Partner Sales Manager – Allied Solutions Reporting directly to Head of Partnerships, Pervez
Alam, you will own and drive revenue growth through our strategic partnership with Allied
Solutions—one of the largest providers of insurance, lending, and risk management solutions
serving over 6,000 financial institutions. You will execute resell partnerships and co-sell
motions, working closely with Allied Solutions’ sales organization to position interface.ai as the
preferred AI partner for credit unions and community banks across their extensive network. This
is a relationship-driven sales role for someone who thrives in partner ecosystems and knows
how to build trust, create pipeline, and close deals through others.
Key Responsibilities
● Own and drive revenue through co-sell and reseller motions with Allied Solutions,
building deep relationships across their sales, product, and leadership teams.
● Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with Allied Solutions focused on AI-
powered solutions for their credit union and community bank clients, including Voice AI,
Chat AI, Employee AI, Fraud AI, Collections AI, and agentic banking use cases.
● Activate and scale the Allied Solutions partnership program by embedding interface.ai
solutions into Allied’s product recommendations, cross-sell playbooks, and client
engagement workflows.
● Serve as the primary liaison between interface.ai and Allied Solutions, leading sales
enablement efforts including joint playbooks, product demos, training sessions, and
regular business reviews with Allied’s field teams.
● Collaborate with internal sales teams to align on partner pipeline progression, deal
attribution, and co-selling strategy.
● Represent interface.ai at Allied Solutions-sponsored events, banking conferences (e.g.,
Client networking events, ICBA, America’s Credit Unions), and industry forums to drive
joint awareness and generate partner-sourced pipeline.
● Maintain and report on partner-influenced pipeline metrics using Salesforce, ensuring
visibility into deal progression and ROI.
● Contribute to partner negotiations, deal structuring, and long-term strategic alignment
with cross-functional leadership.
Requirements
● 5+ years of experience in business development, channel sales, or partner sales, with
2+ years selling through or working closely with Allied Solutions or a similar relationship-
driven distribution network serving financial institutions.
● Strong sales focus with a proven track record of generating revenue through partner
channels and meeting quota targets in high-growth environments.
● Deep understanding of the credit union and community banking ecosystem, including
familiarity with Allied Solutions’ product portfolio.
● Demonstrated experience building and nurturing partner relationships within complex,
relationship-driven sales organizations like Allied Solutions, with measurable revenue
results.
● Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence
stakeholders from field sales reps to executive leadership at both interface.ai and Allied
Solutions.
● Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating partner agreements and GTM
alignment.
● A self-starter mindset with the ability to build programs from scratch and thrive in a fast-
paced, entrepreneurial environment.
● Outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
● Comfort working independently and collaboratively in both remote and in-person
environments.
● Skill in using prompt engineering techniques and AI coworker agents to enhance
productivity, drive efficiency, and decision-making with generative AI tools.
Compensation
Total On Target Earnings (OTE) is expected to be between $160,000–$210,000. Exact
compensation may vary depending on experience and location.

Sr Partner Sales Manager – Fintech Reporting directly to Head of Partnerships, Pervez Alam,
you will create and grow new ecosystem integration partnerships while driving joint go-to-market
strategies with fintech and technology companies that sell into credit unions and community
financial institutions. You will work closely with digital banking vendors, core providers (e.g.,
Jack Henry, Fiserv, FIS), payments platforms (e.g., Repay, Paymentus, Swivel/SWBC), and
complementary fintech players (e.g., Bankjoy, Alkami, Q2, Narmi, MeridianLink) to position
interface.ai as a preferred AI partner across the banking ecosystem. This is a senior business
development role with a sales orientation and a longer strategic horizon—you are building
partnerships that will drive revenue for years to come.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify, source, and create new ecosystem integration partnerships with fintech and
technology companies serving credit unions and community financial institutions,
expanding interface.ai’s partner network and addressable market.
● Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with technology partners across
payments, bill pay, digital account opening, lending, and other fintech verticals to drive
mutual pipeline and revenue.
● Build and manage a portfolio of fintech integration partnerships with players such as
Repay, Jack Henry (iPay, Symitar), Paymentus, Alkami, Q2, Narmi, MeridianLink,
Bankjoy, and similar technology vendors to generate new co-sell and referral business
opportunities.
● Drive technical and commercial integration conversations with partner product and
engineering teams, ensuring interface.ai’s AI solutions are natively embedded or tightly
integrated within partner platforms.
● Collaborate with internal sales teams to align on partner pipeline progression, deal
attribution, and co-selling strategy across the fintech partner ecosystem.
● Represent interface.ai at fintech conferences, banking industry events (e.g., ICBA,
America’s Credit Unions, Fintech Meetup, CU Water Cooler), and partner summits to
build relationships and generate partner-sourced pipeline.
● Lead partner negotiations, deal structuring, and long-term strategic alignment with cross-
functional leadership, contributing to the overall fintech partnership strategy and
roadmap.
Requirements
● 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or channel sales, with 5+
years working within the fintech industry ecosystem serving credit unions and community
financial institutions.
● Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of creating new partnerships from
scratch and building them into revenue-generating programs—this is a senior business
development role, not a quota-carrying sales position.
● Deep domain expertise in the CU/community FI technology landscape, including direct
experience with core providers (Jack Henry, Fiserv, FIS), digital banking platforms
(Alkami, Q2, Narmi), payments processors, and lending technology vendors.
● Comes from a fintech ecosystem company or has significant experience working with
technology companies that sell into credit unions and community banks.
● Demonstrated ability to create integration partnerships and build ecosystem
alliances—not just manage existing ones—with measurable results in pipeline creation
and revenue influence.
● Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating technology partnership
agreements, API/integration licensing terms, and joint GTM alignment.
● A self-starter mindset with the ability to build programs from scratch and thrive in a fast-

We’re hiring a senior RevOps / GTM Operations leader to professionalize and scale GTM operations at interface.ai. This is an individual contributor role (not a people manager) for a strong operator who can think strategically and execute tactically. This is a senior IC role expected to operate independently and flex across Sales, CS, and Partner Ops.
You will own the operating system that makes revenue predictable and execution disciplined across Sales Ops, CS Ops, and Partner Ops. This is not a “process-only” role - you’ll use modern tooling, automation, and data rigor to create visibility, reduce chaos, and enable revenue growth.
