We are looking for a Principal Solutions Architect to support the sales and delivery of modernization engagements. Candidates must be located in Bengaluru, Mumbai or Gurugram  near an airport that will enable them to easily visit customer sites in APAC.

Roles Responsibilities

• Ideally 8 to 11 years of related experience in a customer facing role, with 5 to 7 years of experience in pre-sales with enterprise software
• Minimum of 3 years experience with modern scripting languages (e.g. Python, Node.js, SQL) and/or popular programming languages (e.g. C/C++, Java, C#) in a professional capacity

About the Role

We are looking for a Staff Integration Engineer (Workato & API Integration) to join our GTMTech team. This strategic role will lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-grade integrations that power our core business processes across GTM systems, with a primary focus on Workato-based integrations and modern API management patterns.

You will own the architecture for critical integration domains such as Quote-to-Cash and other high-impact GTMTech programs, ensuring our integration landscape is scalable, secure, observable, and aligned with best practices for event-driven and API-first designs. Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve integration standards, patterns, and best practices, including canonical integration patterns, error-handling strategies, observability, and operational runbooks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 10+ years of enterprise integration experience, including significant time in lead/architect roles
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience designing and delivering complex, enterprise-grade integration solutions using Workato, with deep understanding of the platform beyond low-code/no-code capabilities (e.g., advanced recipes, callable recipes, event streams, Workato SDK, task optimization, governance)
• Strong experience operating Workato in production at scale, including environment strategy, deployment automation, observability and monitoring, logging, and robust debugging in multi-system landscapes
• Solid understanding of event-driven architectures and messaging technologies such as Kafka or equivalents, including topics, producers/consumers, message durability, failure handling, and retry strategies

• Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, roles, permission sets, field-level security, object access, and sharing rules.
• Support platform stability and day-to-day operational activities by troubleshooting issues, resolving user requests, and maintaining data integrity.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of Salesforce Administration experience in a mid-to-large enterprise environment.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator, Salesforce Certified App Builder, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sharing & Visibility Designer certifications are required.
• Familiarity with AI-powered and agentic tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Agentforce, and similar platforms.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, Git-based deployment workflows, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Success Measures

• In 3 months, you will have developed a strong understanding of MongoDB’s Salesforce platform, support model, security posture, release processes, and core business workflows by working closely with stakeholders and technical teams.
• In 6 months, you will have independently delivered multiple configuration-based enhancements, actively contributed to release and DevOps activities, and started driving improvements in platform governance, security, and operational efficiency.

In this role, you will

• Support critical MongoDB roles through strategic passive talent sourcing, quickly pivoting to support new areas of MongoDB’s business as hiring needs arise.
• Provide full lifecycle recruitment support for a variety of positions across the company, ranging from highly niche technical roles to non-technical functions.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver qualified talent accordingly, becoming an expert in the external market and a consultative talent advisor for business stakeholders.

The right person for this role will

• Have a passion and excitement for building a career in technical recruiting;  expertise in passive candidate sourcing for either technical or sales-focused roles is preferred but not required. Previous experience in a technology-focused organization is a plus.
• Showcase a strong knowledge of robust sourcing tactics and best practices to identify a broad top-of-funnel pipeline.

We are looking for an experienced software engineer who thrives on solving infrastructure constraints and building enterprise facing platforms. 

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who can architect complex distributed systems, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product teams to deliver a platform that minimizes deployment friction and meets customers’ compliance requirements.

This role can be based out of our Gurgaon office or Remotely in India.

The ideal candidate for this role will have

• 8+ years of software development and operations experience, with a focus on building platforms and distributable software infrastructure.
• 2+ years of experience leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of engineers to achieve high-impact results.
• Deep experience designing distributable applications that run in air-gapped or highly restricted network environments.
• Strong proficiency in containerization and orchestration, with the ability to design systems where the host executes containerized applications under strict security monitoring.
• Experience building Service Host architectures that provide shared routing, proxy layers, and API gateways for multiple underlying services.
• Experience managing persistent storage solutions (blob/file storage) within distributed systems.

Position Expectations

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Drive the distributed infrastructure for the Application Modernisation Platform, ensuring it supports a self-service SaaS product model while operating within client-controlled environments.
• Lead the design and implementation of a sophisticated orchestration layer that manages authentication, telemetry, and the lifecycle of modernization tools.
• Architect a client-side application that manages developer workflows and communicates securely with hosted services.
• Solve complex "Day 2" operations challenges, such as designing interfaces to solve DevOps challenges to manage users, secrets, and updates.
• Collaborate with security and product teams to ensure the platform can execute code generation and LLM-based tasks securely, protecting both client data and MongoDB IP.
