The Talent Discovery team is MongoDB’s strategic center of excellence for high-priority hiring. Functioning as a global "SWAT" unit, the team provides both specialized sourcing and full-lifecycle support for the company’s most critical roles. As the function’s Senior Manager, you will lead this high-impact team through its next evolution, driving a sophisticated talent engine designed to solve complex hiring challenges across every department.

In this role, you will

The right person for this role will

As a Contract Sourcer on our Talent Discovery team, you will be the pipeline generation engine supporting MongoDB’s most critical positions as they arise across the company, supporting both U.S. and Europe-based roles. Individuals in this function will identify, engage and screen top talent for technical roles, with the potential to expand to support other business units as demand fluctuates. This is a contracted opportunity for a period of six months. Given the global nature of this role, individuals must be based on the East Coast or open to working East Coast hours. This role is open to fully remote work, as well as hybrid work for candidates located near a MongoDB hub office who prefer to work on-site.

To support our European team alignment, candidates can choose from the following schedules:

• Early Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET (includes a 1-hour lunch)
• Standard Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET (includes a 1-hour lunch)

In this role, you will

• Support critical technical roles for MongoDB across Europe and North America through strategic passive talent sourcing. Individuals will be expected to quickly pivot to support new areas of MongoDB’s business as hiring needs arise, and show flexibility to take on non-technical positions if needed.
• Work closely with recruiters to understand business needs and deliver qualified talent accordingly, becoming an expert in the external market and a consultative talent advisor.
• Screen candidates for nuanced roles, ensuring strong alignment to role requirements and maintaining exceptional documentation and data integrity as candidates are progressed within the hiring process.
• Partner with coordinators, hiring managers and interviewers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining a high-touch and personalized process for all candidates.

To help facilitate a seamless and inspiring interview experience for our candidates, we’re looking for an upbeat and hardworking Candidate Experience Coordinator to join our team!  This person will be tasked with a heavy load of interview scheduling, but will also be given the opportunity to work closely on projects with the Recruiting Team. This opportunity will expose you to the fast-paced world of enterprise software and presents an outstanding opportunity to develop your career.  

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Seattle or Austin for our hybrid working model (1-2 days onsite) who is open to working PT hours (11-7pm CT). 

Responsibilities

• Partner with a team of Recruiters to schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews
• Own candidate experience; ensuring timely communication throughout the interview process
• Using our Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) to move candidates through the interview process and keep in close touch with your candidates to guide them through their upcoming interviews
• Arrange travel and accommodation for out of town candidates 
• Greet candidates, make them feel welcome, and ensure on-site interviews run smoothly (when onsite interviews are occurring)
• Assist with operational responsibilities including: job requisition creation, offer letter generation, and kicking off background checks 
• Support the Recruiting team with projects on an ad-hoc basis

Requirements

• Outstanding organizational skills; superb attention to detail
• You have at least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator, admin, or intern
• You have had experience scheduling interviews and/or calendaring

To help facilitate a seamless and inspiring interview experience for our candidates, we’re looking for an upbeat and hardworking Candidate Experience Coordinator to join our team!  This person will be tasked with a heavy load of interview scheduling, but will also be given the opportunity to work closely on projects with the Recruiting Team. This opportunity will expose you to the fast-paced world of enterprise software and presents an outstanding opportunity to develop your career.  

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Sydney for our hybrid working model. 

Responsibilities

• Partner with a team of Recruiters to schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews
• Own candidate experience; ensuring timely communication throughout the interview process
• Using our Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) to move candidates through the interview process and keep in close touch with your candidates to guide them through their upcoming interviews
• Arrange travel and accommodation for out of town candidates 
• Greet candidates, make them feel welcome, and ensure on-site interviews run smoothly (when onsite interviews are occurring)
• Assist with operational responsibilities including: job requisition creation, offer letter generation, and kicking off background checks 
• Support the Recruiting team with projects on an ad-hoc basis

Requirements

• Outstanding organizational skills; superb attention to detail
• You have at least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator, admin, or intern
• You have had experience scheduling interviews and/or calendaring
• Ability to be a team player; adept at working with multiple people at any given time
• You are creative and process-driven; you’re constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
• You’re a people person and like building relationships
• You did your homework on MongoDB, and recognize the outstanding things that are happening here and want in
• Previous experience working in a Candidate Experience/Recruiting Coordinator role is advantageous
• This role requires some flexibility to attend to urgent candidate matters outside of working hours
