This role is responsible for partnering with hiring managers and design leadership to define team needs and role requirements, ensuring alignment on hiring goals across Product Design, Brand Design, and Design Leadership.
You’ll source, engage, and assess world-class design talent through diverse channels, while managing the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to onboarding. You will develop strategies to attract and retain diverse design talent, proactively building pipelines for both immediate and long-term hiring needs.
You’ll track and analyze key hiring metrics to improve recruiting effectiveness, collaborate cross-functionally to ensure fair and consistent evaluation practices, and champion Brex’s employer brand within the design community. What you’ll do
The Brex Marketing team is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Operations Manager to architect and optimize our B2B sales-led and channel-driven GTM engine. This role will define and maintain the systems, processes, and operational rigor that align Marketing, SDR, Sales, and Partner teams.
We are looking for someone who is eager to design the future-state GTM tech stack—modernizing how leads flow, how insights are generated, and how operational workloads become more efficient through automation, AI, and agentic workflows. This person will champion operational excellence by improving lead management, automating revenue processes, increasing funnel velocity, and enabling more efficient cross-functional alignment.
Where you’ll work
This role will be based in our Seattle office. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of two coordinated days in the office per week, Wednesday and Thursday. Starting February 2, 2026, we will require three days per week in office - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!

The expected salary range for this role is $134,696 - $168,370. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity.
