Senior Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO
Location: San Francisco, CA
Role Type: On-site position requiring in-office attendance five (5) days per week
About the Role
Our CEO, Srinivas Njay, moves fast. He's managing a board, customers, partners, and a rapidly growing team - often all at once. He needs someone who can keep up without being told how, stay organized when things shift (and they will), and handle sensitive information with complete discretion.
This role requires someone who has done this before - ideally in a startup environment where structure is still being built and priorities change week to week. You should be comfortable operating without a lot of oversight, making judgment calls, and owning things end to end. This is a high-trust position and the expectations are high.
What You'll Own
Executive Operations — Manage a complex calendar across time zones and competing priorities. You're not just scheduling meetings - you're protecting the CEO's time and making sure the right things get his attention.
Communications & Coordination — Draft and manage correspondence with board members, customers, and partners. You'll represent the CEO in writing and in coordination, so clarity and professionalism matter.
Projects & Follow-Through — Track cross-functional action items under the CEO's purview. Make sure things get done, surface what's at risk, and close the loop.
Logistics — Manage travel, executive meetings, and offsites from start to finish.

Workplace — Office space decisions, vendor relationships, and creating an environment people genuinely want to come into.

Banking hasn't kept up with how people actually live their financial lives. At interface.ai, we're building AI-native products that transform how millions of Americans interact with their financial institutions, making every interaction intelligent, personal, and proactive.
Our platform powers AI agents that handle real banking tasks end-to-end: moving money, resolving issues, converting loans, and surfacing financial insights across voice, chat, and digital channels. We're not building another chatbot. We're building the AI infrastructure that will become the primary way people bank.
With two-thirds of Americans living paycheck to paycheck, only 17% financially literate, and 50% holding less than $500 in savings, the urgency is real. We're putting financial well-being on autopilot, starting with the community financial institutions that serve everyday Americans.
We power AI agents for 100+ financial institutions, serving millions of banking members across the U.S., and are backed by leading investors including Avataar Venture Partners and Blume Ventures.
Our platform enables banks and credit unions to automate high-volume customer interactions across voice and digital channels while improving resolution rates, reducing operational costs, and increasing customer engagement.
Key credibility anchors:
Series B AI company building agentic AI infrastructure for financial institutions
Trusted by 100+ banks and credit unions across North America
Serving millions of end users through conversational AI across voice, chat, and mobile channels
At interface.ai, integrations aren't plumbing. They're a product. The depth of our integration layer directly determines what our AI can do for customers and how sticky the platform becomes.
This is a strategic role reporting directly to the VP of Product. You decide which integrations to build, how to package them, and how they drive business outcomes. You also drive the technical execution, not just the strategy.
You see integrations the way a chess player sees the board: each one opens up new moves, and the right sequence creates a position that's hard to replicate. You've watched deals die because an integration wasn't ready, and you've seen firsthand how deep integrations become the reason customers stay and expand.
You're equally comfortable in a technical architecture review and a sales deal review. You can evaluate a banking API spec and then explain to a GTM team why this integration unlocks a $50M customer segment. You translate between engineering ("this requires a new adapter pattern") and business ("this means we can close the top 3 pipeline deals").
You build your own tools. You use AI to map integration landscapes, analyze API documentation, generate partner comparison matrices, and accelerate strategic planning — building agents, writing scripts, creating automated workflows, whatever gets the job done fastest. You don't wait for someone to compile the data. You compile it yourself, faster than anyone expects.
Every PM builds with AI daily. Our standard toolkit is Cursor, MCP integrations, and custom AI agents — and we onboard every new hire on these tools in their first week. We hold a high quality bar and move at startup speed. Flat organization. No empire-building.

Banking is being reimagined—and customers expect every interaction to be easy, personal, and instant.
We are building a universal banking assistant that millions of U.S. consumers can use to transact across all financial institutions and, over time, autonomously drive their financial goals. Powered by our proprietary BankGPT platform, this assistant is positioned to displace age-old legacy systems within financial institutions and own the end-to-end CX stack, unlocking a $200B opportunity and potentially replacing multiple publicly traded companies.
Ultimately, our mission is to drive financial well-being for millions of consumers.
With over two-thirds of Americans living paycheck to paycheck, 50% holding less than $500 in savings, and only 17% financially literate, we aim to put financial well-being on autopilot to help solve this problem.
About the Role:
Financial institutions are full of operational pain points that haven't been meaningfully addressed in decades. Manual workflows, legacy tools, and inefficiency cost the industry billions. Your job is to go deep into how these institutions actually operate, identify the highest-impact friction points, and build AI-native solutions that fundamentally change the way things work. This isn't about wrapping AI around broken processes. It's about reimagining how these workflows should function when AI is the starting point. This is a domain-expert, permanent role (not a rotation) because customer relationships and regulatory knowledge compound over time. Your expertise is the moat.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Preferred Skills
Who you are?
You're the person who has sat with operations teams at financial institutions and watched how they actually work: the spreadsheets, the manual queues, the workarounds that exist because nobody built them a real tool. You see friction that others accept as normal, and you immediately start thinking about what an AI-native solution looks like. You understand regulated environments viscerally. You don't treat compliance as a checkbox, you treat it as a design constraint that makes the product better. You've built products where a regulatory misstep isn't just a bug; it's a lawsuit. You're customer-facing and credible. Operations leaders at financial institutions trust you because you speak their language and understand their world. You can present ROI to a CFO and workflow details to an operations manager in the same meeting. You build your own tools. You use AI to analyze operational data, prototype solution workflows, generate regulatory requirement maps, and accelerate every aspect of your domain work — building agents, writing scripts, creating automated workflows, whatever gets the job done fastest. You see AI as both the product you're building and the way you build it.

We're building the AI infrastructure that will become the primary way people bank, unlocking a massive market opportunity by displacing the legacy systems that financial institutions have been stuck with for decades.
With two-thirds of Americans living paycheck to paycheck, only 17% financially literate, and 50% holding less than $500 in savings, the urgency is real. We're putting financial well-being on autopilot.
You will own the AI platform that every product at the company depends on. This is not a support function: the platform is the competitive moat. Your decisions directly determine the ceiling of what every other product team can build.
You'll inherit a multi component platform, assess what exists, and define what comes next: what to consolidate, what to invest in, what to sunset. As the senior IC in a pillar of 3-4PMs, you'll set technical direction, mentor, and raise the quality bar, while partnering with engineering leadership to scale the system to millions of end users at startup speed.
You think in systems, not features. You read a platform outage postmortem and immediately see the product decision that caused it. You've built API contracts that entire product orgs depend on, and you've made the hard call to break one when the platform needed to evolve.
You understand the full AI stack: from model training through inference optimization to production monitoring. You can spec a fine-tuning pipeline, set latency budgets for real-time voice, and debate quantization trade-offs with a staff engineer, all in the same week.
You build your own tools. You use AI to prototype, analyze, and accelerate your work — building agents, writing scripts, creating automated workflows, whatever gets the job done fastest. Not because someone told you to, but because you can't imagine working any other way.
Every PM builds with AI daily. Our standard toolkit is Cursor, MCP integrations, and custom AI agents — and we onboard every new hire on these tools in their first week. We hold a high quality bar and move at startup speed. Flat organization. No empire-building.

About the Role:
You're taking ownership of the product portfolio that drives the majority of interface.ai's current revenue: a multi-product AI suite spanning chat, voice, and digital channels, deployed across a large and growing base of financial institutions. This is an operator's challenge at a critical growth moment. Assess health across products, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive improvements that compound across the entire suite. The products share a common AI platform, and your job is to make them work together seamlessly while pushing each product's metrics higher. You'll be the senior IC and product anchor for the member-facing product pillar, setting product direction, mentoring peer PMs, breaking ties, and ensuring the existing products continue to deliver while the company invests in the future.
Key Responsibilities
AI-powered digital banking: The chat-based member experience, covering account management, transactions, service resolution, and more
AI-powered voice banking: The same core capabilities delivered through phone-based conversational AI, with a focus on automation quality and member experience
AI-powered conversion: End-to-end workflows that guide members through applications and complex financial actions across chat and voice, turning intent into completion
Proactive intelligence: How the platform surfaces the right information, reminders, insights, and opportunities to members at the right time across all channels
Pillar leadership: Set product direction for the member-facing pillar. Mentor PMs, have input on hiring, and raise the quality bar
Required Qualifications
Preferred Skills
Who you are?
You're the operator who walks into a multi-product portfolio and within weeks knows exactly which product is healthy, which is underperforming, and which metric to move first. You don't just manage products, you manage a *system* of products that share infrastructure, serve overlapping users, and compound in value when they work together. You've been the person that enterprise customers trust. You can walk into a room of financial institution executives, understand their pain in the first ten minutes, and translate it into a product improvement by the end of the week. You balance customer empathy with business discipline: you won't build something just because a customer asks, but you'll never dismiss a pain point without investigation. You build your own tools and workflows. You use AI to track portfolio health, analyze usage patterns at scale, prototype product improvements, and automate the parts of product management that don't require human judgment — building agents, creating automated workflows, writing scripts, whatever makes the work faster. You manage a multi-product portfolio at a pace that would be impossible without AI, and that's the point.

Sr Partner Sales Manager – Fintech Reporting directly to Head of Partnerships, Pervez Alam,
you will create and grow new ecosystem integration partnerships while driving joint go-to-market
strategies with fintech and technology companies that sell into credit unions and community
financial institutions. You will work closely with digital banking vendors, core providers (e.g.,
Jack Henry, Fiserv, FIS), payments platforms (e.g., Repay, Paymentus, Swivel/SWBC), and
complementary fintech players (e.g., Bankjoy, Alkami, Q2, Narmi, MeridianLink) to position
interface.ai as a preferred AI partner across the banking ecosystem. This is a senior business
development role with a sales orientation and a longer strategic horizon—you are building
partnerships that will drive revenue for years to come.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify, source, and create new ecosystem integration partnerships with fintech and
technology companies serving credit unions and community financial institutions,
expanding interface.ai’s partner network and addressable market.
● Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with technology partners across
payments, bill pay, digital account opening, lending, and other fintech verticals to drive
mutual pipeline and revenue.
● Build and manage a portfolio of fintech integration partnerships with players such as
Repay, Jack Henry (iPay, Symitar), Paymentus, Alkami, Q2, Narmi, MeridianLink,
Bankjoy, and similar technology vendors to generate new co-sell and referral business
opportunities.
● Drive technical and commercial integration conversations with partner product and
engineering teams, ensuring interface.ai’s AI solutions are natively embedded or tightly
integrated within partner platforms.
● Collaborate with internal sales teams to align on partner pipeline progression, deal
attribution, and co-selling strategy across the fintech partner ecosystem.
● Represent interface.ai at fintech conferences, banking industry events (e.g., ICBA,
America’s Credit Unions, Fintech Meetup, CU Water Cooler), and partner summits to
build relationships and generate partner-sourced pipeline.
● Lead partner negotiations, deal structuring, and long-term strategic alignment with cross-
functional leadership, contributing to the overall fintech partnership strategy and
roadmap.
Requirements
● 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or channel sales, with 5+
years working within the fintech industry ecosystem serving credit unions and community
financial institutions.
● Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of creating new partnerships from
scratch and building them into revenue-generating programs—this is a senior business
development role, not a quota-carrying sales position.
● Deep domain expertise in the CU/community FI technology landscape, including direct
experience with core providers (Jack Henry, Fiserv, FIS), digital banking platforms
(Alkami, Q2, Narmi), payments processors, and lending technology vendors.
● Comes from a fintech ecosystem company or has significant experience working with
technology companies that sell into credit unions and community banks.
● Demonstrated ability to create integration partnerships and build ecosystem
alliances—not just manage existing ones—with measurable results in pipeline creation
and revenue influence.
● Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating technology partnership
agreements, API/integration licensing terms, and joint GTM alignment.
● A self-starter mindset with the ability to build programs from scratch and thrive in a fast-
paced, entrepreneurial environment.
● Outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
● Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a remote-first environment.
● Skill in using prompt engineering techniques to enhance productivity, drive efficiency,
and decision-making with generative AI tools.
Compensation
Total On Target Earnings (OTE) is expected to be between $190,000–$230,000. Exact
compensation may vary depending on experience and location.

Role Overview:
As Chief of Staff, you will operate as a strategic extension of the CEO — driving focus, alignment, and execution across the company. You’ll play a pivotal role in scaling the organization, shaping cross-functional priorities, and ensuring operational excellence as we accelerate growth.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role, ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, has a strong strategic mindset, and can execute quickly. You will work closely with the leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, ensure accountability, and turn strategy into action.
The scope of work will range from strategic initiatives that help the organization scale to tactical and operational activities — including managing the CEO’s inbox, scheduling meetings, prioritizing communications, and ensuring the CEO’s time is focused on the most important issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Execution & Company Prioritization:
Cross-Functional Program Leadership:
Stakeholder & Investor Engagement:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Platform Engineer to help redefine how infrastructure and operations are delivered to development teams. This is a role for someone moving beyond traditional DevOps into a space focused on developer enablement, tooling, and abstractions that make engineering teams more productive and self-sufficient.
As a Platform Engineer, you’ll be instrumental in designing and building internal platforms, frameworks, and interfaces (e.g., Web UIs, CLI tools, ChatOps interfaces) that abstract the complexity of infrastructure, enabling developers to focus on building features and shipping code confidently.
Exposure to feature flag frameworks and progressive delivery tools.

The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who thrives on solving large-scale engineering challenges in distributed, event-driven environments — someone who obsesses over performance, reliability, and elegant architecture, and who elevates the technical bar for the entire organization.
As a Staff Engineer, you will be the technical backbone for the Core Platform team — defining architecture, mentoring teams, and ensuring engineering excellence across all systems.
