THE ROLE
Insert Role Title
We are seeking a Sourcing Manager for denim bottom category to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in building a resilient, high-performing denim supply chain that enables rapid growth, strong margins, and best-in-class product quality.
Responsibilities
Supply Chain, Denim Sourcing Strategy & Partner Management
Develop and execute the end-to-end supply chain and sourcing strategy with a strong focus on denim apparel categories, across woven, knit, and stretch fabrications. Implement a multi-sourcing approach to ensure supply resilience, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Identify, onboard, and develop denim-focused manufacturing partners aligned with Quince’s direct-to-consumer (D2C) model. Coach partners to operate within a rapid replenishment, Manufacturer-to-Consumer (M2C) environment, emphasizing speed, flexibility, and quality.
Educate sourcing partners on the Quince Operating System (OS), including:

Operational Excellence: Driving short lead times, agile production, and consumer-first execution

Financial Model: Delivering margin-accretive performance and strong Return on Invested Capital (ROIC)

Technical Integration: Effective utilization of the Vendor Portal and digital workflows
Operational Excellence & Business Growth
Drive continuous improvement across key performance metrics, with particular focus on denim production quality and speed:

Quality: Maintain defect rate below 0.5%

Speed & Accuracy: Achieve replenishment lead times under 14 days

Availability: Ensure in-stock rate above 99%

Financial Impact: Deliver margin-accretive sourcing outcomes
Partner closely with Merchandising and Product Development (PD) teams to lead denim catalog expansion, launching new washes, fits, styles, and fabric innovations through the New Product Creation (NPC) process.
Conduct structured Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with sourcing partners, focusing on strategic alignment, denim category performance, operational excellence, continuous improvement opportunities, and future growth plans.
Qualifications

15+ years of experience at the Director level or above in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supplier Management within the apparel industry, preferably supporting major US-based retailers or DTC brands, with strong exposure to denim categories.

Established global factory network across key apparel categories (with strong emphasis on denim, woven, knit, and sweater knit fabrications), spanning APAC, ISC, and EMEA regions.

Strong product-driven mindset, leveraging factory and vendor expertise to support product design, cost engineering, and commercialization. Deep knowledge of denim materials, washes, and localized fabric sourcing within key regions is highly preferred.

General Manager (GM) mindset with hands-on supply chain and manufacturing experience, including lean manufacturing, just-in-time (JIT) production, and operational excellence.

Deep understanding of cost structures within denim/apparel categories, with proven ability to drive cost savings through clean-sheet costing, strategic negotiations, and supplier optimization.

THE ROLE
As a Customer and Partner Onboarding Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for new retail partners joining the QLS ecosystem.
You will lead the cross-border technical integration process, ensuring that client systems communicate seamlessly with our logistics network. This role requires a blend of technical troubleshooting, project management, and exceptional relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Cross-border Technical Integration: Lead the end-to-end technical onboarding for new clients, guiding them through API integrations, ERP connections, and system configurations.
- Partner Onboarding: Act as the project lead for new client launches, ensuring all operational workflows—from labeling to customs documentation—are correctly established.
- Technical Support: Serve as the first line of defense for technical issues, resolving data transmission errors, tracking discrepancies, and platform bugs.
- Operational Monitoring: Monitor early-stage shipping performance (Order-to-Delivery) for new accounts to ensure they meet Quince’s high standards of speed and reliability.
- Client Advocacy: Collect partner feedback on platform usability and technical hurdles, collaborating with the Product and Engineering teams to drive system improvements.
- Training & Documentation: Create and maintain technical guides and FAQs to empower partners to use the QLS platform independently.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Support, or Operations within E-commerce, SaaS, or Cross-border Logistics.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of API integrations, EDI, and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP). Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL) is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with international shipping regulations, customs clearance processes, and last-mile delivery networks.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a high-performing, hunter-mentality Sales Manager to drive the growth of our new logistic business. Your mission is to acquire brand customers and direct retailers, convincing them to migrate their supply chain and fulfillment operations to our platform. This is a "zero-to-one"; sales role where you will define the sales pitch, identify high-potential leads, and close deals that directly impact our revenue and network scale.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Acquisition: Proactively identify, reach out to, and sign high-growth brands and direct retailers as QLS partners.
- Selling: Understand the unique supply chain pain points of prospective clients articulate how QLS’s M2C model and automated logistics technology can solve them.
- Lead Generation: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and industry events across the APAC and global retail sectors.
- Pitch Proposal: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and commercial proposals that highlight QLS’s value proposition (speed, cost-efficiency, and tech-integration).
- Contract Negotiation: Lead the commercial negotiation process, including pricing structures, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and legal terms.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of logistics trends and competitor offerings to refine our go-to-market strategy and pricing models.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations and Onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 5–8+ years of B2C, B2B sales or business development experience, ideally within Logistics, Freight Forwarding, E-commerce Platforms, or Supply Chain SaaS.
- Proven Track Record: A history of exceeding sales targets and successfully acquiring mid-to-large scale brand/retailer accounts.
- Network: An existing network of contacts within the retail, fashion, or consumer goods industry in Greater China or the APAC region is a significant plus.
- Communication: Exceptional storytelling and negotiation skills. Ability to influence C-level executives and supply chain heads.

THE ROLE
Sourcing Manager - Men's Outerwear (SEA)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scout for vendor partners in China/Hong Kong or SEA who can manufacture high quality Men's Outerwear products with fast production lead time
- Pitching and on-boarding vendor partners in speed. This should be done with clear criteria around the initial test period and ensuring their ability to scale, if the test period is successful.
- Drive excellence in partner operations for existing supplier relationships within current Quince categories, while expanding a redundant supplier base improving Quince's product costs, quality, and commercial terms for sustainable sales and profitability
- Manage capacity at a supplier and style level to keep pace with company growth and scale
- Material Sourcing: Resource in speed any materials that can effectively improve product cost, quality and speed as options for scaling order. Have experience negotiating with suppliers throughout the supply chain from T1 to T2 & T3 (as needed) mill/ vendor partners.
- Open costing expertise: Have solid open costing breakdown experience from brand or manufacturer side to build a clear strategy for costing negotiations; able to construct a validated cost structure/ template to negotiate with vendor partners without relying on vendor data only.
- Act as an Ambassador to our partners in all interactions, building and deepening our relationships Continuous improvement
- Drive for higher hit-rate launches (reviews, returns, sales) through product excellence and drive for faster development times by identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions
- Have a clear strategic, commercial understanding of the sourcing landscape and trade benefits that can improve product costs and speed of product to market destined for the USA, Canada, and Europe as an asset.
- Lead at 30,000 ft and 3000 ft involving a diverse set of stakeholders from different functions and nationalities. Be willing to be scrappy at times to improve on existing ways of working and redefining new processes and SOP for faster speed and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: 10 year + sourcing and merchandising experience in Men’s apparel categories with high-end national brands in the United States & Europe specifically in Men's Outerwear.
- Consumer focused and ambitious individual providing strategic leadership and act as a role model in business with self assurance, pride, and passion that exudes personal and professional impact
- Self-Motivated: Proven ability as a self starter and quick independent learner adapting swiftly to new challenges

Quality Assurance Manager
We are hiring a Quality Assurance Manager who will be accountable for the governance of Quality and Compliance product requirements and lead Quality initiatives for our Apparel, Footwear, Bags and Accessories categories. In this role, you will serve as the guardian of product integrity. You will partner closely with cross functional teams to define strict product specifications and inspection plans, while managing third-party relationships to execute a robust global testing program. Qualifications
- 8 years+ experience in quality assurance including testing and compliance specifically for apparel, footwear, bags & accessories

- Ownership experience in building or managing category-level quality specs from concept to launch
- Proficiency in conducting Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) on new product introductions to mitigate risk.

THE ROLE
Product Compliance Manager
We are seeking a Product Compliance Manager – Home to build and manage a comprehensive product compliance program across our Apparel, Footwear, Bags and Accessories categories. This role will focus on ensuring products meet all labeling, packaging, safety, and regulatory requirements for the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and European Union.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in product regulatory compliance for Apparel, Footwear, Bags & Accessories, including labeling requirements, packaging compliance, product safety regulations, and supplier compliance programs.
This role will partner closely with product development, sourcing, packaging, quality, and legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance is embedded throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Build and Lead the Product Compliance Program
- Develop and implement a scalable global product compliance program for Quince Apparel, F/W, Bags & Accessories products.
- Establish compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures covering product labeling, packaging, and regulatory requirements.
- Create standardized processes for product compliance review during new product development and commercialization.
- Build internal compliance documentation, SOPs, and governance processes.
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure all products meet regulatory requirements in the US, Canada, UK, and EU, including applicable safety, chemical, labeling, and packaging regulations.
- Monitor regulatory developments and proactively update internal requirements and policies.
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and audits to identify potential gaps.
- Manage product compliance documentation including test reports, certifications, declarations of conformity, and technical files.
Product Labeling & Packaging Compliance
- Develop labeling standards for home furnishings including:

Compliance Monitoring & Documentation
