The FP&A team at Oura plays an important part in delivering our company mission. We are a highly visible function responsible for delivering mission-critical analytics and insights to leadership and key stakeholders. To further our impact, we are looking for a Manager to join our Operations FP&A team. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Operations FP&A and will partner across Supply Chain and Data functions.
As the Finance Manager of Operations Excellence, you will be the primary architect of our financial transformation initiatives and implementations of new financial frameworks and tool. This is a high-impact leadership role designed to bridge the foundational gap between our current operational state and our vision of a world-class, AI-forward supply chain finance function. You will lead high-stakes project management across process engineering and systems transformation, focusing on the maturation of our supply chain finance capabilities. You will have the mandate to redesign processes spanning data ingestion, insight democratization, and financial planning to support the rapid scale and complexity of our hardware operations. Annual Pay Range

Your actual salary will be based on your experience, work location, certifications and the unique skills you bring to the role. If you are not based in our Sunnyvale office, the range above will be adjusted for the geographical differential associated with your actual work location.

Pay Transparency
For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. Your Mission:
This FP&A position is a critical and highly visible role within the Iterable finance team that performs integrated analysis and consolidation to support department and company-wide planning, forecasting and performance reporting processes. Reporting to the VP of FP&A, this role will partner with Research & Development (R&D) to support the company’s strategic objectives while keeping costs predictable. The Director, RCM Operations & Performance is the strategic orchestrator of our global revenue engine, reporting directly to the Head of RCM, HIM, & CX. You will hold the high-impact responsibility of synchronizing our high-volume internal offshore team with our specialized onshore RCM unit to ensure clinical activity translates into realized revenue. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead components of the global month‑end close, partnering across teams to deliver timely, accurate consolidated results.
Review intercompany transactions and prepare reconciliations for monthly global settlements across 13+ entities.
Prepare consolidation elimination entries and ensure integrity of results across multiple systems.
Analyze foreign currency gains/losses, collaborate with Treasury and International Controllers on cash positioning, and help identify ways to mitigate FX exposure.
Own key SOX controls related to financial close, NetSuite access, and Chart of Accounts (COA) updates.
Conduct technical research on foreign currency and hedging accounting; translate guidance into practical processes.
Drive automation and process improvements; contribute to ad hoc projects including M&A integration and systems enhancements.
Provide NetSuite training and guidance to Finance teams to elevate consistency and adoption.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience; CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
3–5 years of relevant experience in multinational, high‑tech, or publicly traded companies; CPA firm background a plus.
Hands‑on month‑end close experience, including intercompany, eliminations, FX impacts, and consolidation across multiple systems/entities.
Proficient with ERP systems; NetSuite experience strongly preferred.

The Role
This reports to the CFO. You'll lead a high-functioning, mature, and global team located in the United States and South Korea, with end-to-end accountability for Security, IT, and Compliance, ensuring these functions work in harmony to support our global scale.

For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location.
