What Are We Looking For?

Contentstack is accelerating at high speeds with global expansion within our partner relationship team and looking for a Sr. Partner Relationship Manager - GSI, taking full ownership of driving GSI (Global System Integrator) partner relationships. Your responsibilities will range from seamless onboarding to increasing market awareness in collaboration with our marketing team, building a robust pipeline, and driving market growth through innovative strategies.

This is a quota-carrying account management role working exclusively on managing hyperscale partnerships and developing deeper partnerships with existing partners. • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and business units within GSIs to drive education, alignment, and business development activities.
• Develop a joint pipeline by identifying opportunities and creating go-to-market (GTM) initiatives that result in revenue growth.
• Serve as the portfolio owner and internal subject matter expert (SME) for GSI partners, supporting go-to-market strategies and sales efforts.
• Act as a consultant and advisor for Contentstack’s Global Sales Organization (GSO) on GSI-related initiatives.
• Identify and create joint solutions with GSIs to develop innovative GTM strategies and drive market success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including partners, sales, operations, and marketing, to optimize partner sales processes and customer success stories.
• Provide strategic guidance to partners, clients, and account teams around GSI partner growth strategies and solutions.
• Work closely with GSI partners to build and grow the sales pipeline, ensuring global expansion and market penetration.
• Network across all organizational levels within GSIs to foster relationships and unlock new growth opportunities.
• Manage day-to-day GSI partner relationships and handle administrative activities related to the partnerships.
• Develop and execute a sound go-to-market strategy, tracking performance through OKRs, KPIs, and quotas.

• 8-12 years of partner management experience with 5+ years specifically working with and driving successful partnerships with GSI partners.
• Proven ability to think strategically and creatively while leveraging sound business judgment and financial acumen.

• Programmatic approach to scaling GSI partnerships to drive mutual success.

Salary for this role ranges between $145,000 - $165,000 base plus variables based on skillset and experience.

This is a quota-carrying role working exclusively on identifying the right regional partnerships and developing deeper partnerships with existing partners. • As a Sr. Partner Manager, you will have 360-degree ownership, driving partner relationships in your territory from ensuring a seamless onboarding, increasing the market awareness with our marketing team, building a pipeline to conquer the market, and so much more
• You will develop joint plans with large strategic commerce partners (SAP, Salesforce, Shopify) and monitor and track progress against agreed metrics
• You will identify the opportunity to build joint solutions with partners and take ownership of taking these to market
• You will be the portfolio owner and internal subject matter expert in support of our go-to-market and sales activity. You are the SME / lead for partners within Contentstack’s global sales organization
• Work closely with internal cross-functional departments such as partners, sales, operations, and marketing gurus to optimize existing partner sales processes, partner relations, service, and customer success stories
• Provide guidance and strategic advice to our partners, clients, and account teams around partner growth strategies to deliver best-in-class joint solutions
• Managing day-to-day relationships with the partners
• Coordinate with the global partnership team to share knowledge and best practices, and ensure a consistent and coordinated approach to managing partners with global reach
• Manage all of the administrative activities related to the partnerships in your region
• Create and execute against a sound go-to-market strategy for your region
• You track your performance through goals through OKRs, KPIs, and quotas

Salary for this role ranges between $150,000-165,000 plus variables based on skillset and experience

Canada: Salary range is CAD 135,000 - 155,000 (plus variables based on skillset and experience)
UK: Salary range is GBP 90,000 - 110,000 (plus variables based on skillset and experience)
The Netherlands: Salary range is EUR 95,000 - 115,000 (plus variables based on skillset and experience)
