a strong project management and operation skillset to help support the day to day running of one of the agency's major accounts. This is an always on role that moves daily, putting out creative content at a fast pace, while also planning larger campaign initiatives.

Here’s where you come in…

• Take the lead on planning and managing large, complex projects with many workstreams in their entirety, from brief to delivery
• Taking your project plan and making it a reality by mobilising the best teams (internal and external) around the vision, and providing a clear picture of expected outcomes
• Responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of the project, both internally and with clients, working closely with each member of the team ensuring each milestone is met on time and within budget
• Taking the driver’s seat and pushing the work forward, with a relentless focus on the details
• Resource management alongside the Creative Director and Resource Manager 
• Tracking financial progression, ensuring it is shared and assessed, taking the lead in suggesting and making adjustments to the project and team as needed
• Partner with the Account, Strategy, and Creative leads to ensure client expectations, creative vision, and agency needs are met from briefing through final delivery on projects
• Constantly identifying risks and solutions - being the problem solver in ensuring we remain agile and strategic throughout the project lifecycle
• May require managing a PM to support the project that you would lead
• Lead and schedule necessary project-related meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, and reviews, and ensure the right people are seeing the right things before going to client
• Be client-facing to speak to budget, timing, resource & process considerations
• On assigned production projects, be the liaison with internal specialty leads (UX strategists, Tech Managers, VaynerSmart, etc) as well as source, contract and manage relationships with vendors
• Write client SOWs, vendor agreements, change orders, and other contract documents
• Ensure Agency, Client, Vendor, and Legal processes and requirements are being met
• Responsible for the management of many variations of ATL and digital and social content (video, image, websites, TVC, print, retail etc.), ensuring quality control, and delivering/trafficking all assets to required agency partners/media teams/clients
• Overall, being solutions-focused; the go-to person to assess challenges, always identifying the opportunity for possibility
• Taking the driver’s seat and pushing the work forward, with a keen focus on the details
• Be the first point of escalation for issue/conflict resolution on all projects
• Support the Head of Delivery to help monitor PM’s, and have line reports of your own where applicable
• Support Head of Delivery to continually match and optimise skill-level/experience and aspiration of the project managers to the needs 
• New business support for the wider agency e.g pitch development for the department 
• Grow relationships, have fun and participate in VaynerMedia social engagement

The Business Affairs Manager will work with Producers, Legal, Project Management and the SVP, Global Business Affairs on overseeing content production, including broadcast, social, digital projects across clients in all of our offices. This role requires an intermediate level of experience, moving beyond administrative support to independently owning production workflows, talent negotiations, and risk assessment.

• Issue talent contracts, session reports and completion reports.
• Pay session, holding fees, usage in compliance with SAG/AFTRA/ACTRA when necessary
• Coordinate with Extreme Reach (or other client-preferred paymaster), as applicable for all talent payment
• Handle union and non-union inquiries pertaining to talent
• Negotiate talent rates with agents and/or talent for specific projects
• Forecast talent reuse on projects as needed
• Research to find appropriate rights holders and contact information
• Manage intellectual property rights and clearance acquisitions (including tracking any term limitations and advising Client teams regarding upcoming expirations)
• Attend meetings pertaining to production to help ensure the viability of a concept
• Review creative materials (concepts, storyboard, various cuts) and advise Agency teams on talent, copyright and intellectual property issues, determine where clearances are necessary, and advise on next steps.
• Review creative materials and advise and assess risk based on agency’s social media guidelines.
• Work closely with Producers in all business aspects of production
• Work with Agency legal counsel on issues including active contracts, updating releases, contract templates, risk assessment and indemnifications

Requirements

• A minimum 4-7 years of experience as a Business Manager at a creative advertising agency.
• Strong working knowledge of SAGAFTRA and non-union talent contracts
• Knowledge of music licensing, stock footage licensing and intellectual property licensing for broadcast and interactive media
• Solid knowledge of TV production and post-production process
• Working knowledge of AICP & AICE bid forms, production procedures and issues
• Exceptional written, negotiation and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional initiative, meticulous attention to detail and follow through skills

• Work with a wide range and quality of video and static imagery - from a collection of photography to short video clips 
• Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams, including our Founder & CCO, to create and manipulate video, a plethora of photography, social copy, gifs, short clips, streaming stories, etc. 
• Hone your design and, editing skills utilizing standard industry software and social platforms

• Ideate and conceptualize high-engaging thinking that reflects brand's aesthetic and style guidelines; maintaining aesthetic, tone, and brand consistency across all deliverables across a variety of clients and industries
• Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines simultaneously.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (creative, client services, and strategy) to develop the best possible creative ideas that hits all criteria (client briefs, feedback, client KPIs)
• Write and edit copy for social content and campaigns, including, but not limited to Campaign Ideas, Campaign Manifestos, TVC & Video Scripts, Brand Identity Decks (Social Voice), Brand Manifestos
• Consistently produce ideas and campaigns with impact on brief, on time and across any media without constant oversight
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to develop a high variety of ideas that meets creative and strategic criteria (client briefs, feedback, client KPIs)
• Gather learnings and insights to make relevant recommendations to keep improving and making better work.
• Able to present with growing confidence to your team, senior clients, new biz, to agency and creative leaders

• Serve as an algorithm-fluent editor with deep expertise in hooks, pacing, structure, and retention across social platforms — the primary owner of DJ-ing, remixing, and optimizing content to drive scalable performance.
• Principally accountable for performance tuning and platform success, turning good content into scalable content through continuous optimization and creative iteration.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final videos, ensuring assets are optimized natively for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube — with a performance-creative mindset, not post-production only.
• Stay up to date with platform algorithms, emerging formats, creator trends, and editing techniques to keep content fresh, relevant, and competitive in feeds.
• Bring ideas to the table and participate in ideation, while recognizing that the core value of the role is making the work work through execution, testing, and optimization.
• Collaborate effectively with your teammates and cross functional departments on rapid fire requests and tight timelines.

The Team:

CAIT stands for creator, affiliate, influencer and talent services. Our team helps our client brands leverage different types of content creators, influencers, and mega talent to deliver culture relevance and maximize their engagement on social.

The Resident, Creator Manager will play a key role in the day-to-day execution of our creator campaigns. This is a position for someone highly organized and detail-oriented who is passionate about the creator economy. You'll be supported by the senior members of the team, but will also be encouraged to be the primary point of contact for our network of creators. A core part of your job will be to publish and manage creator briefs on various marketplaces and to source talent that aligns with our client's briefs and budgets. You'll also be responsible for the end-to-end management of campaigns, which includes overseeing content reviews and approvals, and ensuring all campaign assets and details are meticulously organized.

What You’d Do:

• Brief Publishing: Publish creator briefs on various marketplaces and platforms to find and engage ideal creators for brand-specific campaigns.
• Creator Sourcing: Source creators from a range of partnered marketplaces based on client briefs and budget requirements.
• Creator Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for creators, handling all direct communication and messaging to ensure a seamless workflow.
• Campaign Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of creator campaigns, including outreach, content review, and approvals.
• Content Management: Organize all campaign assets and details on internal drives, create shareable links for external use, and maintain up-to-date trackers.
• Internal Stakeholder Management: Effectively set and manage expectations with internal teams, consistently provide timely updates, and ensure all parties are accountable for deliverables and deadlines.

What You’ve Got:

• Experience: You have 1-3 years of experience in social media or creator campaign management, preferably within the marketing, advertising, or PR industries.
• Communication: You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with creators.
• Work Ethic: You are a reliable, motivated, and highly organized worker who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Project Management: You have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, consistently delivering results within established timelines.
• Industry Knowledge: You are passionate about all things social media and are actively following the latest trends and rising creators in the space.

Responsibilities: 

• Ongoing monitoring of brand social channels & relevant online conversations looking for highest impact opportunities to engage (including proactive identification of conversations & communities strategically and creatively relevant for the brand)
• Continuous active listening on brands currently tracking every follower interaction: comments, responses, DM’s
• Analyze brand and cultural trends for consideration of creative team
• Bring insight on a subject-matter and specific subculture.  
• Willing to go beyond basic tracking to analyzing and drawing hypothesis, including providing a daily digest of observations + recommendations 
• Use third party tools to manage brand’s pages
• Follow proper escalation systems, as needed, for fans with negative feedback.
• Seek opportunities to insert the brand in social conversation, whether around relevant trending topics/news or engaging with social influencers/celebrities/other brands

Requirements: 

• A keen interest in marketing.
• Consider oneself a Social Media “know it all” and has experience working across a variety of social platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
• Can combine creativity and analytics with the ability to convert into a story
• Innate curiosity and ability to adapt + be flexible, whether with new tools, platforms, processes, etc. 
• Any experience using the following social listening tools a plus but not mandatory
• Brandwatch/Crimson Hexagon
• TweetDeck
• Any experience putting together presentations in written form using google slides
• Strong writing and verbal skills.
• ***Spanish Language Fluency a big plus! (You feel comfortable conducting meetings, writing emails, and conversing in Spanish.)

Work Schedule:

• This is a hybrid role with a required 3-4 days on-site from our Hudson Yards, NYC office.
• You must be able to commit to a full-time work schedule, which is 40 hours per week during 9am-6pm ET business hours Monday-Friday.
