JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the overall team management for process team, setting up the team targets based on the changing business needs and working closely with the local and global management team to ensure all targets are met;
- Evaluate, understand and identify current customer needs, while also anticipating future needs and building long-term sustainable relationship and solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement of the customer experience through team, process and support tool development.
- Drive and manage new product installs and subsequent process development.
- Leading new site start up and planning/risk assessment for readiness/execution successfully to get customer recognition and satisfaction.
- Define project scope and resource planning together with BU, escalate to Manager for resource gap.
- Support CS EE /Sales/BU as one team to success site base operation/service.
REQUIREMENTS
- Master Degree or above.
- Solid technical knowledge and deep business perspective in the Semiconductor industry, preferably in CVD/ALD/Furnace/EPI related.
- Strong industry experience that support complex instrumentation, applications and informatics.
- Ability to work in a team environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Ability to collaborate with others to find the best solutions
- Solid team management experience.
- Good command of English

As a Process Integration Engineer (Process focus), you will bring extensive expertise to lead process develop and optimization projects and provide marketing information / advanced technical solutions in collaboration with BU R&D and technology development teams. This role will influence both customer satisfaction and internal technology advancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize the integration of product processes, ensuring compatibility and performance across process modules and hardware systems;
- Collaborate with Global BU/SU teams to drive new product introduction and enhance the stability of mass production for both process and hardware;
- Support full product lifecycle management, including process integration, mass production support, continuous improvement, and end-of-life technical optimization;
- Lead and conduct DOE experiments, data analysis, and troubleshooting for process and hardware-related issues, ensuring timely project delivery;
- Monitor and analyze market and competitor trends in process and hardware technologies, providing recommendations for improvement;
- Prepare technical documentation, process specifications, and reports; participate in technical exchanges and customer support;
- Communicate closely with global BU/SU teams and local customers to ensure product and process/hardware solutions meet customer requirements.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree or above in Microelectronics, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related fields;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment / process integration, with solid knowledge of mainstream process modules (ALD / CVD preferred) and related hardware systems; Solid knowledge of advanced logic/memory device integration is a plus.
- Experience in new processes and/or equipment development and optimization.
- Strong cross-functional communication and project execution skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English (Korea is a plus), able to read technical documents.
- Experience in customer technical support or project management is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.

POSITION SUMMARY As a Senior Technical Manager, you will be responsible to lead the project to understand our customers’ needs, and provide technical support and subsequent implementation with alignment with BUs to ensure we deliver solution and value to meet even exceed customers’ expectation. As a key driver of business success, you will drive and lead strategic planning, implement growth and scalability initiatives aligned with corporate strategy in order to achieve the vision and targets. |
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the overall project management, setting up the project targets based on the changing business needs and working closely with the local and global management team to ensure all targets are met;
- Evaluate, understand and identify current customer needs, while also anticipating future needs and building long-term sustainable relationship and solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement of the customer experience through team, process and support tool development.
- Drive and manage new product installs and subsequent process development.
- Leading new site start up and planning/risk assessment for readiness/execution successfully to get customer recognition and satisfaction.
- Define project scope and resource planning together with BU, escalate to Manager for resource gap.
REQUIREMENTS
- Master degree or above.
- Solid technical knowledge and deep business perspective in the Semiconductor packaging industry, preferably in CVD/ALD/Furnace/EPI related.
- Strong industry experience that support complex instrumentation, applications and informatics.
- Ability to work in a team environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Ability to collaborate with others to find the best solutions
- Solid team management experience.
- Good command of English
