What You’ll Do

Support screening and selection

• Review applications and help identify candidates who may be a strong fit.

• Maintain clear and accurate notes so assessment decisions are well documented.

Help build and maintain high-quality hiring processes

• Support the creation and upkeep of practical hiring tools such as interview guides, screening criteria, and scorecards.
• Help keep hiring processes clear, organised, and consistent across roles.
• Spot gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement, and raise them proactively.
• Contribute to a hiring environment that values rigour, clarity, and continual improvement.

Keep the hiring workflow moving

• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications with strong attention to detail.
• Keep ATS records accurate and up to date.
• Make sure notes, scorecards, feedback, and next steps are captured properly and on time.
• Support strong handoffs between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.

Contribute to a strong candidate experience

• Help deliver a smooth, professional, and responsive process for candidates.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with applicants and internal stakeholders.
• Support scheduling, follow-up, and interview logistics so the process runs efficiently.

Support hiring visibility

• Assist with job posting and promotion activity.
• Collaborate with Marketing on hiring-related posts and employer brand support where needed.
• Help improve candidate reach and interest through clear and well-presented role materials.

About the Role

Reachdesk is looking for a quota-carrying Account Executive to win new business across the technology market, with a primary focus on software and SaaS companies.

You will own the full sales cycle, selling Reachdesk’s gifting, swag, and event platform to Sales, Marketing, and broader GTM teams. Most opportunities come through our BDR team and Marketing engine, with additional pipeline expected through your own outbound prospecting.

This role demands a disciplined new-business seller who can run consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across mid-market and enterprise accounts, build strong business cases, and keep deals moving with control and urgency.

Key responsibilities include the following:

• Win new logo business across target mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Own the full sales process from discovery through negotiation and close, with strong qualification discipline throughout.
• Convert BDR and Marketing-generated demand at a high level while creating additional pipeline through smart outbound prospecting.
• Lead effective discovery that uncovers business priorities, pain points, and a clear understanding of how prospects buy.
• Build compelling proposals and business cases that connect Reachdesk’s gifting, swag, and event solutions to clear customer goals and measurable outcomes.
• Build momentum across multiple stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and GTM teams, including senior decision-makers.
• Maintain strong pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and CRM discipline.
• Partner effectively with BDRs, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to improve conversion, win rates, and market feedback.
• Stay current on new products, features, and capabilities that strengthen value for prospects and improve close rates.
• Represent Reachdesk in the market through events and trade shows, building relationships, generating opportunities, and increasing brand visibility.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally to help sharpen messaging, product direction, and services.
• Generate your own pipeline as part of a mix of Inbound and Outbound opportunity creation

About You

• 3+ years of Account Executive experience in a quota-carrying B2B SaaS new business role, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Experience selling mid-market and enterprise deals in a competitive environment. 
• Ideally started in a BDR or SDR role and progressed into full-cycle closing.
• Preferred experience selling to Sales, Marketing, or broader GTM buyers.
• Proven ability to run consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with meaningful deal size and complexity.
• Strong at converting demand while also building pipeline through your own prospecting.
• Trained in MEDDPICC, SPIN, SPICED or similar sales methodologies.
• Strong communicator with executive presence, urgency, and sound commercial judgment, able to influence and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders across GTM teams.
• Strong operator who can prioritize effectively, manage multiple deals at once, and maintain excellent pipeline, CRM, and forecast discipline. 
• Thrives in a fast-moving scale-up environment.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced contractor to support Reachdesk on a range of customs compliance projects across our global operations.

This is a hands-on, high-impact contract role for someone who can quickly assess risk, improve processes, work across multiple stakeholders, and help us strengthen the way we manage customs and cross-border trade compliance in practice. You will partner closely with teams across Operations, Logistics, Marketplace, Product, Legal, and Finance, as well as external brokers, carriers, and warehouse partners.

This role is best suited to someone who is practical, detail-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving international environment.

What You’ll Do

Customs Compliance Projects

• Support Reachdesk’s customs compliance work across import/export activity, customs documentation, product classification, valuation, country of origin, duties, and related operational controls.

• Review existing customs processes and help design, improve, and document scalable compliance procedures.

• Partner with internal teams and external logistics providers, customs brokers, carriers, and 3PLs to support compliant shipment flows and customs clearance.

• Help investigate and resolve customs issues such as holds, clearance delays, documentation gaps, or shipment exceptions.

• Assist with compliance for restricted items, sanctions-related considerations, and broader cross-border trade requirements where relevant.

• Identify compliance risks within current and proposed operating models, and recommend practical mitigations.

Cross-Functional Support

• Work closely with Operations, Logistics, Marketplace, Product, Legal, and Finance to embed customs compliance into day-to-day processes and project decisions.

• Support project work connected to new shipping lanes, markets, warehouse flows, sourcing models, or operational changes.

• Help create and maintain internal documentation, including SOPs, guidance notes, controls, process maps, and audit-ready records.

• Provide clear, practical guidance to internal stakeholders on customs-related requirements and best practices.

Data, Controls, and Documentation

• Support the maintenance and improvement of key customs-related data, including product classifications, origin information, shipment documentation standards, and related compliance records.

• Help assess whether tools, automation, or systems changes could improve customs compliance workflows and reporting.

• Assist with audit preparation, evidence gathering, remediation tracking, and general compliance project management where needed.

About You

• Significant experience in customs compliance, global trade compliance, import/export compliance, or a closely related cross-border trade role.

• Strong working knowledge of customs requirements, import/export controls, HS classification, valuation, duties, origin, and international shipment documentation.

• Experience working with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, 3PLs, or other logistics partners.

• Comfortable operating in a project-based role where priorities may evolve and where you are expected to work independently.

• Able to spot risks, solve problems pragmatically, and balance compliance requirements with commercial and operational realities.

Preferred qualifications

• A strong interest in talent, hiring, people operations, or business operations.
• Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, customer-facing, or operational role is helpful, but not required.
