Your role

Dialpad’s QA team ensures the quality and reliability of our AI-first platform across web, mobile, and backend systems.

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be a hands-on contributor responsible for automation execution and quality ownership of specific features/modules, leveraging modern tools and AI-assisted development to improve speed and coverage.

This position requires a hybrid work arrangement, with three days in the office. The role reports to the Manager of Quality Assurance, who is located in Bangalore.

What you’ll do

• Build, execute, and maintain UI and API automated tests (Playwright/Selenium, Java/Python)
• Perform end-to-end and regression testing, ensuring release readiness
• Own QA for assigned modules, including:
• Test planning and design
• Automation coverage and execution
• Regression sign-off
• Achieve ~70–80% automation coverage with stable, reliable test suites
• Analyze failures, identify defects, and provide clear root cause insights
• Use AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, Gemini, etc.) to generate tests, debug, and improve coverage
• Validate AI/LLM-driven features (prompt/response accuracy)
• Collaborate with engineering on debugging and fix verification
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)

Skills you’ll bring

• 5–8 years in QA / Test Automation
• Strong experience in Java or Python + Playwright/Selenium
• Solid understanding of UI, API, functional, and regression testing
• Experience with REST APIs, Postman, and CI/CD pipelines

Your role

As a Software Engineer on the Integrations team, you will primarily contribute to the development of Dialpad’s key native integrations. These integrations enable real-time automations and data transfers between Dialpad and complementary systems, ensuring our mutual customers have a seamless unified experience. This includes Agentic AI, CRMs, ticketing systems, workforce management platforms and industry-specific verticals such as Recruiting, Retail & Healthcare. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering teammates, product leaders, business leaders, Dialpad customers and external stakeholders. Additionally, this role will have an emphasis on Agentic AI-compatible integrations.

This position reports to our Engineering Manager and has the opportunity to be based in our London, Buenos Aires or Bangalore office.

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain Dialpad’s key native integrations such as Zendesk, HubSpot, AthenaHealth and many more.
• Write architectural design & specification documents.
• Develop well-tested features with appropriate test hooks, resulting in low defect reports.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code using best practices along with unit tests.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
• Assist with emerging Agentic AI technologies & initiatives.
• Tech Stack: Python, Vue.js, Redis, Google Cloud, AI (MCP).

Your role
As a Product Support Engineer, you'll partner with our product and engineering teams to resolve bugs, prioritize customer requests, and document APIs and functionalities across multiple applications. We are looking for exceptional support engineers who have the demonstrable ability to debug complex calling and meeting issues and the drive to learn and grow technically, solve challenging problems, and exceed customer expectations.

This is a six-month contract role reporting directly to an Engineering Manager. We operate on a hybrid model out of our Bengaluru, India office, offering a blend of in-person collaboration and remote flexibility.

What you’ll do

• Triage, prioritize, and resolve or escalate tickets reported by Customer Support and other product development teams, such as product, engineering, and QA.
• Become the primary investigator of complex integration-related bugs.
• Own a specific production problem and/or customer request and provide active coordination between various internal teams in resolving them.
• Support engineering teams in deploying new features, hot fixes, upgrades/patches in production and staging environments, and work closely with QA and customer support teams to schedule and test.
• Develop extensive documentation for both customers and internal teams to reduce troubleshooting time and drive faster issue resolution.
• Research, analyze, and diagnose complicated technical issues by leveraging backend systems and logging.
• Lead active incident management and post-incident learnings.
• Generate detailed dashboards and reports to facilitate the product and engineering roadmaps, identifying the classes of incoming tickets and improving product quality & stability.
• Become a subject matter expert in one or more of the following areas: various products, technical stacks, deployment environments, and tools.
• Partner with engineering teams to develop robust monitoring and alert detection systems that aid in expediting issue identification.
• Monitor application performance and make recommendations to improve overall application proficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop internal tools, enhance bug management workflows, and automate processes to create efficiency.
• Start leading and/or mentoring other production support engineers on a fast-growing team.

Skills you’ll bring

• 5+ years of experience in supporting large-scale distributed systems, SaaS-based solutions, working with global distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• A technical background with excellent English written communication skills and empathy for software engineers and customers is vital.

Your role
As a Salesforce Technical Administrator, you’ll own the administration, configuration, and day-to-day reliability of our Salesforce CRM environment, including key CPQ and sales support workflows. You’ll work closely with Salesforce Engineers, Systems Analysts, developers, and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable functionality, troubleshoot platform issues, and improve the systems that support our global Sales teams. You’ll also help create automation and operational improvements using Flows, Salesforce configuration, and light technical development support where needed. In addition, you’ll help bring structure and speed to incident response, releases, data quality, and documentation in a fast-moving agile environment. This position reports to our Sr. Director, Enterprise Applications & Integrations, and has the opportunity to be based in our Bengaluru, India Office. 

What you’ll do

• Own advanced Salesforce administration and configuration across page layouts, fields, objects, validation rules, permissions, and sharing models.
• Build and enhance automation using Record-Triggered Flows, Screen Flows, and Autolaunched Flows to streamline business processes.
• Support Salesforce CPQ administration, including pricing waterfall logic, price rules, product rules, and advanced approvals.
• Troubleshoot issues across configuration, CPQ, integrations, pricing, quoting, and data quality to keep the platform running at speed and with accuracy.
• Resolve production issues and support cases within defined SLAs using structured incident management practices.
• Partner with developers on more complex requirements and contribute basic Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL-based solutions for minor enhancements and troubleshooting.

Skills you’ll bring

• A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of Salesforce administration and support experience in a complex, integrated enterprise environment.
• Salesforce Administration expertise in Sales Cloud, including strong experience with configuration, Flows, and the Salesforce security model.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CPQ processes and the ability to support pricing and quoting operations end to end.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce development concepts such as Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL, along with experience operating in agile delivery environments.
• Experience with Salesforce data management, including migrations, retention, data quality, and issue resolution in integrated enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with tools such as Outreach, Marketo, Git, Workrails, Jira, and Copado.

As a Senior SDET, you are a strong software engineer with deep expertise in test automation and quality engineering. You design and own scalable test frameworks, drive quality strategy for your domain, and proactively identify risk in complex, cloud-native systems.
