We are seeking a Sourcing Manager for denim bottom category to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in building a resilient, high-performing denim supply chain that enables rapid growth, strong margins, and best-in-class product quality.

Responsibilities

Supply Chain, Denim Sourcing Strategy & Partner Management

Develop and execute the end-to-end supply chain and sourcing strategy with a strong focus on denim apparel categories, across woven, knit, and stretch fabrications. Implement a multi-sourcing approach to ensure supply resilience, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Identify, onboard, and develop denim-focused manufacturing partners aligned with Quince’s direct-to-consumer (D2C) model. Coach partners to operate within a rapid replenishment, Manufacturer-to-Consumer (M2C) environment, emphasizing speed, flexibility, and quality.

Educate sourcing partners on the Quince Operating System (OS), including:

• Operational Excellence: Driving short lead times, agile production, and consumer-first execution

• Financial Model: Delivering margin-accretive performance and strong Return on Invested Capital (ROIC)

• Technical Integration: Effective utilization of the Vendor Portal and digital workflows

Operational Excellence & Business Growth

Drive continuous improvement across key performance metrics, with particular focus on denim production quality and speed:

• Quality: Maintain defect rate below 0.5%

• Speed & Accuracy: Achieve replenishment lead times under 14 days

• Availability: Ensure in-stock rate above 99%

• Financial Impact: Deliver margin-accretive sourcing outcomes

Partner closely with Merchandising and Product Development (PD) teams to lead denim catalog expansion, launching new washes, fits, styles, and fabric innovations through the New Product Creation (NPC) process.

Conduct structured Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with sourcing partners, focusing on strategic alignment, denim category performance, operational excellence, continuous improvement opportunities, and future growth plans.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience at the Director level or above in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supplier Management within the apparel industry, preferably supporting major US-based retailers or DTC brands, with strong exposure to denim categories.

• Established global factory network across key apparel categories (with strong emphasis on denim, woven, knit, and sweater knit fabrications), spanning APAC, ISC, and EMEA regions.

• Strong product-driven mindset, leveraging factory and vendor expertise to support product design, cost engineering, and commercialization. Deep knowledge of denim materials, washes, and localized fabric sourcing within key regions is highly preferred.

• General Manager (GM) mindset with hands-on supply chain and manufacturing experience, including lean manufacturing, just-in-time (JIT) production, and operational excellence.

• Deep understanding of cost structures within denim/apparel categories, with proven ability to drive cost savings through clean-sheet costing, strategic negotiations, and supplier optimization.

THE ROLE

Merchandising Manager, Young Adult

We are looking for a Merchandising Manager to join our growing Merchandising team. In this role, the Merchandising Manager, Young Adult role is responsible for introducing a targeted assortment toward a younger age demographic to the Quince’s offering for Men and Women. This person will be mainly responsible for launching and expanding the age 22-30 product assortment.

At Quince, we believe that everyone deserves access to high quality products at radically affordable prices.  We believe the marketplace for consumer products is inundated with too many options, and customers find product quality difficult to determine and yet frequently pay more for a variety of things that can be delivered at much lower prices. Our goal is to find the best products in the marketplace and connect the makers of these goods directly to the customers who want them. Requirements

We are seeking a Director of Sourcing, Bags & Accessories to lead vendor relationships and sourcing strategy across our NA/EUR/ISC supply base. This is a critical leadership role that will shape the foundation of our overseas bags and accessories supply chain.

Qualifications:

• Own sourcing strategy and vendor relationships (both first-party vendors and third-party vendors) for NA/EUR/ISC based Bags and Accessories categories, including: Handbags, Belts, Luggage, Eyewear, Socks, Soft Accessories and Tech Acc.

THE ROLE 

Women's Activewear - Sourcing Manager, Bangladesh

We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Sourcing Manager to build and lead our Apparel, Women's activewear function. This person will be tasked with identifying and onboarding new vendor partners from scratch. The role will focus primarily on the Women's Activewear category with potential expansion into other categories.

This is a rare opportunity to own and build a sourcing operation in a high-impact category. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of category manufacturing, strong vendor relationships (or the ability to cultivate them), and the operational rigor to scale new supply chains that deliver on cost, quality, and lead time.

Responsibilities

• Scout for vendor partners in India who can manufacture high quality products with fast production lead time

THE ROLE

Senior Product Manager, Fulfillment WMS

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Fulfillment WMS to join our growing team. In this role, you will own the foundation of our warehouse fulfillment ecosystem—spanning both warehouse integrations (3PL + partners) and an in-house WMS (MVP → v1). This role sits at the intersection of software, operations, and physical logistics, directly impacting customer delivery experience, fulfillment cost, and our ability to scale. You will define how inventory flows through our network, build the systems that power that movement, and partner closely with operations teams on the ground.

Responsibilities

• Build the middleware + tools that connect external 3PL  warehouses with Quince systems, standardizing inbound/outbound events, inventory signals, SLA monitoring, and capacity + appointment/booking so we can plan and allocate demand reliably.
• Build a pragmatic WMS that can be used in 1P warehouses that reliably supports inbound and outbound, including pick/pack/ship, inventory accuracy (cycle counts), and exceptions. Including the right (mobile) UX and operational controls to scale.
• This role is highly cross-functional, close to “real world” physical movement of inventory and directly moves customer delivery experience, cost, and growth capacity.
• Deeply learn and model warehouse flows (inbound → storage → replenishment → outbound) and constraints (labor, space, equipment, cutoffs, carrier pickups). Translate into product primitives and clear requirements.
• Define the key requirements that help define the target architecture and roadmap for a warehouse integration layer: APIs/EDI where needed, event model, data contracts, observability, and a unified “warehouse connector” approach across partners/sites.
• Build a capacity and booking platform: warehouse calendars, appointment scheduling (inbound/outbound), dock/slot constraints, labor/throughput limits, prioritization rules, and allocation logic tied to demand planning + order promises.
• Warehouse MVP: Deliver a WMS MVP focused on highest-leverage workflows: receiving, putaway, replenishment, pick/pack, ship confirmation, cycle counts, returns (as applicable), and robust exception handling.
• Lead execution with Warehouse Ops, Supply Chain, CX, Finance, and Engineering. Balance urgent operational needs with foundational platform investments.
• Evaluate build vs. buy vs. partner: 3PL capabilities, WMS vendors, dock scheduling solutions, label/carrier tooling, scanning devices, etc. Make pragmatic MVP decisions with a clear migration path.
• Establish controls and monitoring for systems that directly affect shipments and inventory: idempotency, auditability, reconciliation, fallback procedures, on-call playbooks, and staged rollouts by site.

Qualifications

Required: 

• 3–7+ years total experience; 2+ years in product management, ideally building AI agents, human-in-the-loop guided systems, or owning internal platform or enterprise system workflows
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that span multiple tools/systems and stakeholder groups
• Technical fluency: Strong with APIs, event-driven systems, integrations (3PL/WMS/ERP/OMS), data contracts, and observability. Comfortable partnering deeply with engineers on architecture tradeoffs.
• Strong analytical mindset: comfortable defining metrics, diagnosing issues, and using data to make prioritization decisions.
• Excellent communicator across executive, business, engineering, and operations audiences

Preferred: 

• Previous experience building operational + real world software (supply chain, logistics, warehouse, marketplace ops tooling, or similar)

Operations Manager - Carneys Point, NJ

We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our growing team. As an Operations Manager, you will lead strategic operations within our Returns Warehouse, overseeing a team of Area Managers and their direct reports. Your role is central to driving the success of our reverse logistics processes while ensuring the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

You’ll be responsible for mentoring leaders, optimizing workflows, and implementing data-driven improvements across multiple return functions. Your ability to lead through others, identify operational bottlenecks, and scale best practices will directly impact our customer experience and operational performance.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Area Managers and their teams to ensure strong leadership, high employee engagement, and consistent execution of warehouse returns processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Quince is hiring a Quality Assurance Manager, 3rd Party Inventory and Production to serve as our on-the-ground quality champion at our third-party decorator facility in Oxnard, CA. This is a fully on-site role, Monday through Friday during regular business hours, embedded directly within our 3P decorator's operations. The role may involve transportation to our Los Angeles Warehouse and other decorators in the area as needed to address quality issues.

You will be the eyes and ears of Quince at the facility — inspecting inbound inventory, auditing production quality, raising issues in real time, and building the processes that drive us to our targets of 99% On-Time Delivery and 99% Quality Acceptance. You will serve as the critical link between the physical production floor and our remote team of project managers, providing clear, timely updates and escalating risks before they become problems. Your inputs will help shape our Production Management Software.

Responsibilities

• Own quality outcomes at the 3P decorator facility, holding performance to 99% on-time delivery and 99% quality acceptance rate targets across all production runs.
• Monitor the inspection of inbound inventory received at the facility, verifying quantities, condition, and specifications against purchase orders and production requirements, drive timely inventory replacements to minimize production delays. QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: 5–8+ years of B2C, B2B sales or business development experience, ideally within Logistics, Freight Forwarding, E-commerce Platforms, or Supply Chain SaaS.
• Proven Track Record: A history of exceeding sales targets and successfully acquiring mid-to-large scale brand/retailer accounts.
• Network: An existing network of contacts within the retail, fashion, or consumer goods industry in Greater China or the APAC region is a significant plus.
• Communication: Exceptional storytelling and negotiation skills. Ability to influence C-level executives and supply chain heads.

The Role- PD Manager, Footwear

Responsibility:

●    Development Timeline Ownership & Acceleration
Own and actively manage the day-to-day product development timeline across new products, color and size extensions, vendor transitions, and refreshes.
Ensure programs progress within the 16-week cycle target by tracking milestones, escalating risks early, and driving timely decision-making across teams.

●    Cross-Functional Workflow & Orchestration
Serve as the central point of coordination across Merchandising, Sourcing, Fit, Technical Development, Materials, QA, Creative, and Vendors.
Ensure all parties are aligned on development status, next steps, and dependencies at every stage of the lifecycle.

●    Build Sheet Handoff and Coaching
Ensure all required product documentation is accurate, complete, and ready prior to vendor handoff. This includes technical specification sheets, build documentation, testing requirements, fit inputs, and any supporting materials needed for vendor execution. Ensure vendors understand and translate it correctly. 

●    Sample Development & Tracking Discipline 
Coordinate and track all sample requests, shipments, inbound reviews, fit requests, and revisions. Drive efficiency in sample development by maintaining momentum, minimizing rework, and supporting the target of ≤2.0 sample rounds per product.

●    Approvals, Feedback Loops & Testing Coordination 
Facilitate timely product reviews and approvals by Merchandising, Fit, and Technical teams. Track testing requests and results, ensuring products complete required performance or quality testing and that outcomes are clearly communicated to all stakeholders.

●    In-Country Development Trip Management
Run in-person country development trips with Global Merchants and Global Fit teams to accelerate decision-making, resolve issues at the source, and strengthen vendor execution.

●    Production & Launch Readiness Coordination
Support timely staging of materials and finished-goods production in partnership with Sourcing. Coordinate on-time delivery of photo samples to Creative teams to ensure marketing readiness and launch timelines are met.

●    Tools, Systems & Process Hygiene
Maintain clean, accurate, real-time data across all product development systems, including the Product Catalog and tracking tools. Ensure systems reflect current status, ownership, and next actions to support transparency and fast execution.

Travel Expectations (Core Role Requirement)

This role is factory-based with heavy travel and requires consistent presence at vendor sites.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Scout for vendor partners in SEA who can manufacture high quality Women's Woven products with fast production lead time
• Pitching and on-boarding vendor partners in speed. This should be done with clear criteria around the initial test period and ensuring their ability to scale, if the test period is successful.
• Drive excellence in partner operations for existing supplier relationships within current Quince categories, while expanding the supply base and improving Quince's product costs, quality, and commercial terms for sustainable sales and profitability
• Material Sourcing: Resource in speed any materials that can effectively improve product cost, quality and speed as options for scaling order. Have experience negotiating with suppliers throughout the supply chain from T1 to T2 mill/ vendor partners.
• Open costing expertise: Have solid open costing breakdown experience from brand or manufacturer side to build a clear strategy for costing negotiations; able to construct a validated cost structure/ template to negotiate with vendor partners without relying on vendor data only.

• Manage capacity at a supplier and style level to keep pace with company growth and scale
• Material Sourcing: Resource in speed any materials that can effectively improve product cost, quality and speed as options for scaling order. Have experience negotiating with suppliers throughout the supply chain from T1 to T2 & T3 (as needed)  mill/ vendor partners.

We are seeking a Costing Manager - Furniture to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

Cost & Quotation Analysis:

• Conduct detailed cost breakdowns and "should cost" modeling for all primary furniture materials (e.g., raw steel, engineered wood products, various plastics, textiles, foams, and packaging materials).
• Monitor global commodity markets (metals, lumber, petrochemicals, cotton) and economic indicators to anticipate cost fluctuations and proactively inform sourcing strategies.
• Analyze supplier quotes, identify cost drivers, and challenge pricing to ensure competitiveness and alignment with target costs.
• Establish and track key material cost performance indicators (KPIs).

Strategic Cost Saving:

• Proactively identify, develop, and implement material cost reduction projects (e.g., VAVE - Value Analysis/Value Engineering) without compromising quality or performance.
• Work closely with Engineering/R&D teams to evaluate alternative materials and designs that offer cost advantages.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute material productivity and savings initiatives.

Qualifications
