The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for performing basic accounting functions which require knowledge of accounts payable to print, review, reconcile and to allocate to job costs and vouchers into the accounting system expense reports and UPS weekly voucher billings, LTL freight invoices in a multi-site system. In this role you will also help with various audits, month-end and year-end close (as needed).

The Wiring Solutions Manager is responsible for the end-to-end performance of wiring design across IEM, including delivery, scheduling, quality, and continuous improvement. We are seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager to lead and execute strategic capacity expansion projects within our Switchgear Operations division. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering cross-functional initiatives that increase manufacturing throughput, optimize resource utilization, and improve overall operational efficiency. The Operations Project Manager will serve as the central point of coordination across different project leads within Manufacturing Engineering, Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, Logistics, Human Resources, and other supporting functions to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.

Position Summary:

The Material Coordinator is responsible for checking kanban locations and replenishing required parts and materials to each workstation on the production floor. This role ensures that all workstations are properly stocked with the necessary components to maintain continuous production flow, minimize downtime, and support on-time delivery of finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled kanban checks at designated locations throughout the production floor to identify parts and materials requiring replenishment.
• Pick, transport, and deliver parts and materials from warehouse and storage areas to workstations in the correct quantities and in a timely manner.
• Monitor bin and kanban inventory levels at each workstation, triggering replenishment actions when minimum stock thresholds are reached.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and condition of materials before delivering to workstations to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Communicate material shortages, discrepancies, or quality issues to the Value Stream Leader/Work center Lead
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified) to move materials safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly labeled kanban locations and workstation staging areas.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as directed by your supervisor.
• Follow established safety guidelines and protocols.

IEM is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Materials Planning Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Surrey, B.C. In this mid-level role, you will be responsible for coordinating production scheduling, managing inventory levels, and ensuring materials and finished goods flow efficiently through our facility. You will serve as a key link between production, purchasing, logistics, and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Production Scheduler to support schedule adherence, flag inventory-driven constraints, and communicate material availability impacts on production timelines
• Monitor raw material, WIP (work-in-progress), and finished goods inventory levels to ensure adequate supply without excess
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits; investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely purchasing of materials based on production requirements and lead times
• Analyze inventory data and production metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Design Engineering organization

• Oversee the execution of hundreds of concurrent customer projects

• Establish, monitor, and report key performance indicators related to on-time delivery and defect-free designs

• Transform engineering workflows from a custom one-off low-to-mid fidelity design to standardized, repeatable, high-fidelity customer solutions built on Configure-to-Order building blocks

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

This position is responsible for coordinating and executing the internal audit at the IEM manufacturing plant/s.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Conduct internal audits across departments to assess risk and control effectiveness
• Develop audit plans, scope, and objectives based on risk assessments
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify discrepancies or inefficiencies
