The Opportunity and the Team
Zuora’s Customer Success organization helps customers realize maximum value from their investment in Zuora. The Customer Success Strategy & Operations team supports both the CS organization and our customers by building the processes, tools, and systems that enable Customer Success to operate effectively at scale.. We are looking for a detail-oriented intern to support operational and analytical work during a temporary coverage period.
In this role, you will work closely with Strategy & Operations managers to support digital and scaled Customer Success programs and test emerging AI-driven workflows, with data analysis and reporting as core supporting activities. The work is hands-on and execution-focused, well suited for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and clearly defined processes, and who wants exposure to how Customer Success strategy is executed in a SaaS environment.

Your demonstrated experience leading implementation teams, working at the enterprise level to deliver multiple moderate to complex solutions covering domestic or international regions, will enable you to successfully drive the delivery team, and monitor project quality, financials, risk, and performance for all Zuora implementations. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project delivery, ensuring that the project remains on time, within budget, and meets the customer's outcome expectations.
Because you already have experience implementing Enterprise software systems and are proficient with SaaS or ERP or Order to Revenue systems, you will be able to start performing on day one. Your love for multi-tasking will prove useful as you will be responsible for managing the project plans and leading the implementations for multiple projects at a time. Successful Solution Delivery Managers at Zuora have a healthy sense of risk and are able to proactively manage risk prior to failure.

We are looking for a relationship-focused, outcome-oriented Enterprise Account Executive, Expand with an entrepreneurial spirit to help us take on a huge market opportunity. In this role, you’ll focus on targeted $100M–$1B+ accounts across the region, helping some of the most successful software, hardware, media, telecom, and IoT companies sustain rapid growth and transform their entire business.
You’ll work closely with our existing customers as a trusted advisor, further pioneering business transformation while expanding Zuora’s footprint and value. Own day-to-day management of the internal communications calendar for your programs, ensuring the right messages reach the right audiences at the right time and avoiding channel conflicts or duplication.
Support coordination across regions and functions so global and local communications feel consistent, timely, and relevant.
Write and edit clear, compelling content
Draft, edit, and polish internal content across channels, including A–Z newsletter blurbs, executive and functional emails, Slack posts, intranet articles, company enablement, talking points, FAQs, and event scripts.
Translate complex strategies and initiatives into simple, human, and actionable messages tailored for different audiences (all ZEOs, people leaders, specific functions/regions).

Support executive and leadership communications

About You

The Team & Role
The solution architect is a key member of the professional services team responsible for the design and architecture of Zuora solutions. The position requires strong consulting skills with the ability to effectively command a room. The solution architect plays a lead role during the implementation, identifying and documenting client business requirements, mapping and configuring the Zuora solution to meet the client’s requirements and providing guidance to the client to achieve a successful implementation. They must identify potential issues and risks early in an implementation to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans. A solid candidate will have an innate ability to simplify complex technology concepts and to plan, prioritize and seamlessly integrate all moving parts to deploy successful solutions.
This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely while occasionally getting together with your team for office visits, events, or offsites. Of course, you’re welcome to come into the office more often if you’re nearby.
