About This Role

We’re looking for an experienced Network Engineer to design, implement, and operate the network infrastructure that connects our people, systems, and facilities. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role — you’ll architect, deploy, and manage everything from fiber-connected multi-building networks to secure, air-gapped environments supporting engineering, manufacturing, and compute-intensive workloads.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $110,000-$170,000 annually. 

Compensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. We’re looking for an engineer who is independent and excited about getting things done. You'll be responsible for building and improving the enterprise endpoint infrastructure and have ownership of the service and its impact on employee productivity at Wave. You will own the entire endpoint stack and be responsible for administration of all enterprise infrastructure, planning and implementation of systems as we rapidly scale our business.

The Core Essentials

• 5+ years of experience in security operations, vulnerability management, or security engineering in an enterprise environment (or equivalent practical experience).
• Hands-on experience running vulnerability management programs and working with asset discovery and/or secrets detection tools (e.g., runZero, TruffleHog, GitLeaks, or similar).
