Why Suki — and Why Now
Suki is creating a new category in health technology: the AI-powered digital assistant for healthcare. Our mission is simple but profound—give time back to clinicians so they can focus on what matters most: caring for patients.
Today, doctors spend hours navigating complex electronic health record (EHR) systems—modern versions of paper charts that are often unintuitive, fragmented, and time-consuming. Suki changes that. Clinicians using Suki already spend 70% less time on administrative work, and we’re just getting started.
As our platform scales across voice, mobile, and enterprise experiences—and as the complexity of our product portfolio grows—we need a world-class operator to build the connective tissue between product, engineering, data, and our go-to-market teams. We’re looking for a Head of Product Operations to bring rigor, clarity, and velocity to how we build and ship products.

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you’ll serve as a trusted strategic partner to executive leadership, bringing operational excellence and a culture of continuous improvement to a rapidly scaling AI-first healthcare company.
