THE ROLE
The ideal candidate is a problem solver who is excited about using data and technology to build best in class processes, technology and business. Quince is seeking a talented individual to be part of the Returns organization. In this role the candidate will help form the strategy and models to decrease returns as well as decrease the cost of returns to Quince while improving the customer experience. In order to do so they will automatically become experts on the data across the whole Quince platform and business and help decide where to invest more efforts from the team as well as build models to optimize both the customers’ and vendors’ experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leverage data to build key insights for business, product and tech stakeholders
- Automate insights generation to increase speed of decision making
- Plan, execute and analyze key A/B tests on customers and vendors experience
- Own strategy and development of daily, weekly and monthly dashboard for reporting within the Returns team as well as to Quince’s leadership
- Prototype models for ad hoc analysis
- Prototype models to improve Quince’s customers and vendors experience
- Perform ad hoc monitoring and investigation into data and reporting issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics)
- 5-7 years relevant experience in data analytics or data science, preferably with a focus on marketplaces or logistics
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to to translate data into business and product insights
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Proficiency in Python statistical packages preferred or similar language
- Strong proficiency with AI tools to increase productivity and surface data and insights
- Excellent written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate across business areas and with leadership
- Ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple threads of work in a fast paced environment
- Strong personal work ethic, including personal initiative and ownership

THE ROLE
Data Analyst, Supply Chain
The ideal candidate is a self-starter and problem-solver, skilled at leveraging technology and data to deliver top-tier analytics solutions. They thrive on addressing complex business challenges and are consistently effective in making high-judgment decisions at a rapid pace, even in the face of ambiguity and uncharted scenarios. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports to track KPIs such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment rates, shipping and delivery performance, contact rate
- Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, product, and finance to support data-driven decisions for supply chain optimization and international expansion initiatives.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify operational inefficiencies, cost-reduction opportunities, and areas for improving customer experience.
- Implement data quality and governance practices while collaborating with the US analytics and promote best practices in supply chain analytics and usage of AI.
- Partner with product and engineering and support any experimentation(A/B tests) on the supply chain side or ecommerce side related to improving post purchase experience.
- Be an integral part of the international team and contribute to their growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or similar). Master’s degree is a plus.
- 7+ years in a data analytics/product analytics role, ideally with a focus on supply chain within an e-commerce or technology company.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BIm Mixpanel).
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and A/B testing; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights, with a focus on detail, accuracy, and clarity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Based in Berlin with the ability to come into the Berlin office 4 days per week.

THE ROLE
Senior Category Manager, Home (EU Country)
We are seeking a Senior Category Manager, Home EU to join our growing team. This role owns the end-to-end product strategy for designated Home categories, with full accountability for assortment, launches, revenue, margins, and long-term category growth. In this role, you will play a critical part in scaling Quince’s value proposition in the EU by building a compelling, high-quality assortment that delights customers while delivering strong business results.
Responsibilities
- Own all end-to-end product strategy and assortment for designated Home categories in the UK (or EU country), including category strategy, assortment, launches, and performance.
- Category-expert, sets long-term strategy with support; may build department from the ground up, with oversight.
- Partner with Marketing to develop and lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for these categories in the UK (or EU country)
- Partner with Supply Chain and Sourcing to maximize margin for category in the UK (or EU country)
- Analyze data to drive decision-making, including sales velocity, margin, return rate, etc.
- Collaborate with key cross-functional partners, particularly Design, Creative, Planning, and Marketing, to ensure we are developing products that meet our brand/style requirements, we are maintaining in-stock position, and are driving traffic to key products.
- Leveraging data for ratings, reviews, and return rates, participate and spearhead quality improvements for any products in assortment with improvement opportunities.
- Assist in onboarding additional best-in-class vendors to the Quince model to expand source base.
- Continuously identify whitespace in the assortment and refine product roadmap based on new information and learnings.
- Build site merchandising strategy, including PDP improvements roadmap and top nav and filter optimizations.
Qualifications
Required
- 8-10 years of retail merchandising or buying experience in home categories, with demonstrated ownership of category performance.
- E-commerce experience and/or DTC experience preferred
- Proven track record of progressing within an organization and demonstrating continuous growth in roles and responsibilities
- Product obsessed with experience in leveraging data tools and external sources
- Critical eye to anticipate customer needs (both the “science” and “art” of retail merchandising)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused, with a demonstrated ability for building scalable processes and driving cross-functional alignment
- Continuous learner and highly curious; always open to considering new perspectives; proactive when changing course and facing added challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Motivated by working in a fast-paced collaborative environment, where flexibility to stretch into or out of functional comfort zones is crucial for team success
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred

THE ROLE
Senior Category Manager, Men’s (EU country)
We are seeking a regional Senior Category Manager, Men’s (EU Country) to join our growing team reporting into the Head of Merchandising, Men’s UK. This role is suited to a data-driven product obsessed all-rounder. It supports the execution of merchandising strategy across selected menswear categories, with responsibility for driving regional performance through strong product execution, trading, and customer insight. In this role, you will play a key part in scaling Quince’s value proposition in the UK & EU by delivering a compelling regional assortment, optimizing the customer experience, and partnering cross-functionally to bring high-quality products to market.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end merchandising for selected menswear categories in the UK & EU, including assortment execution, launches, and performance tracking
- Execute regional merchandising strategy in partnership with US Product Merchandising and international regional merchandising peers
- Contribute to product ideation, helping shape new product opportunities and business cases
- Work cross-functionally with Product and Regional Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Technical Design, and Sourcing to deliver successful product launches—balancing inventory, go-to-market execution, and product quality (fit, sizing, and margin)
- Analyse trading performance (sales, returns, margin) and take ownership of actions to improve results
- Support pricing and assortment decisions for the region
- Own product catalogue management and administration, including product setup, data accuracy, and system maintenance
- Build site merchandising strategy, including PDP improvements roadmap and customer journey optimisations
- Monitor ratings, reviews, and returns to identify and support product quality improvements
- Manage regional product samples and merchandising assets
- Maintain merchandising reports, tools, trackers, and pricing files
- Take ownership of evaluating regional product compliance requirements and partner with Sourcing and Quality teams to execute
Qualifications required:
- Role is based in London Kings Cross (or other EU offices, Spain/Germany), with 4 days per week in-office requirement
- 8 years of retail merchandising or buying experience in menswear categories, with demonstrated ownership of category performance
- E-commerce and/or DTC experience, with exposure to both startup and established (blue-chip) brands preferred
- Proven track record of progressing within an organization and demonstrating continuous growth in roles and responsibilities
- Strong product awareness, with a commercial mindset and attention to detail
- Product obsessed, with experience leveraging data tools and external sources to drive results
- Critical eye to anticipate customer needs (both the “science” and “art” of retail merchandising)
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform trading and merchandising decisions (e.g. sales, margin, return rates)
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in both executional and strategic support roles
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Planning, Design, Sourcing, or Marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with particular ability to influence through concise written narrative
- Motivated by working in a fast-paced collaborative environment, where flexibility to stretch into or out of functional comfort zones is crucial for team success
