Overview:

We are looking for a bilingual Product Manager (Mandarin & English) to lead CRM localization and integrations for the APAC region, with a strong focus on China. This role will ensure our global CRM platform is adapted for China’s digital ecosystem and integrated with local enterprise communication tools and data providers. The Product Manager will work closely with APAC Client Service, Sales, Compliance and Global Engineering teams to deliver CRM capabilities tailored for China and APAC markets.

Project Manager, Client Service

Overview:

The Client Service team is the backbone of Guidepoint’s success. The team is responsible for efficiently delivering Guidepoint’s services to our clients around the world. We work to understand each client’s unique business questions and help them gain critical insights to stay informed and make better business decisions. What You'll Do:

• Serve as the main point of contact responsible for the day-to-day relationship and service delivery for our clients
• Work with and manage a team of Associates to execute requests for clients who are conducting research and due diligence on industry trends, market opportunities, new products and technologies, and more​
• Provide training to Associates regarding best practices around prospective Advisor sourcing, recruiting, interaction, and screening to provide the best Advisor match for each client project
• Work closely with the Business Development teams to optimize your clients’ use of Guidepoint’s services
• Work with other Project Managers on the team to provide industry guidance for projects and workshops

What You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Native Level of Mandarin and fluency in English
• 2+ years of experience client or account management experience
• Previous project management and/ or people management experience
• Experience working in market research, agency, or consulting industries is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

The Compliance Department is a collaborative team that proactively supports Guidepoint's global business. The team identifies and addresses areas of risk and advises internal stakeholders on new business initiatives and variations on existing products and conducts compliance training of internal employees. What You'll Do:

• Provide initial and ongoing training for client interfacing employees
• Respond to daily questions from our sales and service teams
• Conduct a compliance portal overview to prospective and existing clients
• Implement client related protocols into our proprietary database
• Assist our technology team in implementing compliance related controls

What You Have:

• Bachelor's Degree required demonstrating a strong level of achievement
• Minimum of 2+ years of regulatory compliance experience in financial services (not KYC/AML)
