THE ROLE

Join Pure’s Americas Deals Strategy and Operations team as a Deal Strategy and Pricing Manager, where you will act as a "Field CFO" for our highest-impact opportunities across the U.S. and Canada. You will own the pricing and structuring of a large volume of complex deals, partnering directly with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to architect winning commercial constructs. This highly visible role is essential in protecting Pure’s margins while scaling our innovative subscription models. Your mission is to blend financial modeling with operational execution to accelerate deal velocity and ensure long-term business health.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Drive Deal Execution & Strategy: Lead the end-to-end commercial design for CAPEX and OPEX transactions, acting as a strategic advisor to Sales leadership to shape pricing, deal structures, and negotiation approaches.
• Architect Financial Value: Build comprehensive business cases and TCO/ROI analyses that articulate the value of Pure’s Evergreen and Capex offers against competitors, including complex OPEX conversions and trade-in constructs.
• Govern Pricing & Risk: Apply pricing frameworks and investment criteria to govern discounts and non-standard commercial terms, ensuring all proposals balance customer needs with Pure’s risk profile and revenue accounting standards.
• Identify Strategic Patterns: Analyze common deal patterns in renewals and expansions to develop repeatable playbooks and repeatable structures that improve win rates across the Americas.
• Enable Field Excellence: Utilize tools like SFDC and Tableau to analyze pipeline trends and ROI, providing actionable insights and enablement to help the field team make faster, higher-quality commercial decisions.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Financial Modeling & Deal Structuring: Understanding of commercial finance, pricing strategy, and the mechanics of both hardware (CAPEX) and/or subscription (OPEX) business models.
• Strategic Communication: The ability to simplify complex financial data into compelling commercial language, capable of influencing both internal executives and customer-facing negotiations.
• Analytical Problem Solving: Proficiency in using SFDC, G-Sheets, and Tableau to evaluate variable factors and create data-driven solutions for complex, high-visibility accounts.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead Strategic Planning: Architect the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and monthly close cycles, delivering executive-ready narratives that guide global investment shifts and ensure financial predictability.
• Advise Executive Leadership: Act as a primary finance business partner to Marketing leaders, utilizing sophisticated scenario modeling to influence high-stakes trade-offs and maximize program ROI.
• Drive Financial Governance: Establish and govern robust processes for accruals and budget management, ensuring total alignment between marketing strategy, departmental spend, and corporate accountability.

WHAT YOU BRING

Everpure is looking for a Territory Account Executive. In this role, you will be selling remotely into a territory in Everpure's Southeast region with a focus on mid-market accounts in Georgia and Mississippi.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Directly sell through an inside, direct marketing environment to deliver sales targets and consistently achieve quota
• Drive account strategies and coordinate team selling efforts with partners to close business on a quarterly and annual basis
• Develop channel relationships that will bring the sales and technical resources to each opportunity and lead to closed deals
• Prospect into and penetrate new accounts, reaching decision-makers and closing business
• Develop and present proposals to prospective customers with information that demonstrates the ability of the Everpure solution to meet customers’ business objectives and justify the sale
• Manage pipeline with a keen focus on conversion success and delivering an accurate forecast

• Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving referenceable business in a B2B technology sales environment

• Completion of business value selling (BVS) training or other relevant B2B sales training systems

THE ROLE

Everpure is looking to hire a Global Systems Integrator (GSI) Senior Account Executive for Kyndryl and Accenture. This is a senior level Business Development and Sales Leadership role, based in the United States. The GSI business is a key growth engine for Everpure, and this role will work in partnership with Everpure End User Account Teams to identify and drive business to close. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead Everpure's North American relationship with Kyndryl and Accenture for strategic sales partnering and field execution. Success will be measured in terms of revenue, pipeline
  creation and downstream sales/partner/support.
• Execute the account strategy set by the Global Account Director to develop a qualified pipeline and drive deals to close. 
• Develop strategies that allow Everpure to capitalize on the emerging trends and strategic direction of the GTM strategies of Kyndryl and Accenture to solve problems for customers.
• Create detailed closure plans while being responsible for field and account stakeholder management and contributing to individual account plan
• Build global cross functional relationships that drive a seamless technology and market execution plan.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Considerable experience as a sales leader who is currently selling into the GSI’s or currently in a sales role within a GSI.
• Direct or Indirect experience working with Hyperscaler or cloud companies including marketplace transactions, cloud migration and understanding of Enterprise Discount Program (EDP) and Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC) contractual mechanisms.
• Ability to deliver a regular forecast and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) cadence, working closely with Finance and Sales operations.
• Effective collaboration with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, alliances, product business units, marketing, legal, operations and other sales stakeholders.
• Availability to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus.
