THE ROLE
As a Customer and Partner Onboarding Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for new retail partners joining the QLS ecosystem.
You will lead the cross-border technical integration process, ensuring that client systems communicate seamlessly with our logistics network. This role requires a blend of technical troubleshooting, project management, and exceptional relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Cross-border Technical Integration: Lead the end-to-end technical onboarding for new clients, guiding them through API integrations, ERP connections, and system configurations.
- Partner Onboarding: Act as the project lead for new client launches, ensuring all operational workflows—from labeling to customs documentation—are correctly established.
- Technical Support: Serve as the first line of defense for technical issues, resolving data transmission errors, tracking discrepancies, and platform bugs.
- Operational Monitoring: Monitor early-stage shipping performance (Order-to-Delivery) for new accounts to ensure they meet Quince’s high standards of speed and reliability.
- Client Advocacy: Collect partner feedback on platform usability and technical hurdles, collaborating with the Product and Engineering teams to drive system improvements.
- Training & Documentation: Create and maintain technical guides and FAQs to empower partners to use the QLS platform independently.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Support, or Operations within E-commerce, SaaS, or Cross-border Logistics.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of API integrations, EDI, and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP). Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL) is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with international shipping regulations, customs clearance processes, and last-mile delivery networks.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Mindset: A "customer-first" attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a high-performing, hunter-mentality Sales Manager to drive the growth of our new logistic business. Your mission is to acquire brand customers and direct retailers, convincing them to migrate their supply chain and fulfillment operations to our platform. This is a "zero-to-one"; sales role where you will define the sales pitch, identify high-potential leads, and close deals that directly impact our revenue and network scale.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Acquisition: Proactively identify, reach out to, and sign high-growth brands and direct retailers as QLS partners.
- Selling: Understand the unique supply chain pain points of prospective clients articulate how QLS’s M2C model and automated logistics technology can solve them.
- Lead Generation: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and industry events across the APAC and global retail sectors.
- Pitch Proposal: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and commercial proposals that highlight QLS’s value proposition (speed, cost-efficiency, and tech-integration).
- Contract Negotiation: Lead the commercial negotiation process, including pricing structures, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and legal terms.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of logistics trends and competitor offerings to refine our go-to-market strategy and pricing models.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations and Onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 5–8+ years of B2C, B2B sales or business development experience, ideally within Logistics, Freight Forwarding, E-commerce Platforms, or Supply Chain SaaS.
- Proven Track Record: A history of exceeding sales targets and successfully acquiring mid-to-large scale brand/retailer accounts.
- Network: An existing network of contacts within the retail, fashion, or consumer goods industry in Greater China or the APAC region is a significant plus.
- Communication: Exceptional storytelling and negotiation skills. Ability to influence C-level executives and supply chain heads.
- Language: Bilingual in English and Mandarin is essential for engaging both international brands and regional stakeholders.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a high-energy Operations Manager to own the physical and technological foundation of Quince Logistics Services (QLS).
This role is designed for a "builder-operator" who is equally comfortable managing warehouse labor and automated sorting systems. You will be responsible for the efficient movement of goods from our China-based manufacturers through our Hong Kong automation hub, ensuring every parcel is processed with precision and speed.
Responsibilities
- Automation Management:
Lead the daily operation and optimization of Automated Sorting Systems (e.g., cross-belt sorters, AMR fleets, or high-speed conveyors). Ensure the technology delivers maximum throughput and minimizes parcel handling errors. - Warehouse & 3PL Oversight:
Manage the day-to-day operations of our Hong Kong and South China facilities. Set and enforce high standards for receiving, inbound processing, and outbound dispatch. - Freight & Line-haul:
Oversee the "China → Hong Kong" trucking network and international freight forwarding partners. Ensure seamless hand-offs between the factory, the warehouse, and the final mile carriers. - System Integration:
Partner with the Product and Engineering teams to ensure the Warehouse Control System (WCS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) are perfectly synced with the physical hardware. - Operational Excellence (SOPs):
Design and implement scalable playbooks for automated workflows, quality control, and exception handling (e.g., damaged goods or mis-sorted items). - Vendor & Technical Support:
Manage relationships with automation hardware vendors and maintenance teams to ensure 99.9% uptime of critical sorting equipment. - Performance Metrics:
