The TV Technology team within the Roku TV New Product Introduction (NPI) group focuses on delivering the best Audio Quality (AQ) and Picture Quality (PQ) and driving innovation. With tens of millions of TVs sold globally, thousands of channels, and billions of hours streamed on Roku TVs, worldclass AQ and PQ are essential.
We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join the TV Technology team, based in Shenzhen. As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be focused on helping our TV partners build the most desirable and best Smart TVs available. Your expertise in AQ and/or PQ will be utilized to help achieve the best possible audio and picture performance on specific mass-produced TV models by working closely with our TV partners, SOC vendors, and Roku TV engineers. You will also work on optimize and drive automation for existing audio and/or picture test strategies, e.g. by using AI and automation solutions to enhance efficiency and coverage.

The mission of this role is to architect and develop firmware and microcontroller subsystems for Astera Labs’ SoC and systems products. Firmware is responsible for implementing the major differentiating features of Astera Labs’ products. As such, firmware is considered equally important to the hardware, and the firmware team is often customer-facing accordingly to ensure the needs of the customer are fully comprehended.
Strong academic and technical background in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Science engineering. At a minimum, a Bachelor’s is required, and a Master’s is preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting or developing complex SoC/silicon products for Server, Storage, and/or Networking applications.
Experience developing firmware to execute in on-chip microcontrollers as well as C-language software development kits (SDKs) to execute on system management controllers (e.g. BMC).
Experience working with logic designers to architect and verify HW-SW interfaces on complex SoCs.
Professional attitude with the ability to prioritize a dynamic list of multiple tasks, to plan and prepare for customer meetings in advance, and to work with minimal guidance and supervision.

The Opportunity
Teneo is seeking a fixed-term Public Affairs advisor to join our Strategy and Communications team in Hong Kong SAR.
This role focuses on advising select clients on public affairs, policy, regulatory engagement, and stakeholder strategy, particularly where business objectives intersect with government policy, regulatory change, and broader geopolitical dynamics. Hong Kong SAR is a highly visible, fast‑moving environment, requiring strong judgement, political and regulatory literacy, and the ability to advise senior leaders through complex and sensitive situations.
The role will suit candidates with proven experience advising on the Greater China public affairs landscape, corporate affairs, policy advisory, or closely related fields, whether from consultancy, in‑house, or adjacent professional services environments.
Responsibilities
Public affairs and policy advisory
• Advise clients on public affairs, regulatory, and policy‑related issues relevant to Hong Kong SAR and the wider Asia‑Pacific region.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in public policy, political science, international relations, law, economics, communications, or a related field.
• Approximately 5–7 years’ experience in public affairs, policy advisory, corporate affairs, or related roles, either in consultancy or in‑house.
• Strong understanding of Hong Kong SAR's political, regulatory, and stakeholder environment, with awareness of regional and global dynamics.
• Experience advising clients or internal stakeholders on policy, regulatory, or government‑related issues.

• Identify and troubleshoot operational problems, issues, obstacles, and barriers for studies based on metrics data, audit reports, and input from project team members and other stakeholders
• May assist in reviewing and providing feedback on protocols, Statistical Analysis Plans (SAP) and Clinical Study Reports (CSRs), if required by the project
• Participate in the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and corresponding process documentation related to data management and database management activities
• May attend strategy meetings, bid defense prep meetings, bid defenses, capability presentations, potential client engagement meetings
• May review Request for Proposals (RFP), proposals, provide project estimates
• Provide leadership for cross-functional and organization-wide initiatives, where applicable

About the Role:
The Technical Sales Manager, Industry will play a crucial role in developing and executing our new business acquisition strategy in the industrial biopharma, biotech and CXO segment across China, with particular emphasis on the Shanghai Biotech/Biopharma “golden triangle”.
