EarnIn is seeking a Platform Engineer to help with strategic design, automation, and optimization of our cloud infrastructure. This role involves innovation in cloud operations, enabling rapid development and scaling solutions across teams and systems. This is an impactful role within the organization, designed for those who excel at critically evaluating the needs of a rapidly growing company and at anticipating and solving cloud challenges at scale.
This position will be hybrid, based in our Bengaluru office (HSR Layout), as part of our expanding site. What will you do every day?
We are looking for a Software Architect to join our Engineering team. Suki's architecture practice is at an inflection point. We have sustained significant CCU growth, completed a demanding OLTP Database scaling journey, leveraged Redis Streams based service orchestration, deployed self-hosted ML models, built agent-driven workflows, launched an Offline Data Platform, and maintained a client surface spanning iOS, Android, Web, SDKs, and a Chrome extension — with on-device ML capabilities across all of them.
The Architect is the person who holds institutional memory and architectural coherence across this surface area — so that decisions made in isolation don't quietly contradict each other, patterns are reused rather than reinvented, and deviations from established patterns are documented, not silently absorbed. The Senior Data Analyst Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager, Data Enablement - this role will be responsible for unlocking analytics across the company. You will do this through a combination of data lifecycle ownership, data tooling enablement and outreach programs designed to foster the safe usage of scalable data models for reporting and analytic consumption.
You'll serve as a critical data and technical partner that empowers our Sales, TAM, and Customer Success teams with the deep product insights they need to succeed. The Senior Data Analyst Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager, Data Enablement - this role will be responsible for unlocking analytics across the company. You will do this through a combination of data lifecycle ownership, data tooling enablement and outreach programs designed to foster the safe usage of scalable data models for reporting and analytic consumption.
You'll serve as a critical data and technical partner that empowers our Sales, TAM, and Customer Success teams with the deep product insights they need to succeed. The Engineering Architect Team
The Architecture team is a small group of very senior engineers reporting to our VP of Engineering Excellence, working broadly across the organization in collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Security. We partner deeply with other Engineering teams for large projects, and provide direction and architectural guidance for smaller initiatives. We have a dual-pronged charter to "level up the tech stack and level up the people stack" via both technical contributions and partnerships and mentoring.
The Role
Auth0 is a developer product at its core — and increasingly, the developers building with us aren't just humans. AI agents are now a first-class consumer of our SDKs, APIs, and documentation.
This role owns the architectural vision for how Auth0 is experienced across three dimensions: DX (Developer Experience — how human developers build with Auth0), UX (User Experience — how users experience Auth0 products), and AX (Agentic Experience — how AI agents interact with and build on Auth0).
You'll work across our SDK ecosystem, public APIs, documentation, and product surfaces to ensure that every touchpoint is consistent, delightful, and easy to build on — whether the builder is a human or an agent.
You'll also contribute directly to how we build internally: creating the skills, guardrails, and patterns that our own in-house agents use, ensuring that agent-assisted development at Auth0 produces the same high-quality, consistent output as human-led development.

This role sits inside the Central AI Initiatives team within the Marketing Team. You will own the full loop: identify a high-impact business problem, conceive the AI-powered solution, build the production system, ship it, and own the outcome — as a single person. The problems change every few weeks as the company’s priorities shift. One month you’re building a multi-agent system for merchant risk detection. The next, you’re deploying an ops copilot that processes 20,000+ events a day. What stays constant is the expectation that you close the loop end-to-end — from a messy business brief to a live system with metrics moving — in days, not quarters. This is not a research role. It is not a PM role. It is not a data science role. It is a builder role that requires all three — simultaneously.
You Know Who You Are You have deep expertise across the full building journey:
1. Decompose business problems from first principles. When a messy brief lands, you break it into data, models, integrations, automations, and human touchpoints — and make the right call on what to build vs. buy vs. defer.
2. Design and build the full system yourself. Architecture, backend services, data pipelines, LLM orchestration, frontend — you own the spec nobody writes for you. You write production code, not demos that die after a meeting.
3. Ship to production and own the outcome. Phased rollouts, alert thresholds, business metrics. When something breaks, you fix it. When numbers are below target, you know Why.

The Role
We are looking for an elite engineer who builds like a hacker and communicates like a consultant. You will not just be building models in a notebook; you will be deployed to the front lines to build, architect, and ship end-to-end Agentic AI products directly for our most strategic customers.
This is a high-stakes role. You will face "tricky" customers who have vague requirements and high expectations. Your job is to translate their chaos into technical order, write production-grade code, and deploy autonomous agents that solve their actual business problems.

About the Team
Razorpay's agentic products are scaling fast. Agent-powered onboarding, dashboard experiences, and automation workflows are live and growing, and the engineering teams building them are moving quickly. As we scale, we need shared infrastructure that lets every product team access the best model for each task without having to build routing, observability, or resilience logic themselves.
We are building an AI Inference Platform: a centralized layer that handles intelligent model routing, cost optimization, and quality observability across all of Razorpay's agentic products. We are transitioning from an app-based marketplace to an agent-first ecosystem where intelligent entities negotiate, schedule, and execute on behalf of our Pros and Partners. As leader of the Product Operations team in India, you are the master architect of this transition. You won't just manage a team; you will define the technical infrastructure that allows our marketplace to run autonomously. You are a "Builder-Leader" who can debate model latency with engineers in the morning and present agentic ROI to the Board in the afternoon.
Your Mandate: The Three Pillars
1. Architectural Leadership (The "Agent-First" Blueprint)
● Define the roadmap for transitioning from manual "point-and-click" workflows to intent-driven delegation.
● Oversee the design of the "Agentic Layer"—the middleware that translates user intent into marketplace actions.
● Ensure our "Ops" are not just efficient, but programmatic and self-healing.
2. Technical Execution & Hyper-Automation
● Lead the "Strike Team" that prototypes high-stakes automations. You are expected to be hands-on with Python/TypeScript, navigating Cursor or Replit to build the first 20% of a solution that proves a concept.
● Implement Reasoning-as-a-Service: Distinguish where LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini) are required for nuance versus where deterministic logic provides the reliability a marketplace demands.
3. Marketplace Intelligence
● Build automated systems to solve for liquidity balancing and real-time negotiation.
● Develop the telemetry needed to "debug" an agentic world. If an agent fails to close a deal, you need the data infrastructure to know why (Was it the prompt? The data? The logic?).
Who You Are
● The 10-Year Veteran: You have spent a decade at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Operations. You’ve seen the shift from SaaS to Mobile, and you’re now leading the shift to AI.
● A Technical Polymath: You likely started in Engineering and moved into Product/Ops. You can read a PR, query a vector database, and build a LangChain/AutoGPT-style pipeline without hand-holding.
● Systems Thinker: You don't solve problems with more headcount; you solve them with better code and smarter agents.
● Bangalore Ecosystem Leader: You understand how to build and mentor high-performance technical teams in India's premier tech hub.
Qualifications
● 10+ years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, or Engineering Leadership (at least 4 years in a leadership role).
● Deep Automation Stack: Expert-level proficiency in Python or TypeScript. Experience with AI-native development environments and building with LLM APIs is non-negotiable.
● Marketplace Experience: Proven track record in high-frequency marketplaces (e.g., Ride-sharing, Food Delivery, Freelance platforms) where real-time matching is critical.
● Agentic Portfolio: You must be able to demonstrate (via GitHub or a portfolio) actual agents or autonomous workflows you have built—not just "GPT wrappers."
This role is not for you if
● You have worked primarily in operations with no technical/product background
● You are looking for a traditional Product Management role leading a team of PMs
● Bleeding edge of AI scares you rather than excites you
● You don't want to spend >80% of your time hands-on building things
