Technical Operations is the first line of defense for the Roku platform. We are a global, around-the-clock team responsible for the health and stability of The Roku Channel (TRC), live and on-demand content pipelines, ad delivery, and the user-facing experience across all Roku platforms. We sit at the intersection of Engineering, Content, Live Operations, and Advertising — triaging issues in real time, owning major launch execution, and building the tooling and automation that keeps Roku running at scale.
We are looking for a Technical Operations Manager to lead a team of engineers who monitor, triage, and resolve platform issues 24/7. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable diving deep into a production incident and running a cross-functional launch war room. You will manage SLAs, own launch readiness for high-visibility events, drive automation initiatives, and serve as an escalation point for partner teams including Engineering, Content Operations, Live Operations, Advertising, and Rights Management.
For Toronto, Canada Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $113,000 CAD - $146,000 CAD annually.

Roku is seeking an International Content Partnerships Manager to join the ad-supported VOD/ linear partner growth team focused on The Roku Channel. This team is responsible for the overall success of key partners on Roku Channel. Success is measured by delivering on and exceeding expectations with respect to user engagement (as defined by reach and streaming hours), financial results (revenue, gross profit) and other key health and growth metrics.
The role requires a diverse range of direct-to-consumer video experience across partner management, content programming, product, and marketing. As a Data Engineering Manager, you will lead across several cross-functional teams, managing up to ~10 data engineers and GIS specialists. You will support teams working on data processing and pipelines to enable ML-powered product capabilities.
Our product teams are cross functional and will typically include product managers, designers, engineers and subject matter experts relating to the team’s domain.
You will be accountable for the technical direction and delivery outcomes of your area. We're looking for a demand gen manager to own the new-logo pipeline for our tree care segment. You'll set the strategy, build the quarterly campaign plan with input from your key stakeholders, read the signals coming back from the market, and make the calls on what to do next.
Tree care is a distinct market — different ICP, different buying motion, different operator profile than the rest of our business. It's not a scaled copy of what works elsewhere; it needs its own program, run by someone who'll go deep on the segment and own the numbers end-to-end.
This is an individual contributor role on a fast-moving demand gen team. You'll have full revenue accountability for tree care new-logo pipeline, but you won't be doing it alone — campaigns get built in close partnership with Brand & Events, Partnerships, Digital, Content, Product Marketing, and our Market Engagement team. We’re hiring an Account Manager to join our Canada Account Management group in Toronto (open to remote across Canada) to own and grow a strategic book of CPG advertisers.
In this role, you will partner closely with Account Executives, Ads Operations, Measurement, and Product to maximize advertiser value, deliver measurable performance, and scale impactful programs. The Key Account Manager plays a critical role in driving Canada’s retailer growth (Walmart specifically). This role is responsible for creating, executing, and driving retail sales plans while optimizing revenue, profitability, and market share across assigned retail partners.
With responsibility for forecasting, inventory management, promotional execution, and assortment planning, the Key Account Manager collaborates closely with Sales Operations, Strategic Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category Management, and Supply Chain teams to maintain operational excellence while enabling strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
Business Ownership
Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer experience, and influence strategic decisions across assigned Canadian retail partners.
Create and execute annual and quarterly retail sales plans aligned with overall Canadian business objectives.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive continuous improvement with an obsession for winning.
Identify new market opportunities, competitive trends, and category insights to ensure SharkNinja remains ahead of the competition.
Partner with Sales Operations to ensure optimal stock positions, inventory health, and accurate forecasting.
Account Management
Own delivery of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and profit forecasts, developing action plans to meet or exceed targets.
Lead forecasting across categories to achieve sales, profit, and inventory goals.
Monitor account performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Build compelling customer presentations, line reviews, and business updates supported by data-driven insights.
Work closely with Finance to manage promotional budgets, conducting GM and ROI analysis to ensure effective investments.
Participate in financial and business planning meetings to ensure alignment with the broader Canada commercial strategy.
Maintain strong relationships with retail partners while ensuring flawless operational execution.
Sales Forecasting, Promotional Performance & Inventory Management
Partner with Strategic Sales and Sales Operations teams on forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain alignment.
Input forecasts and confirmed promotional plans into SFO, ensuring accurate pricing, product information, and planning inputs.
Track promotional performance and adjust plans based on POS data and sell-through insights.
Monitor inventory levels, order tracking, and modular transitions to support successful launches and promotions.
Proactively identify risks and relentlessly pursue opportunities to accelerate growth and outperform plan.
Develop a deep understanding of SharkNinja’s product portfolio, consumers, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and execution.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Partner with Sales Analytics to analyze POS data, shipment trends, promotional results, and market insights.
Prepare regular performance reports and updates on retailer performance for internal leadership.
Use data-driven insights to inform strategy adjustments, promotional planning, and assortment decisions.
Track competitive activity including pricing, launches, and promotional strategies.
Attributes & Skills
3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or promotional management within a consumer goods or retail environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs, consumer data, and identifying growth opportunities.
Proven experience managing budgets, forecasting, and promotional investments.

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Demand Generation to architect, execute, and optimize our full-funnel growth engine across a focused set of strategic accounts. This is a high-impact role responsible for building and scaling account-based marketing (ABM) programs that generate awareness, accelerate pipeline, and drive measurable revenue outcomes.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining how we reach, influence, and convert our most important customers — developing the programs, campaigns, and insights that fuel predictable, data-driven growth.

We need an operator who runs real pipeline programs, has strong opinions on what moves the needle and can manage and execute multi-channel marketing programs that would nurture leads throughout the buyers’ journey. You’ll be responsible for leading initiatives to translate business objectives into demand gen tactics and campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth – working very closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, and the BDR team to test and implement these strategies.

HelloFresh is seeking a weekend senior produce procurement buyer to work directly with the operations manager to ensure food buying across the organization is tracked and managed efficiently. This position is Full-Time covering a Friday - Monday schedule (4 x 10 hour days).
The procurement team collaborates closely with all distribution centers to guarantee timely and accurate shipment of every box. There is a large group on the procurement team dedicated to making this goal achievable. Procurement is divided into various commodity categories, with this role being a part of the produce team. Other commodity groups encompass grocery, dairy, market, protein, and packaging. In support of this effort, procurement provides assistance to distribution centers seven days a week. While most orders are delivered on weekdays, due to the perishable nature of food, we require assistance in procuring ingredients during weekends as well. This is where you come in!
