What will you do everyday?

The Machine Learning team forms the core of Suki's product, driving innovation and predictive excellence. You'll leverage your NLP expertise to enhance our computational infrastructure and improve our technical approaches  and algorithms. Working directly on the platform powering our domain services, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to address NLP challenges and scale our platform for thousands of doctors. You'll manage and curate large datasets, ensuring data quality and relevance for training and evaluation. You'll monitor and analyze system performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and implementing necessary improvements. By staying updated on NLP and Generative AI advancements, you'll incorporate innovations to maintain our competitive edge, reducing doctors’ administrative burdens and significantly impacting their daily lives.

Requirements:*

• 7+ years in overall software experience, with at least 2+ years focused on shipping AI or machine learning systems to production
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of delivering at least one AI system to enterprise production, spanning the full workflow from problem framing, data pipelines, and model or agent development, through system integration, deployment, evaluation, monitoring, and continuous iteration
• Strong working knowledge of LLMs, including prompting, orchestration, RAG, context and cost management
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing evaluation frameworks for LLM-based systems, including automated evals, human feedback loops, regression testing, and benchmark design
• Experience in building and maintaining distributed backend services for ML/AI applications
• Strong grasp of CS fundamentals including abstractions, algorithms, probability, data structures and system design

In compliance with the State of California Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is between $225 - $250k in CA.  This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package. The Senior Manager of Sales Operations is a senior cross-functional leader responsible for building and scaling the operational infrastructure that drives net new bookings growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this leader will own the strategy and execution across sales enablement, systems, compensation, reporting, and forecasting. This role sits at the center of Sales, Finance, and Customer Success — ensuring the processes, data, and tools are in place to help the sales team close more business, faster.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the CRO to define and execute sales strategy, providing operational insights and process improvements that drive net new bookings growth.
• Proactively identify inefficiencies across the sales motion and implement scalable solutions to accelerate sales cycles and rep performance.
• Own the sales enablement strategy — including playbooks, training programs, and adoption — ensuring the team has what it needs to perform.

• Own compensation plan design, quota models, territory frameworks, and SPIFF programs; lead incentive program management and collaborate with Finance and HR on business planning aligned to company goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Demonstrated success owning sales operations at a B2B SaaS company; healthcare or health-tech experience strongly preferred.
• Deep Salesforce expertise including architecture, automation, reporting, and data governance across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations.
• Experience designing and administering compensation plans, quota models, and territory frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at the VP/C-suite level.

In this role, you’ll own ensuring that the commercial contracts and business engine powering Suki keeps running smoothly and continues to scale as the company grows, enabling us to help transform the healthcare industry.

What You’ll Do

As Suki’s Commercial Counsel, you’ll handle a variety of legal, commercial, and product counseling issues. Reporting directly to the GC, you will be the second lawyer on the team, so you’ll be an exceptionally important part of the company and will immediately have the opportunity to step in, own projects, and become a critical member of Suki’s Legal team who will work cross-functionally with all of Suki’s teams, especially our Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams. This position isn’t a role where you’ll just redline documents and pass them off; you will be deeply embedded in our commercial growth and the success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the point person for commercial deals. You’ll draft, negotiate, and advise cross-functional teams on a wide variety of commercial agreements, including new business development initiatives, software licenses, partnership agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Build, streamline, and operationalize Suki’s contracting process to help us scale, including creating new playbooks to help the Sales team automate their sales motions.
• Provide thoughtful and practical business and legal advice on various legal risks, business strategies, and other issues related to commercial transactions, data privacy, and the shifting landscape of AI regulation.
• Own the entire contracting cycle--from initial draft to execution--working with business teams to drive contract negotiations to quick and successful completion.

Qualifications

• JD, with strong academic credentials and membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
• 5+ years of legal experience, with significant experience drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial deals for technology companies (either in-house or at a law firm).
• Proven ability to provide entrepreneurial, pragmatic, business-oriented advice, with a dedication to superior customer service.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable, collaborative business advice.
• Highly organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and diligent.

The Solutions team at Suki works most closely with our Platform customers, integrating their systems and applications with the Suki Platform APIs and SDKs.  You’ll equally leverage your technical experience alongside business process acumen to ideate how best to deploy dictation, ambient, text generation and summarization capabilities to meet user’s needs and drive the industry forward.

• 5+ years in technical consulting, application development, or solutions engineering.
• High-level proficiency in one of the following: Python, Golang, or Java.

What We’re Trying to Do (And Why We Need You)

That’s where you come in.  You will work on LLM-powered microservices that integrate Suki products with some of the world's top health systems.  You will build out features and services that directly impact doctors and their patients, securely retrieving relevant records and decisioning criteria.  You will advance the technical direction of our EMR integration efforts, exploring ways to standardize, streamline, and scale our integration platform.  You will be the builders of the systems that bring Suki’s Ambient Clinical Intelligence (ACI) to thousands of clinicians and improve their lives everyday.

• 5+ years experience in a software engineering role focused on application backend services.  Recent experience building and maintaining ML/AI driven applications.

• Intimate knowledge of Go, Java, or Python and the ability to add and modify functionality to improve current integration capabilities.
• Experience with scaled distributed systems using microservices,protobufs and gRPC.

The Role

As Head of Product Operations, you will own the operational backbone of Suki’s product organization. You will be the strategic glue between Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Design, and our customer-facing teams—ensuring that product development is data-informed, efficiently executed, and tightly aligned with business outcomes.

You will build and scale the systems, processes, and analytics capabilities that allow our product teams to move faster, make better decisions, and deliver greater impact. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you’ll serve as a trusted strategic partner to executive leadership, bringing operational excellence and a culture of continuous improvement to a rapidly scaling AI-first healthcare company.

What You’ll Do

Drive Operational Excellence Across the Product Organization

• Design and implement end-to-end product development processes—from ideation through launch and iteration—that maximize speed, quality, and cross-functional alignment
• Own the product development cadence: planning cycles, sprint rituals, milestone tracking, and executive review rhythms
• Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks, reducing cycle times and improving predictability of delivery

Build the Product Analytics & Insights Engine

• Stand up and scale a product analytics function that delivers actionable insights on usage, adoption, retention, and clinical outcomes
• Define and maintain the product KPI framework; ensure dashboards and reporting give product leaders real-time visibility into what’s working
• Partner with Data Science and Engineering to build scalable data pipelines that fuel experimentation, A/B testing, and evidence-based decision-making
• Translate complex data into compelling narratives for executive leadership and board-level reporting

Own Cross-Functional Program Management

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs spanning product, engineering, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams
• Build and manage the integrated product roadmap—ensuring dependencies are mapped, trade-offs are visible, and priorities reflect both user needs and business strategy
• Drive alignment across stakeholders on scope, timelines, and resource allocation for major product initiatives
• Serve as the central coordination point for EHR integration programs, platform launches, and enterprise rollouts

Manage the Product Tech Stack & Tooling

• Evaluate, implement, and optimize the product team’s technology stack—including product analytics, feedback management, experimentation, roadmapping, and project management tools
• Ensure tooling enables seamless collaboration and data flow across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams
• Champion adoption and best practices; train and onboard teams on new tools and workflows

Scale Strategic Communications & Governance

• Design and own the product communication cadence: stakeholder updates, release notes, internal product reviews, and customer advisory board coordination
• Build governance frameworks for product decision-making, prioritization, and resource allocation
• Ensure product strategy and progress are communicated clearly and consistently to executive leadership, the board, and cross-functional partners

Be a Strategic Partner to the CPO & Executive Team

• Partner with the Chief Product Officer to translate product vision into operational reality
• Provide data-driven recommendations on portfolio prioritization, team structure, and investment allocation
• Bring an outside-in perspective: benchmark operational practices against industry best practices and continuously raise the bar

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in product operations, program management, product analytics, or a closely related function—with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in healthcare technology or related industry
• A rare blend of both program management rigor and analytics depth—you’re equally comfortable managing a complex multi-team initiative and building a KPI dashboard
• Strong track record of building product operations functions from the ground up in fast-growing technology companies
• Deep expertise in product analytics: defining metrics frameworks, building dashboards, and driving data-informed product decisions
• Experience with AI/ML-powered products is a strong plus; understanding of the unique operational challenges of shipping AI at scale (model lifecycle, data quality, experimentation frameworks)
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership—you know how to influence without authority and build trust with product, engineering, design, clinical, and commercial stakeholders
• Technically fluent: comfortable working alongside engineers, data scientists, and ML teams; you understand APIs, data pipelines, and modern product tech stacks
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to distill complexity into clarity for audiences from individual contributors to board members

What will you do everyday?

As a member of the Suki Platform product team, you will wear many hats. You will primarily contribute to the Suki Developer Platform, which enables healthcare technology solutions, such as electronic health record systems (EHRs), to incorporate Suki’s AI and voice experiences directly into their applications.

In this role, you will oversee development, launch, and drive growth and product success metrics for various Suki platform solutions. You will write excellent product specifications and work with engineering to ship your product. You will spend time with executive stakeholders, front-line clinicians, and EHR developers to assist them, learn from them, and improve our product. You will establish structures that will enable us to execute at the next level of scale. You will work in close collaboration with our engineering leaders and assist in designing systems for teaching our users to utilize the product better.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for core platform capabilities including APIs, SDKs, and integration frameworks.
• Partner closely with engineering teams on system architecture, platform scalability, and developer experience improvements.
• Define clear product requirements and technical specifications for platform services and developer tooling.
• Collaborate with backend engineers on system design, experimentation frameworks, and platform reliability.
• Work with external partners and developers to support integrations and ensure a seamless developer onboarding experience.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear product direction for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Balance long-term platform investments with near-term product delivery and business priorities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technology, including 1+ year in product management.
• Experience working on developer platforms, infrastructure products, APIs, or integration ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of API design, SDKs, developer tooling, and service-oriented architectures.
• Experience collaborating closely with backend engineers on system design and technical trade-offs.
• Ability to define product roadmaps, manage trade-offs, and translate complex technical systems into clear product requirements.
• Comfortable working in Agile development environments and fast-moving, startup-like settings.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to drive platform adoption and business value.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage engineering teams, external partners, and executive stakeholders.

What you will do every day

As a Senior Engineering Manager for our AI Engineering team, you will serve as the strategic leader and mentor for our team of SF Bay Area based Machine Learning and Backend Engineers developing new Clinical Intelligence features alongside customers and partners.  You will act as the bridge between ambitious product vision and technical execution, partnering closely with Product, Design, and Executive leadership to prioritize and execute on a roadmap that redefines the category. 

This role is responsible for project delivery from the ML data pipeline, to model and agent development, and the services/interfaces that will power our mobile and web clients, and public facing APIs.  These services primarily perform inference, summarization, classification and transformation tasks.  Previous experience using semantic, agentic, and structured RAG is expected.  Candidates also need to have a strong background in software engineering and operations, and experience deploying high-concurrency, model-backed microservices atop Kubernetes.

Given the rate of industry growth and change, the role requires staying up to date with technological advancements in AI, and suggesting & evaluating system design and inference approaches proposed by the team.  You will build and iterate on features and services that directly impact thousands of clinicians, and improve their lives everyday

• Expertise: Hands-on architectural and procedural experience working with ML-based systems and applications.  Prior tech lead experience mandatory.
• Action oriented: Understands how perfect can be the enemy of good, and adjusts system design and staffing to best fit the functional and business objective.
• Creativity: Applies new algorithmic, agentic and fine-tuned model techniques as necessary, thinks through system design alternatives with the team to balance between good, fast, cheap.
• Humility: Collaborates with engineering leaders and senior ICs to build a collaborative culture across geographies where roles and responsibilities are understood and respected.
• Problem solving: Works on multiple tasks and prioritizes responsibilities within an Agile/Scrum environment.  Partners well with Product and GTM teams.
• Ownership: Understands production systems, deployments and ensures application performance and uptime.
• Craftsmanship: Maintains high standards of code quality through evangelisation of unit testing, integration tests, and user experience.

Requirements: 

• 7+ years of total experience in Software Engineering management, with at least 3 years specifically leading high-performing teams of ML/DS engineers in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Technical fluency in NLP and ASR, specifically in the context of ambient sensing, large language models (LLMs), or agentic architectures.
• A proven track record of overseeing the full end-to-end lifecycle of multiple enterprise-grade model-driven services from research to large-scale production deployment.
• Ability to guide the team in building robust, distributed backend services for AI applications.
• Strong experience in MLOps at scale, ensuring the team has the tooling and infrastructure to iterate quickly and ship reliably.
• An advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a rigorous grasp of algorithms, data structures, and the ability to review complex code in Golang or Python.
• Exceptional ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into concrete technical designs that drive user impact in the healthcare space.
• Excellent written/verbal communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.  Commercial experience preferred.
