The Opportunity 

We're looking for a part-time Member Experience Specialist to join our Member Experience team. This role is critical to delivering high trust, high touch care to our members and employer partners as XP Health continues to scale with intention and impact.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving meaningful problems on behalf of members, and wants to contribute to a rapidly scaling company on a part-time schedule.

📍 Location: Remote within the U.S.

🕘 Schedule: Part-time, 25 hrs/wk, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST

📅 Timeline: June – September, with the option to extend based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Member Inquiries: Utilize your problem-solving and interpersonal skills for incoming phone calls, messages/chat, and email tickets from Members via Zendesk.
• Zendesk Agent Workspace: Follow the best practices and SOPs for ticket resolution. Organization and working through priority guidelines are a must while humanizing the interaction. Follow Zendesk escalation procedures when necessary.
• Internal Tools: Learn and use your available resources. We have internal tools for SOPs, training, Slack for communication, and a custom member information portal. We utilize Google Workspace, Slack, and JIRA for triaging outside of our internally built tools.
• KPIs and SLAs: Your manager and leadership are here to guide and support you. Each representative will be working toward meeting our team KPIs and SLAs collectively. You are responsible, with our support,  for your performance that impacts these reporting metrics.
• Team Collaboration: Remote doesn’t mean siloed. Our Member Experience team is built on skill-based hiring, meaning to provide a truly great experience, we may need to lean on each other’s strengths. We collaborate and also learn together. You are responsible for communicating any needs or insights for us all to grow and improve. 
• Continuous Improvement: You’re on the front line representing XP Health! Your insights and feedback are the backbone of continuous improvement. Propose and help implement process changes as needed with the support of your manager.

Qualifications

• Experience with Zendesk or other major ticketing CRM.
• Empathy with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn/apply customer support best practices and industry trends.
• Organizational and time management skills to prioritize Member needs.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and change, we are in a high-growth phase.
• Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment
• Must be available to work the 9 AM – 2 PM PST shift.

The Opportunity

XP Health is looking for a Marketing Manager to help drive growth across the full member lifecycle—from client acquisition and enrollment to ongoing engagement and retention. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who enjoys turning strategy into execution and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You’ll play a critical role in bringing XP Health’s story to life across channels, partnering closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and external vendors to deliver thoughtful, high-impact campaigns. If you’re energized by experimentation, data-driven iteration, and building meaningful experiences for members, this role offers the chance to make a real impact.

Core Responsibilities

• Own and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, member engagement, and growth across email, social, display, direct mail, and content channels
• Lead lifecycle marketing execution, including building, QA’ing, and launching campaigns in partnership with engineers and third-party vendors
• Code and QA templates
• Schedule email and SMS sends
• Troubleshoot delivery or performance issues
• Support client reporting
• Ensure marketing communications are well-designed and effective, with layouts optimized for performance, usability, and mobile experience
• Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into optimizations that improve engagement, conversion, and retention
• Partner with Sales to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and support pipeline growth
• Plan and execute events, product launches, and promotional initiatives that increase awareness and drive adoption
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external clients, partners, agencies, and vendors
• Represent the Marketing function in client meetings, clearly communicating strategy, performance, and next steps

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• A solid understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, especially email and lifecycle marketing
• Hands-on experience with email and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Customer.io, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
• Comfort working cross-functionally and communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical partners
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset—someone who sees opportunities and takes initiative

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Visual design or light coding experience
• Product marketing experience, including personas, user journeys, or messaging frameworks
• Experience leveraging AI tools or automation to improve marketing efficiency and experimentation

What You'll Do

We are looking for a finance generalist to own XP Health’s day-to-day financial operations and serve as the operating backbone of the finance function, spanning accounting, FP&A, forecasting, commercial finance, and strategic planning.

• Own XP Health’s end-to-end financial operations with the support of the Company’s CFO, VP of Finance and external financial accounting and tax consultants: monthly financial statement close, billing, payroll, A/P, A/R, commissions, and cash management
• Build and evolve the financial infrastructure and processes required to scale a high-growth company
• Generate insights from financial data, identifying opportunities for growth, margin, and cash-efficiency improvements
• Support board, investor, and management reporting, ensuring accuracy, credibility, and clear financial narratives
• Serve as a core partner to Finance leaders and the Executive Leadership Team on forecasting, budgeting, capital allocation, and growth decisions
• Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Product, and Operations to drive pricing, unit economics, and gross-margin optimization across B2B and B2C products

What We’re Looking For

• 4 to 7+ years in Finance or related field
• Proven ability to build and run efficient finance processes in a fast-growing environment
• Track record of turning data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and better decision-making
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheet knowledge with the ability to own complex models end-to-end
• Experience using AI and automation to streamline finance operations, improve accuracy, and accelerate analyses
• Strong attention to detail, deadlines  and an ownership mindset
• BA/BS or equivalent experience required
• Experience at a Series A to Series C company preferred
