We are looking for a Senior Director, Product Marketing to lead our global Product Marketing function and define how we bring our platform and agentic AI innovations to market. Reporting to the VP, Marketing, you will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, building an AI-enabled go-to-market strategy that accelerates our Enterprise expansion while sustaining strong growth in the Mid-market segment.
You will evolve our solution marketing approach, turn market and customer insights into clear, differentiated narratives, and ensure our teams are equipped to communicate business value and outcomes – not just features – to prospects and customers.
Lead and grow the Product Marketing team responsible for go-to-market strategy, pricing and packaging, messaging, positioning, content creation, and sales enablement.
Define and champion a solution marketing approach that clearly articulates AlayaCare’s value proposition across key segments in Canada and the US, aligned with company and revenue goals.
Centralize market knowledge across segments, competitors, regulations, and buyer needs, and use these insights to inform priorities, positioning, and investment decisions.
Build and implement an AI-first product marketing strategy that uses AI responsibly to improve operational efficiency, deepen customer insights, and scale effective messaging.
Own go-to-market strategy and execution for new products and features, aligning stakeholders in Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing around clear launch plans and success metrics.
Partner with Product, Revenue and regional market leaders to define and communicate where to focus (and where not to invest) across Enterprise and Mid-market segments.
Develop and continually refine high-impact sales enablement assets, including value-based pitch and ROI decks, advocacy and reference materials, and competitive battle cards.
Lead the collection and amplification of voice-of-market and voice-of-customer insights, including owning Customer Advisory Board programs, to guide product roadmaps and go-to-market.
Own customer segmentation strategy so that messaging, packaging, and campaigns are tailored to the needs, buying behaviours, and personas within each target segment.
Lead pricing strategy and competitive benchmarking to ensure alignment with business goals and maximize revenue potential across our portfolio.
Partner closely with Customer Growth and Customer Success to design retention and expansion plays that drive account growth and customer value realization.
Collaborate with Demand Generation and the broader marketing team on targeted campaigns that drive awareness, demand, and pipeline across priority segments.
Track, report on, and optimize the performance of product marketing initiatives using data to measure impact on pipeline development, win rates, and revenue growth.
10+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, including at least 5 years in a leadership role owning teams and cross-functional outcomes.
Proven success leading product marketing for both Enterprise and Mid-market customers, including designing and scaling effective GTM strategies for Enterprise.
Demonstrated ability to lead messaging strategy and build frameworks that span the full customer journey with clear, differentiated value propositions.
Deep understanding of B2B SaaS product marketing disciplines: positioning and storytelling, pricing and packaging, competitive analysis, segmentation, and revenue enablement.
Experience operating in a rapidly scaling environment, with a track record of bringing structure, clarity, and focus to complex stakeholder groups.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to hire, develop, and inspire a high-performing team.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex product and AI concepts into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence and align leaders across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.
Analytical mindset and comfort working with data to surface insights, test hypotheses, and continuously refine GTM strategies.
Demonstrated working knowledge of AI and agentic approaches, with practical examples of how you have applied AI tools and techniques to improve day-to-day work and marketing impact.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is an asset.
Experience in vertical SaaS and/or healthcare software is considered an asset.

The Director, Finance & Controller (Global Corporate Controller) oversees the financial integrity of AlayaCare on a global scale. This role leads our corporate accounting and financial reporting function, including strategic financial planning, consolidated reporting under IFRS, tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and continuous improvement of our accounting processes. You will partner closely with the VP, Finance and cross-functional leaders to provide accurate financial analysis, effective risk management, and sound policies that support AlayaCare’s long-term growth. The Director, Finance & Controller leads a team of 4–7 direct reports and up to 10 indirect reports across North America and Australia/New Zealand.
Lead the preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements under IFRS, including cash flows, note disclosures, MD&A and earnings releases.
Serve as the key point of contact for external auditors, overseeing preparation, coordination and support for all external audits.
Oversee the month, quarter and year-end close and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with IFRS.
Provide technical accounting guidance and position papers for new, complex or non-standard transactions across North America and ANZ, ensuring consistent policies and treatments.
Collaborate closely with the FP&A team on monthly reporting, analysis and insights that inform strategic decision-making.
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing accounting team, including direct and indirect reports across regions, and support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
Oversee weekly payment runs, including review of expense reports and vendor invoices to ensure timely and accurate disbursement of funds and strong controls.
Ensure compliance with income and sales tax requirements across Canada, the US and ANZ, coordinating with external consultants and overseeing related filings.
Manage stock-based compensation accounting under IFRS, including accounting entries, vesting events and related employee documentation.
Drive continuous improvement of financial policies, processes and systems to promote financial health, optimize cost structures and mitigate financial risks globally, while supporting the VP, Finance with ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives.
8–10 years of experience in global financial management and corporate accounting roles, including leadership of a corporate controllership or equivalent function.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field and a recognized CPA designation (or international equivalent).
Deep knowledge of IFRS, tax regulations and external financial reporting requirements for multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction organizations.
Proven experience preparing consolidated financial statements, leading audits and partnering with external auditors.
Strong experience with financial modelling, forecasting and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team across regions.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders globally.
Big 4 audit experience and familiarity with the SaaS industry, ideally including NetSuite and Shareworks or similar systems.

Reporting to the Director of Customer Success Management (Canada), the Enterprise Customer Success Manager is responsible for setting and managing the strategic plan for large and enterprise customers. You will drive the client journey to ensure customers realize return on investment from their implementation of AlayaCare Cloud. As a subject matter expert in the markets you support, you will lead executive relationships, guide customers through adoption and expansion, and act as a key voice of the customer within AlayaCare.
Your primary focus will be to enhance retention, deepen adoption, and foster growth across a portfolio that includes some of AlayaCare’s most valued enterprise clients. As a strategic leader, you will be the main executive touchpoint, delivering Quarterly Business Reviews and ongoing recommendations to optimize the customer lifecycle. In close partnership with Implementation and other cross-functional teams, you will help ensure the health and satisfaction of stakeholders across complex enterprise organizations.
Define the client journey for enterprise customers, setting clear expectations for key milestones and ROI established during the sales cycle.
Build trusted advisor relationships with senior and executive stakeholders, developing influential partnerships that help customers achieve their strategic objectives.
Own and manage a healthy portfolio of large and enterprise accounts, driving strong Net Promoter Scores and best-in-class net dollar retention.
Provide proactive stakeholder updates during implementation and beyond, advocating for customer needs and helping to mitigate risks before they become escalations.
Respond quickly and effectively to escalated customer issues, coordinating internal teams to drive fast, durable resolutions.
Deliver polished Quarterly Business Reviews that highlight outcomes, uncover new use cases, and align customers on best practices and product roadmap opportunities.
Monitor and maintain customer health scores, using data and indicators to prioritize outreach, interventions, and expansion plays.
Identify and pursue account growth opportunities, including upsell and cross-sell motions, in partnership with Sales and other go-to-market teams.
Reduce churn by strengthening relationships, driving adoption of key features, and ensuring customers continue to see value over time.
Influence customer lifetime value by optimizing product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall health across your portfolio.
5+ years of experience in a customer success or account management position in a B2B environment.
Experience working in SaaS or with post-acute healthcare software solutions.
Proven track record managing and nurturing executive-level relationships, including handling escalations with senior stakeholders.
Ability to anticipate customer needs, innovate, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The Director, Revenue Operations is responsible for driving alignment, predictability, and scalable growth across our go-to-market (GTM) organization as AlayaCare continues to scale from $100M+ ARR toward $500M+. Acting as the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product, this role co-owns GTM strategy, planning, and operating cadence to enable consistent, data‑driven execution across regions.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Revenue Enablement, you will own the end-to-end revenue lifecycle and lead a multi-disciplinary Revenue Operations function spanning Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Data & Analytics. You will architect and scale a sophisticated, AI-enabled Revenue Operations function that improves funnel performance, enables next-best-action decisioning, and reduces operational complexity—while building a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Drive GTM alignment and planning by co-owning strategy, annual/quarterly planning (targets, segmentation, coverage, territories, capacity), and operating cadence across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product.
Unify GTM strategy, roles, and metrics across North America and Australia/New Zealand, balancing global consistency with regional needs.
Act as the revenue optimization owner for the GTM organization, identifying gaps to plan and leading cross-functional initiatives to improve funnel conversion, sales productivity, NRR, CAC payback, and long-term revenue growth.
Own the end-to-end revenue lifecycle across land, expand, renew, and churn, building NRR/lifecycle dashboards that connect acquisition, adoption, expansion, and renewal to highlight where to invest for maximum long-term value.
Design an AI-enabled, agentic GTM operating system that leverages automation, AI agents, and advanced analytics to reduce manual work, improve forecast accuracy, surface next-best actions, and orchestrate workflows across the funnel.
Lead market segmentation and coverage design (ICP tiering, account/territory planning, coverage models) across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise to ensure capacity and focus are aligned to whitespace and revenue goals.
Maintain a single source of truth for revenue performance by owning revenue reporting, analytics, and forecasting, and providing executives with clear insights and data-driven recommendations.
Own and optimize the Revenue Operations tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, DealHub, SMS, marketing automation, and related tools), ensuring systems are integrated, automated where possible, and effectively adopted by GTM teams.
Oversee the lead-to-cash process, ensuring systems, workflows, and policies across marketing, sales, contracting, billing, and renewals are streamlined, scalable, and aligned to revenue goals.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Enablement to design and operationalize GTM plays (vertical, use-case, competitive), optimize inbound/outbound/partner/product-led funnels, and turn strategy into measurable execution.
Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Finance, and Sales to inform pricing and packaging strategy using data on win rates, discounting, deal size, and retention, providing recommendations to improve ACV and NRR.
Lead and coach a high-performing RevOps team (Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Data & Analytics), providing clear charters and building a culture of accountability, transparency, continuous improvement, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
Own governance and integrity of GTM data across the revenue tech stack—establishing CRM data standards, pipeline hygiene policies, and inspection cadences so leadership can trust the data used for reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
8–10 years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations in B2B SaaS, including experience in $100M+ ARR and high-growth (3x+) environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Demonstrated experience designing and scaling modern GTM systems powered by AI and automation (e.g., AI-assisted forecasting, propensity/lead scoring, next-best-action recommendations, sales workflows).
Proven track record driving alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to achieve predictable, scalable revenue growth.
Deep fluency in SaaS and GTM economics (ARR, NRR, GRR, ACV, sales velocity, pipeline coverage, CAC/CAC payback, LTV) and the ability to translate insights into GTM design and investment decisions.
Hands-on experience with forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and performance tracking at scale.
Expertise in revenue data governance, reporting, and analytics, including building dashboards and translating complex data into clear, executive-ready recommendations.
Proven ability to design, optimize, and implement systems, processes, and tools that drive operational efficiency and scalability; experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Gong, DealHub, and subscription management solutions is preferred.
People leadership experience, building and leading high-performing teams and cultivating a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels, including C-suite.
