Instacart’s Canada Brand Partnerships team helps Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) partners grow on our retail media platform by connecting their brands with high-intent shoppers. We’re hiring an Account Manager to join our Canada Account Management group in Toronto (open to remote across Canada) to own and grow a strategic book of CPG advertisers.
In this role, you will partner closely with Account Executives, Ads Operations, Measurement, and Product to maximize advertiser value, deliver measurable performance, and scale impactful programs. We are seeking a Senior Director of Media Analytics to lead a high-impact organization of approximately 30 analytics professionals focused on Instacart Ads. You will set the vision, strategy, and operating model for how measurement, experimentation, and insights drive advertiser outcomes and unlock incremental investment. In close partnership with Brand Partnerships, Ads R&D, Product, Data Science, and our CPG customers—as well as key industry bodies—you will deliver rigorous, trusted analytics that guide decisions for some of the world’s largest brands.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and enjoys working cross-functionally to solve complex problems at scale. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a vital role in managing and growing the Scaled Cohort at Instacart. This position is responsible for increasing the active advertiser rate and driving incremental revenue growth by developing full-funnel media plans based on client objectives, including budget, bid, and campaign optimization recommendations. As an SDR, you will be the main point of contact for brands within your assigned book of business, owning all aspects of the advertising relationship.

The Commercial Strategy & Acceleration (CSX) team empowers Instacart’s commercial organizations with domain expertise to drive innovation, cohesive strategy, and agile execution at scale—catalyzing our partners’ success across retailers, brands, and agencies.
We are seeking a Senior Director of Media Analytics to lead a high-impact organization of approximately 30 analytics professionals focused on Instacart Ads. You will set the vision, strategy, and operating model for how measurement, experimentation, and insights drive advertiser outcomes and unlock incremental investment. In close partnership with Brand Partnerships, Ads R&D, Product, Data Science, and our CPG customers—as well as key industry bodies—you will deliver rigorous, trusted analytics that guide decisions for some of the world’s largest brands.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and enjoys working cross-functionally to solve complex problems at scale. New York is preferred, with flexibility for qualified candidates across the U.S.; periodic travel to New York City, client offices, and industry events is expected.

As Instacart continues its rapid expansion, we are looking to add a Lead, Sales Development to our Brand Partnerships team. The Lead, Sales Development will be responsible for leading a team of Activation SDRs as they prospect and activate new brands at Instacart. The Lead, Sales Development will coach their team on sales best practices, data analysis, and the CPG, advertising and eCommerce landscape, as well as work cross functionally to grow the business. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, can work in a fast-paced environment, and has sales leadership experience in advertising (paid search a plus), CPG, or eCommerce.

Overview
Instacart is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Ad Sales Executive to join our growing Instacart Ads team. This role will be responsible for sourcing, building, and managing relationships with high-value, non-endemic advertising clients (i.e., advertisers whose products are not sold on Instacart). This is a unique opportunity to establish and scale a net-new revenue stream by partnering with advertisers across a variety of industries, including finance/payment providers, travel, entertainment, telecom, apparel, automotive, and others.
The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, an ability to thrive in ambiguity, and deep knowledge of the digital advertising landscape, including emerging ad units and retail media networks. The individual will own the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting new business opportunities to delivering pitches and performance presentations, all while building long-term partnerships to meet and exceed Instacart’s revenue targets.
In this highly visible role, you will partner cross-functionally across teams including legal, product, marketing, partnerships, and yield management to ensure seamless deal execution, secure approvals for new workstreams, and refine Instacart’s ad product roadmap to align with non-endemic client needs. Success in this role requires a proven track record of selling innovative advertising solutions, exceptional relationship management skills to engage senior decision-makers (including the C-suite), and a passion for creating ground-breaking opportunities in the digital advertising space.
