We’re looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and cares deeply about accuracy, integrity, and the employee experience. If you’re energized by solving complex payroll challenges and supporting employees during critical life moments, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end processing of bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls in ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across all U.S. entities.
• Validate and reconcile time, earnings, deductions, benefits, and tax data to ensure payroll integrity.
• Maintain employee data in ADP, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, and tax setups.
• Collaborate with People Operations, Accounting, and Finance to ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and proper GL integration.
• Prepare and reconcile payroll-related journal entries, support month-end close, and assist with payroll variance analysis.
• Manage reporting and compliance requirements, including wage and hour laws, tax filings, and annual W-2 issuance.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and reconciliations.
• Partner with the People Operations team to process payroll accurately for employees on leaves of absence, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable leave laws.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay current on federal, state, and local payroll regulations and trends.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of hands-on payroll experience, including multi-state processing and payroll accounting.
• Advanced knowledge of ADP Workforce Now required; experience integrating payroll data with financial systems preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of payroll tax, wage & hour laws, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) credential a plus.

The estimated hourly rate for this role is between $41.00 and $50.50.  The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salaries across all US locations. Compensation packages are based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, work experience, relevant trainings and certifications, business needs, market demands and specific geographical location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Essa posição será responsável por atuar como o elo entre as áreas de Finanças, Vendas e Operações, garantindo integração eficiente dos processos e sustentação do ambiente do NetSuite. Principais Responsabilidades

Compliance Fiscal  

• Administrar e solucionar problemas relacionados ao Brazil Localization SuiteApp, incluindo BRHub, Electronic Invoicing e LATAM E-Docs.
• Garantir total aderência às exigências fiscais brasileiras, incluindo SPED (EFD-Reinf, ECF e ECD), arquivos CNAB e regras de CFOP.
• Atuar como referência técnica na configuração de regras tributárias brasileiras, incluindo lógica de retenções e determinação de impostos.
• Assegurar conformidade com tributos como ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS e ISS dentro do ambiente NetSuite.

2. Customizações e Automação (SuiteCloud) 

• Desenvolver e manter customizações avançadas utilizando SuiteFlow.
• Criar Buscas Salvas, Dashboards e relatórios financeiros complexos através do SuiteAnalytics, atendendo tanto lideranças executivas quanto gestores regionais.
• Criar formulários e campos personalizados conforme a necessidade.
• Apoiar iniciativas de automação e melhoria contínua de processos internos.
• Parametrizar regras especificas para atender as áreas de áreas de Finanças, Vendas e Operações.

3. Suporte, Governança e Segurança 

• Atuar como ponto de escalonamento nível 3 para suporte aos usuários.
• Garantir boas práticas de governança, segurança e controle de acessos, administrando perfis e permissões.
• Traduzir requisitos técnicos e fiscais complexos para stakeholders, facilitando alinhamentos entre áreas técnicas e de negócio.

Requisitos

• Experiência mínima de 3 anos em administração de NetSuite.
• Experiência em implementação ou gestão do NetSuite.
• Conhecimento profundo da legislação tributária brasileira e da aplicação dos impostos no NetSuite.
• Conhecimento avançado SuiteFlow.
• Formação ou curso em NetSuite Administrator Professional.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a developer for our data analytics platform, informing technical direction, standards, and long-term strategy for data ingestion, storage, processing, and consumption.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of progressive experience as a Data Engineer, focusing on building high-scale, production-grade data analytics platforms.
• Proficiency (3+ years) in software development, including the ability to write expert-level, maintainable, and robust code using Python and SQL.
• 3+ years designing, managing, and maintaining data warehouses (especially modern columnar databases), including expertise in dimensional data modeling and maintaining complex ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Experience working with both OLTP/OLAP relational databases and distributed data systems.
• 3+ years working with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, ECR, EKS, IAM, and IoT, specifically in the context of data infrastructure.
• 3+ years of experience working with streaming data technologies such as Kinesis, Kafka, or Storm, and designing real-time data processing architectures.

• Proven ability to design and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, TravisCI, or GitLab Runners for data platform code deployment.
• Demonstrated experience using Terraform (or similar IaC tool like CloudFormation) to provision, manage, and scale cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and platform resources.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Database Migration Service (DMS) for large-scale database migrations and continuous data replication from various data sources.

About the Role

About the Role

For our expanding European market, we are looking for an enthusiastic Product Owner / Domain Specialist based in The Netherlands. You will become our subject matter expert for wage and expense calculation within the logistics industry. About the Role

Commercial fleets increasingly operate mixed-brand vehicles, and today’s fragmented tool landscape forces managers to juggle multiple systems. This role sits at the center of the effort to give them one coherent experience, without erasing the partner intelligence that makes each brand valuable. You’ll shape a platform that hundreds of thousands of vehicles depend on daily, and where fleet managers monitor, diagnose, and act on vehicle data across multiple truck manufacturers, all from a single interface.

We’re looking for a product leader to make this multi-brand experience possible. The core challenge: build a shared foundation that normalizes data and workflows across OEM partners, while giving each partner the ability to surface their own differentiated intelligence and branding within that shared experience. You’ll balance platform consistency with partner extensibility, at enterprise scale.

You’ll report to the Director of Product and partner closely with engineering, design, QA, product marketing, and global business units. You’ll also coordinate with teams responsible for shared platform services (authentication, entitlements, core data models) that our OEM experiences depend on.

Essential Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap for our OEM Common and Proprietary Experiences; continuously prioritize across requests, needs, and technical debt based on business impact.
• Author and refine product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; ensure engineering and design have a clear context to execute against.
• Lead discovery and definition work: conduct customer interviews, analyze usage data, and synthesize insights into product direction.
• Drive alignment across engineering, design, data platform, and partner-facing teams through regular roadmap reviews, sprint planning, and cross-functional syncs.
• Collaborate with external OEM partners, gathering integration requirements, negotiating scope and sequencing, and communicating platform capabilities and timelines.
• Own migration plans end-to-end: define transition tooling requirements, establish migration criteria, sequence customer cohorts, and partner with TPMO and external partners.
• Own go-to-market coordination with product marketing, customer success, and sales enablement for launches, migrations, and feature releases.
• Establish and track success metrics (adoption, engagement, migration progress, partner satisfaction) and use them to inform roadmap decisions.
• Heavily utilize agentic AI tools to distill strategy, generate and refine requirements, and rapidly prototype concepts to accelerate the path from insight to deliverable across the product lifecycle.
• Communicate product strategy, progress, and trade-offs to senior leadership and executive stakeholders on a regular cadence.

Experience

• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years at the Senior or Staff level.
• Proven ownership of a key area or an entire SaaS or enterprise web application.
• Track record of migrating users from legacy systems to new platforms: you understand the sequencing, tooling, and customer communication required to pull this off cleanly.

About the Role

Every commercial fleet is becoming a technology fleet. Drivers depend on in-cab displays for navigation, compliance, communication, and workflow, and fleet IT teams need modern tooling to manage those experiences at scale. Today, that tooling is fragmented across multiple legacy systems. You’ll build the product that replaces all of them and becomes the system of record for hundreds of thousands of managed devices. Our Managed Driver Experience (MDE) product gives fleet IT and operations teams a single portal to manage every in-cab display from aftermarket tablets to OE-native in-dash screens to handheld scanners and mobile phones, across their entire fleet.

This is a greenfield-to-scale opportunity. We’re actively consolidating multiple legacy device- and app-management systems into one modern, multi-tenant web application. You’ll inherit a clear product vision and an in-flight milestone roadmap, and be responsible for driving the product from early adopters through general availability, including the migration of customers off legacy platforms. Long term, you own the vision of how Fleet Managers engage with in-cab Driver devices.

About the Role

Platform Science is looking for a Senior Software Engineer for their Core Product Development team in Chennai. 

In this role, you will be involved in Full Stack Development using Java and Modern Javascript Framework. 

Essential Responsibilities

• You participate in the complete product development cycle starting from analysis, architecture, design, coding, unit integration and system testing of software
• You provide ongoing sustaining support to the product, addressing end to end feature enhancements.
• You review and work with others (Product Management, Technical Architects, Development Engineers, Software Development Manager) to confirm and track feature requirements through to delivery.
• We are working with scrum methodology. You are a member of an agile development team and participate in the planning and execution of work items. 
• You communicate about the work you are doing and the obstacles you encounter. 
• You appreciate assistance from others when needed, but are also willing to provide it back to them.
• You report to the Software Development Manager

Experience

• 4-6 years of total experience in developing web applications.
• Strong coding skills in Java
• Excellent Knowledge of Spring Framework, Spring MVC and Hibernate/JPA.
• Experience in modern JavaScript Framework - ReactJS.
• Experience with Bootstrap, Sass or similar UI technologies
• Experience in Microservice development
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
