What will you do everyday?

We are looking for a Software Developer to join our Backend Engineering team. Specifically, you will be:

• Collaborating with the product, design and operations teams to build a world class product
• Developing, owning and maintaining highly scalable distributed services and solutions
• Implementing a microservices based architecture using Golang and Python
• Ensure application performance, uptime, and maintaining high standards of code quality

What will you do everyday?

The Machine Learning team forms the core of Suki's product, driving innovation and predictive excellence. You'll leverage your NLP expertise to enhance our computational infrastructure and improve our technical approaches  and algorithms. Working directly on the platform powering our domain services, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to address NLP challenges and scale our platform for thousands of doctors. You'll manage and curate large datasets, ensuring data quality and relevance for training and evaluation. You'll monitor and analyze system performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and implementing necessary improvements. By staying updated on NLP and Generative AI advancements, you'll incorporate innovations to maintain our competitive edge, reducing doctors’ administrative burdens and significantly impacting their daily lives.

Requirements:*

• 7+ years in overall software experience, with at least 2+ years focused on shipping AI or machine learning systems to production
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of delivering at least one AI system to enterprise production, spanning the full workflow from problem framing, data pipelines, and model or agent development, through system integration, deployment, evaluation, monitoring, and continuous iteration
• Strong working knowledge of LLMs, including prompting, orchestration, RAG, context and cost management
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing evaluation frameworks for LLM-based systems, including automated evals, human feedback loops, regression testing, and benchmark design
• Experience in building and maintaining distributed backend services for ML/AI applications
• Strong grasp of CS fundamentals including abstractions, algorithms, probability, data structures and system design

In compliance with the State of California Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is between $225 - $250k in CA.  This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package. Qualifications*

• 5 to 8 years of work experience
• Proficiency using Android SDK 
• Kotlin experience is a must. Swift is a plus.
• Experience with Android frameworks such as Jetpack compose
• Must have experience with testing tools like JUnit etc.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries (e.g., Retrofit, OkHttp, etc.).
• Experience building and shipping apps to Google Play store

What will you do every day?

We are looking for a Software Architect  to join our Engineering team. Suki's architecture practice is at an inflection point. We have sustained significant CCU growth, completed a demanding OLTP Database scaling journey, leveraged Redis Streams based service orchestration, deployed self-hosted ML models, built agent-driven workflows, launched an Offline Data Platform, and maintained a client surface spanning iOS, Android, Web, SDKs, and a Chrome extension — with on-device ML capabilities across all of them.

The Architect is the person who holds institutional memory and architectural coherence across this surface area — so that decisions made in isolation don't quietly contradict each other, patterns are reused rather than reinvented, and deviations from established patterns are documented, not silently absorbed. The work ahead includes enhanced agentic capabilities, continued multi-region expansion, investments on stream-based/offline data processing, and a growing ML inference footprint.

On a day to day basis, you will: 

• Maintain architectural coherence across a complex and wide surface area. 
• Own the load-bearing substrate through future growth and failure scenarios. The system must survive several multiples of current enterprise scale and every class of infrastructure event we can name.
• Drive the structural decomposition of platform and domain boundaries, service boundaries across the microservice portfolio, agentic framework direction, auth and access-control architecture, and cross-cutting concerns like observability and rate limiting.
• Bridge AI research and production infrastructure. Translate LLM and model requirements into efficient, production-grade services. Lead the agentic framework direction — memory architectures, tool orchestration, A2A patterns, semantic caching. Operate a GPU fleet at high duty cycle and understand dynamic batching, cross-session batching tradeoffs, and HPA calibration for GPU workloads.
• Document architectural patterns and deviations. Write Architectural Design Records, RFCs, and breaking-points documents that stand alone for readers unfamiliar with the context. Document deviations from established patterns with their reasons — not as failures, but as data points. 
• Remain hands-on — stay connected to the craft, read and write code. Prototype new architectures. Review pull requests for patterns that matter. Implement the hard parts of a new pattern yourself when it matters. Lead resolution of the most critical incidents. 
• Mentor and elevate the engineering organization. Act as a technical multiplier for senior engineers across backend, data, and ML disciplines. Hold a room, defend a position under pushback without collapsing into agreement, and adjust register for engineering vs. product vs. leadership audiences. Foster a culture of deep technical understanding, not just pattern-matching.
• Represent Suki’s architecture and engineering both in internal and external forums through technical blogs, conferences and meetups

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent production experience 
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven track record operating at an Architect, Staff, or Principal level 
• Expert-level proficiency in Go or Python, with the ability to lead architectural decisions and remain hands-on in code 
• Production ownership of a real-time streaming system (Redis Streams, Kafka, Pulsar, or equivalent) at scale — including personal pager experience and a specific debugging story for a duplicate-processing or lost-message bug 
• Experience operating multi-TB storage systems with active OLTP traffic 
• Hands-on experience with offline/batch architectures: Airflow or equivalent orchestration, columnar formats (Iceberg, Delta, or Hudi), and warehouse-scale query engines (BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift) 
• Experience designing and operating GPU inference infrastructure at scale, including dynamic batching, Triton/TensorRT, and HPA calibration for GPU workloads — or equivalent ML inference platform depth 
• Experience integrating and scaling systems using LLM APIs or foundation models, with opinions about agent framework design, memory architectures, and tool orchestration 
• Demonstrated experience navigating product-vs-platform decomposition in a real organization — including having been wrong, and articulating what the reversing signal was
• Proven ability to reason about client-side implications of backend decisions across native mobile, web, SDK, and browser extension surfaces 
• Familiarity with healthcare-adjacent regulation (HIPAA, PIPEDA, PHIPA, SOC2, or HITRUST) as a design constraint, not just a compliance requirement, will be a strong plus 
• Strong experience with GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, gRPC, and Protocol Buffers; multi-region architecture and data residency design will be a strong plus

What are we looking for?

The Senior Manager of Sales Operations is a senior cross-functional leader responsible for building and scaling the operational infrastructure that drives net new bookings growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this leader will own the strategy and execution across sales enablement, systems, compensation, reporting, and forecasting. This role sits at the center of Sales, Finance, and Customer Success — ensuring the processes, data, and tools are in place to help the sales team close more business, faster.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the CRO to define and execute sales strategy, providing operational insights and process improvements that drive net new bookings growth.
• Proactively identify inefficiencies across the sales motion and implement scalable solutions to accelerate sales cycles and rep performance.
• Own the sales enablement strategy — including playbooks, training programs, and adoption — ensuring the team has what it needs to perform.
• Drive continuous improvement in sales rep productivity, ramp times, and cycle times through data and process discipline.
• Optimize processes for handoff from sales to customer success and technical support, ensuring seamless post-sale transitions.
• Prepare and deliver recurring reporting for all levels of the organization, including weekly funnel reports, forecasting materials, and executive-ready insights on bookings performance, GTM strategy implications, field readiness, and plan feasibility.
• Analyze sales data — including historical trends — to identify actionable insights that enable sales leadership to make informed, data-based decisions and develop effective sales plans and objectives.
• Lead forecasting cadence and pipeline management, leveraging Salesforce pipeline evaluation to build sales predictability, ensure revenue projection accuracy, and inform decisions on targets and hiring plans.
• Design and execute scalable sales processes, tools, and governance frameworks — driving cross-functional stakeholder adoption across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Own Salesforce platform strategy including architecture, automation, tooling evaluation, and data governance for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Establish and enforce data governance standards and standardized pipeline definitions, forecast methodology, and auditable controls for executive and board-level reporting.
• Manage territory design, channel partnerships, and contract review to ensure proper coverage and alignment to GTM strategy.
• Develop GTM capacity and coverage models to support company goal-setting, headcount planning, and bookings target-setting.
• Evaluate feasibility of quota and territory changes, modeling operational implications and field readiness before plan changes are deployed.
• Own compensation plan design, quota models, territory frameworks, and SPIFF programs; lead incentive program management and collaborate with Finance and HR on business planning aligned to company goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Demonstrated success owning sales operations at a B2B SaaS company; healthcare or health-tech experience strongly preferred.
• Deep Salesforce expertise including architecture, automation, reporting, and data governance across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations.
• Experience designing and administering compensation plans, quota models, and territory frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at the VP/C-suite level.

What You’ll Do

As Suki’s Commercial Counsel, you’ll handle a variety of legal, commercial, and product counseling issues. Reporting directly to the GC, you will be the second lawyer on the team, so you’ll be an exceptionally important part of the company and will immediately have the opportunity to step in, own projects, and become a critical member of Suki’s Legal team who will work cross-functionally with all of Suki’s teams, especially our Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams. This position isn’t a role where you’ll just redline documents and pass them off; you will be deeply embedded in our commercial growth and the success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the point person for commercial deals. You’ll draft, negotiate, and advise cross-functional teams on a wide variety of commercial agreements, including new business development initiatives, software licenses, partnership agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Build, streamline, and operationalize Suki’s contracting process to help us scale, including creating new playbooks to help the Sales team automate their sales motions.
• Provide thoughtful and practical business and legal advice on various legal risks, business strategies, and other issues related to commercial transactions, data privacy, and the shifting landscape of AI regulation.
• Own the entire contracting cycle--from initial draft to execution--working with business teams to drive contract negotiations to quick and successful completion.

Qualifications

• JD, with strong academic credentials and membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
• 5+ years of legal experience, with significant experience drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial deals for technology companies (either in-house or at a law firm).
• Proven ability to provide entrepreneurial, pragmatic, business-oriented advice, with a dedication to superior customer service.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable, collaborative business advice.

The Machine Learning team forms the core of Suki's product, driving innovation and predictive excellence. You'll leverage your NLP expertise to enhance our computational infrastructure and improve our technical approaches  and algorithms. What will you do every day?

We are looking for strong Staff Engineers to join our Backend Engineering team, with exposure to Machine Learning or Data Engineering. As a Staff Engineer, you are a technical pillar for the entire engineering organization. You will leverage your deep expertise in both Backend systems and ML Inference systems to multiply the impact of our teams and define what's next for our technology.

• Lead Unified Technical Strategy: Define and drive the architectural vision for Suki's backend, data and ML inference platforms. Create the roadmap for how we build, deploy, and scale everything from core microservices to our most advanced model serving and data infrastructure.
• Architect for AI at Scale: Lead the design of robust, highly scalable systems for both our core backend (in Go and Python) and our ML infrastructure, including real-time inference APIs, offline training pipelines, data processing, and GPU orchestration.

The Role

As Head of Product Operations, you will own the operational backbone of Suki’s product organization. Drive Operational Excellence Across the Product Organization

Scale Strategic Communications & Governance

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in product operations, program management, product analytics, or a closely related function—with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in healthcare technology or related industry

What will you do everyday?

As a member of the Suki Platform product team, you will wear many hats. You will primarily contribute to the Suki Developer Platform, which enables healthcare technology solutions, such as electronic health record systems (EHRs), to incorporate Suki’s AI and voice experiences directly into their applications.

In this role, you will oversee development, launch, and drive growth and product success metrics for various Suki platform solutions. What you will do every day

As a Senior Engineering Manager for our AI Engineering team, you will serve as the strategic leader and mentor for our team of SF Bay Area based Machine Learning and Backend Engineers developing new Clinical Intelligence features alongside customers and partners.  You will act as the bridge between ambitious product vision and technical execution, partnering closely with Product, Design, and Executive leadership to prioritize and execute on a roadmap that redefines the category. 

This role is responsible for project delivery from the ML data pipeline, to model and agent development, and the services/interfaces that will power our mobile and web clients, and public facing APIs.  These services primarily perform inference, summarization, classification and transformation tasks.  Previous experience using semantic, agentic, and structured RAG is expected.  Candidates also need to have a strong background in software engineering and operations, and experience deploying high-concurrency, model-backed microservices atop Kubernetes.

Given the rate of industry growth and change, the role requires staying up to date with technological advancements in AI, and suggesting & evaluating system design and inference approaches proposed by the team.  You will build and iterate on features and services that directly impact thousands of clinicians, and improve their lives everyday

In compliance with the State of California Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this role is between $265k - $300k. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
