The Position

The Data Engineering team is a vital component of OPSWAT's technology division, responsible for building and maintaining the foundational data infrastructure that supports the entire organization. The team's mission is to create a scalable, reliable, and secure data platform on Microsoft Azure, enabling data-driven decision-making across all business units. This involves designing and managing data warehouses and data lakes, developing robust data integration pipelines, and ensuring the quality and accessibility of data assets. A key strategic initiative for the team is the development and implementation of a Master Data Management (MDM) layer, which will play a critical role in enhancing data consistency and accuracy across various systems and applications.  

What You Will be Doing

• Design and Maintenance of Azure Data Warehouse/Data Lake:
  • Ensuring the performance, reliability, and security of the data platform, requiring proactive monitoring and optimization.
  • Evaluate and implementing strategies to optimize the data warehouse and data lake for cost-effectiveness and efficiency, aligning with best practices for Azure data management 
  • Development of ETL/ELT pipelines on Azure, utilizing tools such as Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks, to ingest and transform data from a variety of sources.

• Collaboration and Communication: The individual will work closely with product teams, sales and revenue operations, customer experience, and other stakeholders across the organization to understand their data requirements and deliver effective solutions that meet their needs. This requires the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a layman terms to non-technical audiences effectively.
• Risk management: ensure data warehouse availability & resiliency (during service outage, network issues, unexpected high loads, external attacks, disaster recovery, etc.)

What We Need from You 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in data warehouse/data lake design, implementation. This experience should include hands-on work with core Azure data services such as Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure SQL Database.  
• Extensive experience with ETL/ELT tools within the Azure ecosystem, including Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks.  
• A strong understanding of database architecture principles, encompassing both relational databases (e.g., Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse Analytics) and the concepts of NoSQL databases for handling unstructured data. 
• Experience in integrating data from multiple SaaS applications, including Salesforce, Hubspot, Netsuite, HRIS (e.g., Workday, ADP), and ZoomInfo.  
• Experience in researching and implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills are essential for this role.

The Position

OPSWAT is seeking a Solution Engineer to serve as a key technical advisor to our Large & Medium Enterprise accounts sales team. The Position

OPSWAT is now searching for a Software Engineering Intern to join our MDaaS product. MDaaS is a real-time malware scanning platform handling 30M+ requests/day, built on a Node.js/TypeScript microservices architecture with event streaming (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and React frontend.

As an Intern, you'll work directly with senior engineers — shipping real features, fixing real bugs, and learning how a production-grade cybersecurity platform is built and operated.

What You Will Be Doing

• Implement small features and bug fixes across backend services (Node.js/TypeScript) under guidance from senior engineers

The Position

OPSWAT is looking for a Strategic Account Executive to drive the sales pipeline, manage a book of business, and grow revenue in Western North America. We specifically seek professionals with a track record of hunting, solutioning, proposing, and closing net new revenue primarily within the Manufacturing and Non-Named Verticals. In addition, the ideal candidate will have a successful track record managing, protecting, and growing an existing account base.

• Identify and target Enterprise businesses (> $1.5B revenue) with known propensity to purchase OPSWAT products using 6Sense, ZoomInfo, Navigator, and other prospecting tools.

The Position 

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our growing cybersecurity team. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to our enterprise customers, owning the post-sales relationship, supporting deployments, and ensuring successful integration and operation of our cybersecurity solutions. 

You will bridge the gap between customer needs and our product capabilities, working closely with our Sales Engineering, Support, Product, and Customer Success teams.

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise clients.

The Role

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you are the trusted technical partner for OPSWAT's enterprise customers; owning the post-sales relationship for accounts running mission-critical workloads on our platforms. You combine deep product expertise with strategic advisory: guiding deployments, optimizing security posture, and ensuring our customers extract maximum value from their OPSWAT investment.

You will work across geographies and timezones, partnering with Fortune 500 enterprises, national CERTs, and operators of critical infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Own the post-sales technical relationship for a portfolio of strategic accounts; from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
• Drive deployment, integration, and optimization of OPSWAT products (MetaDefender Core, MetaDefender Kiosk, MetaAccess, OT Security, Sandbox) across hybrid IT/OT environments.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), service health checks, and telemetry-driven insights to align product usage with customer security objectives.
• Troubleshoot complex, multi-component issues; log analysis, root cause investigation, API integrations, performance tuning and coordinate with Support and Engineering for resolution.
• Advise customers on architecture: secure file transfer, cross-domain solutions, OT/ICS network segmentation, supply chain security, and threat intelligence integration.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years in a technical post-sales role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Pre-sales SE, Senior Support Engineer Tier 3+) at a cybersecurity or enterprise software company.
• Hands-on experience technologies such as endpoint security (EDR/XDR), network security (NGFW, NAC, IDS/IPS), SIEM (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel), email/file security, or DLP.
• Strong fundamentals in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, proxies, firewalls) and operating systems (Windows, Linux); ability to analyze logs and reproduce customer issues.
• Experience integrating security platforms via REST APIs and basic scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) for automation and troubleshooting.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa.
