About the team
The Support Experience engineering organization builds and improves Stripe’s user support from end to end: how users get help within our products, how they get in touch with us when they have questions, and how our teams use internal tools to answer those questions. We’re accountable for the quality and reliability of this support stack and we use data and firsthand experience to continuously improve it.
Providing great support to users of all sizes is culturally important to everyone at Stripe. We partner closely with Stripe’s design, product, and operational teams across a wide surface area: the external-facing support interfaces (https://support.stripe.com/), self-serve content, entry points, internal tooling, case routing, and helping product teams across the company reduce support volume by improving our products. Our mission is to elevate the GDP of the internet, presenting an extraordinary opportunity for you to contribute to the global economy while engaging in the most impactful work of your career.
The Center of Excellence (CoE) was established to ensure scalable, high-quality service delivery across the Technical Account Management (TAM) and Customer Success Management (CSM) functions. By centralizing, standardizing, and progressively automating repeatable, low-context activities such as reporting, onboarding, monitoring, and optimization support, the CoE alleviates the administrative burden on frontline TAMs and CSMs.
This operational model empowers account-facing teams to concentrate on high-value strategic engagement, technical advisory, and customer outcomes, while guaranteeing consistent quality and operational efficiency at scale. Although the initial focus is on supporting priority and strategic accounts, the CoE’s frameworks and outputs are designed to benefit the broader organization by enhancing deliverable consistency, expanding capacity, and facilitating sustainable, sublinear growth across the enterprise servicing model.
The Manager, Center of Excellence (CoE) Technical Account Management Lead, will be responsible for spearheading the TAM aligned function within the CoE. This role is a hands-on operational leadership position focused on managing contributors, overseeing intake and delivery across key TAM workstreams, and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution.
This role collaborates closely with frontline TAM teams to support activities such as onboarding, account reviews, operational assessments, payouts, verifications, and supportability initiatives. In addition to overseeing delivery, this leader is accountable for developing repeatable processes, enhancing operational rigor, and identifying automation opportunities that improve efficiency and predictability. Success in this role necessitates a builder mindset, comfort in navigating ambiguity, and a strong focus on scalable outcomes.

You’ll be accountable for operational excellence across fraud review workflows—setting the operating cadence, defining and evolving team metrics, strengthening quality and consistency of decision-making, and scaling processes through tooling and vendor partnerships.
This role is both strategic and hands-on: you’ll stay close to day-to-day fraud workflows, regularly reviewing cases and serving as an escalation point and decision-making resource for the team.
You are an operations leader who can scale fraud investigation and review programs while staying close to the details. You are fluent in running high-performing teams through clear metrics and operating cadence, and you can partner cross-functionally to evolve tooling and processes. You bring sound judgment, calm execution under pressure, and a bias toward data backed solutions and measurable improvements in both fraud outcomes and user experience.

As Stripe’s user base and global footprint grows dramatically, we have distinctly unique support problems resulting from both our type of scale and the type of businesses we partner with. The Stripe Delivery Center (SDC) strategy will provide operational leverage and expand Stripe’s portfolio of operational capabilities to support the scaled needs for external users and internal Stripe teams.
As an analyst on the technical operations team you will support some of Stripe’s most critical payment flows and a platform that processes hundreds of billions of dollars in payments a year. Our team builds and scales the infrastructure and financial partner integrations that enables Stripe to accept, manage, and payout money across many countries, currencies, and payment methods.
Technical Operations roles in Payments are a dynamic and key component of Stripe's success. This team’s scope includes: maintaining financial partner integrations, cash reconciliation, monitoring and maintaining payments performance for Stripe’s users, and triaging, investigating performance degradations.
Our team partners closely with various finance and infrastructure engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of accurate data between financial partners, internal stakeholders, and Stripe leaders. We report and trace all of Stripe’s money movement transactions, including payments in more than 30 currencies and dozens of countries.

Our Reporting, Accounting, and Data Services org gives businesses power over the entire life cycle of their cash flow. By coordinating billing, tax, reporting, and data services in one modern stack, Stripe’s revenue and finance automation suite eliminates the inefficiencies of legacy finance tools and supports revenue growth.
While the internet has been a boon to productivity, the gains have been uneven. Common financial processes like billing, tax, and quarterly reporting are still painfully inefficient and manual. They’re also typically spread across a dozen or more software tools. The result: one-third of finance leaders reopen their books at least once a quarter because of accounting errors, and half spend 10 hours a month manually correcting discrepancies.
Stripe’s RADS suite relieves those burdens by equipping finance leaders with revenue management tools that are as sophisticated as the businesses they run. The suite automates manual work and improves accuracy across the cash flow life cycle, from payments and billing to tax, reporting, and reconciliation.
Our portfolio is growing rapidly and we are expanding our RFA suite to serve the diverse spectrum of Stripe’s users, from brand new startups to public companies. Simultaneously we are investing in foundations for an extensible platform solution, including integrations with external systems that will let us scale our reach and capabilities by orders of magnitude over the next few years.
We are seeking an experienced technical leader to join our team to shape and build a suite of products that will let our users model and operate their business more efficiently. In this role, you will work closely with engineering managers, senior engineers, and cross-functional partners to design the technical architecture of the product to enable scale, interoperability and an amazing user experience. You will help grow the team in India to become a strong leader in delivering the Revenue and Finance Automation vision. You will also have the opportunity to be hands-on in building key systems, while mentoring and leading other engineers. Join us in spearheading a transformational opportunity for Stripe.
