This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

What the Role Is
Babylist is looking for a Senior Client Partner to own and grow a portfolio of brand partnerships across our media, content, and experiential products. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Partnerships, this role sits at the center of how Babylist brings its brand partners to life — from custom Showroom activations and branded content series to social impact programming and emerging partnership formats. This is a senior individual contributor role for a partnerships leader who thinks in long-term relationships, not just closed deals.

About the Role
The Business Central Consultant will play a key role in delivering high-quality implementations and driving client success across Enavate’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) projects. This hands-on role is responsible for leading solution design, configuration, and client engagement from discovery through deployment — ensuring projects deliver measurable business outcomes. About the Role
The Business Central Consultant will play a key role in delivering high-quality implementations and driving client success across Enavate’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) projects. The Client Invoicing Specialist will play a key role in the client invoicing function of the firm by preparing invoices for all clients and ensuring that the invoices are distributed within 30 days of the billing period. We're hiring an AI Creative Designer to be the human who proves what's possible. You'll collaborate alongside our Solutions Engineering team on enterprise customer calls, translate brand guidelines into agentic workflows that actually produce on-brand work, and ship the creative that makes the case. You will be the most influential creative voice in the room, both for our customers and for our product.
You will define how the most recognizable brands in the world make ads with AI, and you will watch the work you direct ship to millions of impressions.
You’ll be joining a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you can directly impact the success of some of the world’s most recognizable brands. You will be at the absolute forefront of AI in marketing, helping to define how the industry uses agentic models to drive real revenue.

This role is designed for a candidate who brings both subject-matter expertise and the ability to translate it into an actionable campus strategy.
The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience engaging students and campus communities in thoughtful, proactive Israel education and programming. This is a high-impact, strategic role designed for a professional to bridge the gap between Finance, Recruiting, and Business Operations. As the Workforce Insights Manager, you will serve as the primary advisor to the Director of Recruiting Operations on the feasibility, health and execution of our global hiring plan. You will move the organization from reactive headcount tracking to a predictive, data-driven model that ensures our recruiting capacity is always aligned with our business needs.

Capacity Governance: Establish and maintain the standards for recruiting bandwidth. You will identify when business demand exceeds recruiter or interviewer capacity and provide the impact analysis used for trade-off discussions with senior stakeholders.
Root Cause Analysis: Conduct deep-dive audits into the recruiting lifecycle. You will identify specific friction points; such as late-stage requirement changes, interviewer misalignment or funnel drop-offs and quantify their impact on total hiring velocity.

This is a hands-on, high-impact contract role for someone who can quickly assess risk, improve processes, work across multiple stakeholders, and help us strengthen the way we manage customs and cross-border trade compliance in practice. Customs Compliance Projects
Support Reachdesk’s customs compliance work across import/export activity, customs documentation, product classification, valuation, country of origin, duties, and related operational controls.
Review existing customs processes and help design, improve, and document scalable compliance procedures.
Partner with internal teams and external logistics providers, customs brokers, carriers, and 3PLs to support compliant shipment flows and customs clearance.
Help investigate and resolve customs issues such as holds, clearance delays, documentation gaps, or shipment exceptions.
Assist with compliance for restricted items, sanctions-related considerations, and broader cross-border trade requirements where relevant.
Identify compliance risks within current and proposed operating models, and recommend practical mitigations.
Cross-Functional Support
Work closely with Operations, Logistics, Marketplace, Product, Legal, and Finance to embed customs compliance into day-to-day processes and project decisions.

Summary of Position
This role is for an individual contributor and will focus on technical leadership of embedded electronic design and product development lifecycle for our product roadmap. The successful candidate will have experience in analog and digital embedded design, including both hardware (schematic capture and PCB layout) and firmware (C and ASM), preferably in consumer products or similar. The role would need to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product electrical and firmware architecture, work with contract manufacturers and global electrical engineering team to implement the designs while conducting the timely reviews with broader team and monitoring the progress. Role requires familiarity with all product development aspects such as team task tracking, BOM cost tracking, DFMEA, documentation and PLM systems.
