Positively disrupting an industry that has not seen any innovation in over 50 years, Tekion has challenged the paradigm with the first and fastest cloud-native automotive platform that includes the revolutionary Automotive Retail Cloud (ARC) for retailers, Automotive Enterprise Cloud (AEC) for manufacturers and other large automotive enterprises and Automotive Partner Cloud (APC) for technology and industry partners. Tekion connects the entire spectrum of the automotive retail ecosystem through one seamless platform. The transformative platform uses cutting-edge technology, big data, machine learning, and AI to seamlessly bring together OEMs, retailers/dealers and consumers. With its highly configurable integration and greater customer engagement capabilities, Tekion is enabling the best automotive retail experiences ever. Tekion employs close to 3,000 people across North America, Asia and Europe.
Why This Role Matters
This role powers Tekion’s AI‑native, end‑to‑end automotive platform by turning unified dealership data across DMS, CRM, Digital Retail, Service, and Payments into real‑time intelligence. You’ll operationalize a graph‑based contextual ecosystem so agents can retrieve the right context, enforce policy, and personalize experiences that drive measurable dealer outcomes. You’ll also build the resilient control layer - MCP and the LLM Gateway - that enables safe, cost‑efficient, multi‑provider LLM usage. Finally, you’ll define the standards for building, evaluating, deploying, and governing agentic systems so product teams can ship AI features quickly, safely, and at scale. In addition to enabling agentic systems powered by LLMs, this role also drives building the platform for classical ML models driving optimization across dealership operations.
What Makes This Opportunity Unique
This role offers direct, measurable impact on dealer outcomes and consumer experiences across Tekion’s Automotive Retail Cloud and Automotive Enterprise Cloud, with end‑to‑end ownership of an LLM control plane and gateway that serve multi‑tenant workloads under SLAs and, quality and cost guardrails. You’ll leverage a rich vertical dataset and domain graph spanning sales, service, parts, F&I, accounting, and consumer touchpoints to power context‑aware agents and retrieval‑augmented generation. You’ll also shape core levers - agent orchestration patterns, evaluation frameworks, and safety guardrails - so improvements in latency, reliability, evaluation quality, and safety translate into dealer KPIs like upsell, cycle time, CSAT, and service revenue. You’ll also maintain and enhance the platform to support classical supervised and unsupervised ML models .

Role Overview
We are seeking a Staff Frontend Engineer to be the technical anchor for our frontend capability. This role goes beyond feature delivery — you will define the frontend architecture, establish the component design system, own the Next.js application structure, drive performance standards, and mentor Senior and mid-level frontend engineers. You will build the most complex, data-intensive UI surfaces: real-time attribution dashboards, AI powered campaign builders, and platform-embedded intelligence widgets — all in React + Next.js stack integrated with Elasticsearch-powered search and streaming AI responses.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and evolve the frontend architecture: Next.js App Router structure, component boundaries, state management strategy (Redux), and data-fetching patterns — applying hexagonal UI principles where the component layer is decoupled from specific backend service contracts.
• Design and build the most technically complex UI surfaces: real-time attribution dashboards (streaming data), AI-powered campaign builder (LLM response streaming), Elasticsearch-backed customer search with faceted filtering, and platform-embedded opportunity cards.
• Define the component design system: atomic component library, theming contracts, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and Storybook-based documentation.
• Establish frontend performance standards: Core Web Vitals targets, bundle size budgets, SSR/SSG strategy with Next.js, lazy loading, and virtualization for large data tables.
• Lead Next.js architecture decisions: App Router vs. Pages Router tradeoffs, RSC (React Server Components) applicability, streaming SSR for AI-generated content, and API route design.
• Integrate AI-native frontend patterns: streaming LLM responses into UI components, real-time score updates from Redis/Aerospike via SSE, and Elasticsearch typeahead search.
• Drive code quality through design reviews, code reviews, pair programming, and frontend-specific engineering standards.
• Mentor Senior and mid-level frontend engineers — setting the bar for component design, test coverage, and performance discipline.
• Collaborate closely with backend Staff Engineers to define API contracts and with designers to implement pixel-perfect, accessible UIs
Skills & Qualifications
• 8+ years of frontend engineering experience with deep React and Next.js expertise in production systems.
• Mastery of Next.js 14+ App Router, React Server Components, streaming SSR, and static generation — knowing when to apply each pattern.
• Strong TypeScript expertise: type safety across component props, API contracts, Redux store shape, and server/client boundaries.
• Deep Redux expertise: slice design, selector optimization, middleware patterns, and RTK Query for data fetching.
• Proven experience building data-intensive dashboards with real-time data (WebSocket, SSE, or polling) and chart libraries (Recharts, D3.js).
• Experience integrating Elasticsearch-powered search UIs: typeahead, faceted search, and result ranking display.
• Strong frontend performance engineering: bundle analysis, code splitting, memoization, virtualization, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
• Experience establishing and maintaining component design systems with accessibility standards.
• Experience mentoring engineers and raising the technical bar across a frontend team.
Good to Have
• Experience streaming LLM/AI-generated content into React UI components (token streaming, partial rendering patterns).
• Familiarity with platform-embedded micro-frontend patterns (module federation or iframe-based embedding).
• Background in automotive retail, eCommerce analytics, or SaaS BI/reporting platforms.
• Experience with Storybook for component documentation and visual regression testing.

Job Description
We are seeking a Staff Backend Engineer to design and build scalable, AI-native backend services that power customer intelligence, campaign orchestration, and attribution at automotive retail scale. This role is the critical technical anchor — defining hexagonal architecture patterns, owning service boundaries, driving AI integration patterns, and setting the engineering bar for the entire team.
Key Responsibilities
• Architect Java (Spring Boot 3.x) microservices using hexagonal architecture — defining clean domain cores, port interfaces for persistence (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB), and adapter implementations for Kafka, Elasticsearch, Redis/Aerospike, and external APIs.
• Own core domain models and service boundaries end-to-end: from initial hexagonal design through production operation, Kafka event contracts, and iterative enhancement.
• Build scalable, secure REST APIs and robust Kafka-based event-driven pipelines that consume and produce events across multiple source systems.
• Design MongoDB document schemas and PostgreSQL relational schemas for high-throughput, multi-tenant workloads — with deep attention to indexing strategy, TTL, and tenant isolation patterns.
• Design Cosmos DB data models for high-throughput event and state storage — partition key strategy, consistency levels, and TTL configuration.
• Design and implement durable campaign execution workflows using Temporal.
• Establish and own AI-native integration patterns: MCP tool registration, scoring model serving contracts, LLM gateway integration, and agentic workflow design.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across services, Kafka pipelines, data layers, and Elasticsearch query performance.
• Ensure all systems meet reliability, scalability, and observability standards.
• Mentor senior, mid-level, and junior engineers — setting and consistently raising the engineering bar.
Skills & Qualifications
• 8+ years of backend engineering experience with a strong track record delivering production-grade Java systems.
• Deep expertise in hexagonal architecture (ports & adapters) — proven ability to design domain cores fully decoupled from infrastructure layers.
• Strong Java 21 and Spring Boot 3.x expertise with event-driven, microservices-first design.
• Strong experience with Kafka — consumer groups, partition design, offset management, idempotent consumers, and event-driven service integration.
• Proven experience with MongoDB: document schema design, indexing, aggregation pipelines, and multi tenant isolation patterns.
• Strong PostgreSQL experience: complex schema design, query optimization, migration management.
• Experience with Cosmos DB or equivalent globally distributed key-value stores: partition key design, consistency tuning, high-throughput read/write patterns.

• Experience with Redis or Aerospike for high-throughput caching and session/state management.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems: service boundaries, data consistency, idempotency, retries, and circuit breaking on AWS (EKS, MSK).
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Temporal for durable workflow orchestration.
• Familiarity with MCP tool registration patterns and agentic platform integration.
• Working knowledge of Python for AI/ML pipeline integration (scoring models, feature serving, LLM gateway patterns).
• Prior experience building data platforms, real-time analytics systems, or AI-native SaaS products.
Perks & Benefits
• Competitive compensation and generous stock options.
• Medical insurance coverage.
• Work with some of the brightest minds from Silicon Valley's most dominant and successful companies.

Job Summary
AI is changing the world — and at Tekion, we’re shaping how our people grow with it.
This is not a role about replacing what Tekionites do. It’s about expanding what they’re capable of.
As our Director, AI Transformation & Enablement, you will architect the strategy, programs, and frameworks that help every Tekionite — from individual contributors to senior leaders — understand, embrace, and leverage AI as a genuine superpower in their everyday work. You’ll also use AI as a core part of how you and your team operate, actively modeling the future we’re building together.
This a brand-new role on a newly formed team — which means you’ll be building from the ground up, with the full support of the CPO and senior leadership. Some things are still taking shape, and that’s intentional: we want someone who thrives in that kind of environment, brings structure where it’s needed, and stays energized by ambiguity rather than derailed by it.
You’ll lead a lean but mighty team of 2+, partnering with cross-functional leaders across the business to define what the future of work at Tekion looks like — for a company that is itself building the AI products transforming an entire industry. With a small team, you’ll be expected to use AI — including building and deploying AI agents in Claude and other platforms — to multiply your team’s impact and model the kind of AI-powered working that you’re asking others to adopt.
Workforce Planning & Job Architecture
Build and maintain a forward-looking workforce planning framework that maps current talent capabilities against future AI-augmented skill needs
Lead a comprehensive job architecture redesign that reflects how roles and work are evolving — ensuring clarity, equity, and alignment across job families, levels, and career paths
Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify skill gaps and co-design targeted upskilling and reskilling pathways
Develop a data-driven approach to talent planning — using people analytics and AI-powered tools to help Tekion make smarter, faster decisions about where and how to grow
Advise on human-AI collaboration models and how roles may evolve as AI capabilities expand
Talent Management
Embed AI fluency and enablement into key talent processes — including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development — in partnership with L&D, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition
Design capability frameworks and learning pathways that help Tekionites build careers that evolve alongside AI — not in competition with it
Identify and develop AI champions and early adopters who can help scale enablement peer-to-peer across the organization
Ensure talent programs reflect the changing nature of work and position Tekion as a place where people come to grow into their best future selves
Team Leadership & Execution
Lead, develop, and grow a lean team of 2+ people professionals — using AI tools and agents to multiply the team’s output and operate above your headcount
Build and deploy AI agents in Claude and other platforms to automate and accelerate team workflows, from content development to program reporting and stakeholder communications
Set clear goals, OKRs, and success metrics — and track meaningful impact across all programs and initiatives
Operate with a startup mindset in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment and be tenacious about achieving goals, resourceful in how you get there, and flexible as priorities evolve in this new and growing function
Stay actively connected to the external AI transformation community — bringing best practices, emerging trends, and peer benchmarks back into Tekion’s strategy on an ongoing basis
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive HR, People Operations, organizational development, or management consulting experience, with at least 3–5 years managing teams (consulting background a strong bonus)
Demonstrated experience leading AI, technology, digital transformation, or other large-scale transformation initiatives with a strong people and change management lens
Proven track record in change management — ideally with formal methodology experience (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or similar frameworks)
Experience personally facilitating and conducting AI transformation training and workshops at other companies — not just designing programs or managing others who deliver them
Experience designing AI transformation training curricula or capability programs, with the ability to build and iterate content rapidly based on learner feedback
Demonstrated ability to build and use AI agents (e.g., in Claude, OpenAI, or similar platforms) to automate workflows, enhance productivity, or deliver better outcomes with a small team
Active, hands-on use of AI tools (generative AI, copilots, productivity assistants) as a meaningful part of your day-to-day professional work
Experience in workforce planning, organizational design, and/or job architecture redesign
Experience working with and coaching senior leaders and executives through significant organizational change
Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills — able to inspire, align, and influence at all levels without always having direct authority
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
Background in a large management consulting or HR consulting firm (e.g., Deloitte, McKinsey, Mercer, Accenture, Korn Ferry) PLUS hands-on, in-house experience at a mid-size, high-growth tech company
Strong, active external network within the AI transformation and future-of-work community — with relationships at peer companies doing leading AI internal adoption work
Experience with Workday HCM and/or AI-powered HR technology platforms
Track record of building and scaling people programs from the ground up in a fast-moving, resource-constrained tech environment
Experience designing enterprise capability academies, AI literacy programs, or large-scale learning journeys
Exposure to automotive, enterprise SaaS, or B2B technology industries (a plus, not a requirement)
WHO YOU ARE
You’re a builder, a connector, and a genuine believer in the power of people. You’ve sat in enough boardrooms to speak the language of strategy, and you’ve spent enough time with front-line teams to know that lasting change only happens when people feel seen, heard, and supported.
You’re genuinely excited about AI — not just as a concept, but as a tool you actively use, explore with curiosity, and love helping others demystify. You’ve personally stood in front of rooms full of skeptics and turned hesitation into enthusiasm. You know that the most effective change leaders don’t mandate adoption — they make the path feel natural, exciting, and worth walking.
You’re comfortable with ambiguity and don’t need a perfect playbook to get started. This is a new team and a new function, and some things are still being defined. You bring structure where it’s needed, stay flexible when it’s not, and remain tenacious in pursuing what matters most. You can operate resourcefully with a lean team — and you know how to use AI to make two people feel like ten.
You’re well-connected in the AI transformation community. You know who else is doing this well, you’re in conversations with peers at other companies, and you bring those insights back to inform what Tekion builds. You’re not just following trends — you’re helping set them
At Tekion, you’ll need all of that — and we can’t wait to see what you build.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to own the cross-team delivery machinery for a 20-person AI native engineering organization. This is not a project coordination role — it is a technical program ownership role. You will maintain the master delivery plan across two Scrum teams and shared resources, track and resolve
cross-team dependencies (platform teams, ARC backend, OEM integrations), manage risk before it becomes a miss, and create the delivery transparency that allows Engineering, Product, and Executive leadership to make fast, informed decisions. The best TPMs are invisible when things go well and indispensable when they don't.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the master delivery plan: maintain the integrated roadmap across both Scrum teams, shared resources (Architect, ML, SDET), and external platform dependencies — with milestone-level clarity at all times.
• Track and resolve cross-team dependencies: Agentic Engine, Core Platform (Temporal, MCP Gateway, Component Framework), ARC backend (Kafka event contracts, API dependencies), Design (component specs), and external vendors (email/SMS providers).
• Run the delivery rhythm: sprint review calendar, cross-team sync cadence, dependency review meetings, and risk escalation forums — keeping the Director and VP Engineering informed without burying them in status updates.
• Identify, quantify, and manage delivery risks: surface blockers early, drive resolution with urgency, and maintain a live risk register with mitigation owners and timelines.
• Own cross-team technical communication: translate engineering status into language that Product, Business, and Executive stakeholders can act on — and translate business urgency back into engineering trade-off decisions.
• Drive the release process: define release criteria, coordinate go/no-go decisions with Engineering, QA (Staff SDET), and Product, and manage production deployments across services.
• Manage the dependency interface to the T1 Agentic Engine team: track which Intent, Skill, Policy, and MCP tool registrations are ready, which are blocked, and what the critical path impact is.
• Continuously improve the delivery system: identify bottlenecks in the engineering process, drive retrospectives, and implement changes that sustainably increase throughput and quality.
Skills & Qualifications
• 12+ years of technical program management experience, with at least 3 years at Staff level managing multi team programs at SaaS or platform companies.
• Strong technical depth: able to read architecture diagrams, understand Kafka dependency graphs, evaluate API contract blockers, and participate credibly in engineering design discussions.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-team delivery programs with many external dependencies — including platform dependencies outside your direct control.
• Expert facilitation of engineering delivery rituals: sprint planning, dependency reviews, release gates, post mortems, and architecture syncs.
• Deep understanding of AI-native product delivery: what makes AI system delivery different from traditional software (eval requirements, model versioning, non-deterministic outputs, golden dataset dependencies).
• Excellent written communication: can produce a crisp, executive-readable status update that tells the truth clearly and drives decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management across Engineering, Product, Design, and Executive levels — comfortable managing up, across, and down.
Good to Have
• Experience managing delivery programs that involve both Java microservices and Python AI/ML engineering teams simultaneously.
• Familiarity with agentic AI platform concepts: intent registries, MCP tools, skill/policy authoring, and eval frameworks — enough to track technical dependency status accurately.
• Background in automotive retail technology or dealer management systems.
• Prior experience working in a US-India distributed engineering organization.

We need a senior graphic designer who can think strategically and ship great work. You'll manage our brand's visual identity across all digital channels and work directly with the communication team, marketing, and leadership to create designs that connect with our audience. You'll mentor the design team, maintain quality standards, and help build the way we work. This role fits someone who wants to lead, create, and grow a design practice at a technology company that moves fast.
Brand Vision & Consistency: You'll maintain our brand's visual standards and build the design systems that keep everything consistent. That means creating guidelines, components, and patterns that work across all platforms - so every project reinforces the brand without starting from scratch.
End-to-End Creative Leadership: You'll own design projects from start to finish across web, mobile, and marketing campaigns. That means taking concepts from initial ideas through final launch. You'll work with communications, marketing, product, and leadership to create designs that look sharp and move business metrics - whether that's revenue, adoption, or conversion.
Ideation & Storytelling: You'll research concepts and turn them into working designs. Then you'll present your work to different teams - product, marketing, leadership - and explain the thinking behind your JD - Associate Principle Graphic Designer 1 choices. That means showing why certain design decisions solve specific problems, not just what looks good. You need to make your case clearly whether you're talking to designers or marketers or executives.
Team Leadership & Growth: You'll manage a small design team and help them grow. That means coaching designers on their projects, giving feedback that improves their work, and building accountability around quality. The goal is creating a design powerhouse where people own their craft and keep getting better at it. Holistic Design Oversight: You'll review all design work before it ships - product interfaces, illustrations, brand materials, presentations, and campaign visuals. That means maintaining quality standards across everything and making sure it all feels consistent. Nothing goes out without your approval.
Systems & Workflow Innovation: You'll build design systems and workflows that make the team more efficient. As we grow, you'll keep improving how we work - finding ways to move faster without dropping quality. The goal is scaling output while keeping the work sharp.
Strategic Design Advocacy: You'll represent design in leadership meetings and cross-functional discussions. That means explaining design decisions to executives and showing how they connect to business goals - whether that's Brand perception, revenue, adoption, or user retention. You'll need to make the case for design quality and user experience when priorities compete.

Job Description
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer / SDET to drive quality across our AI-native backend services and platform systems. You will own test automation strategy, release quality gates, and quality engineering practices — working closely with backend engineers (Java + Python), product managers, and platform architects. This role focuses heavily on validating hexagonal architecture adapters, Kafka event pipelines, multi-database correctness, and AI scoring model outputs.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and scale automated test frameworks for Java microservices built on hexagonal architecture — with distinct test strategies for the domain core, adapter layers (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Redis/Aerospike), and external integrations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test suites: functional, integration (Testcontainers), regression, contract, and end-to-end across all adapter implementations.
• Validate Kafka event pipelines: consumer behavior, event ordering, idempotency, poison pill handling, and dead-letter queue processing.
• Validate MongoDB document integrity, PostgreSQL relational consistency, Cosmos DB partition correctness, and Elasticsearch index accuracy across service boundaries.
• Design and execute golden dataset test scenarios — seeding realistic dealer and customer data to validate scoring accuracy, suppression correctness, and attribution logic.
• Validate Python-based AI/ML service outputs: scoring model results, recommendation correctness, and LLM response safety gates.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers and architects to embed quality early in hexagonal domain design and adapter implementation.
• Drive testability improvements by influencing API design, logging, observability, and error handling.
• Own release quality and go/no-go decisions by defining and tracking quality gates in CI/CD pipelines.
• Define and monitor quality metrics: test coverage, defect leakage, flakiness, MTTR, and automation ROI.
• Lead root cause analysis for production issues and drive preventive measures.
• Mentor junior QA/SDET engineers and set best practices across teams.
Skills & Experience
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in QA Engineering, Test Automation, or SDET roles.
• Strong test automation expertise using modern Java-based frameworks; working knowledge of Python test frameworks (pytest) is a strong plus.
• Deep experience testing distributed microservices, REST APIs, and Kafka-based architectures.
• Experience with Testcontainers for integration testing across MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Elasticsearch locally.
• Strong understanding of Kafka testing: consumer behavior, event ordering guarantees, and idempotency validation.
• Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL testing patterns: data integrity, schema migration validation, multi-tenant isolation verification.
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch test strategies: index correctness, relevance, and query result validation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
• Experience validating AI/ML model outputs and scoring pipeline correctness.
• Exposure to contract testing (Pact or similar) and service virtualization for hexagonal adapter boundaries.
• Experience with performance, load, and chaos testing (JMeter, Gatling, k6) against Elasticsearch and Kafka.
• Background in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering practices.
Perks & Benefits
• Competitive compensation and generous stock options.
• Medical insurance coverage.
• Work with some of the brightest minds from Silicon Valley's most dominant and successful companies.

Job Description
We are seeking a Staff SDET to own the quality architecture for our AI-native platform. This is not a test execution role — it is a quality engineering leadership role. You will design and own the test strategy across all layers of the hexagonal architecture (domain core, adapters, integration, end-to-end), establish quality gates for AI model outputs, build the golden dataset evaluation framework, and set the engineering bar for Senior SDETs and QA engineers on both Scrum teams. Nothing ships without your sign-off.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the complete quality architecture: define test strategies at each hexagonal layer — domain core unit tests, adapter integration tests (Testcontainers), service-to-service contract tests (Pact), and end-to-end scenario tests.
• Design and build the golden dataset evaluation framework: seed realistic multi-tenant dealer/customer data across MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, Elasticsearch, and Kafka, and define assertion criteria for scoring accuracy, suppression correctness, and attribution logic.
• Establish AI quality gates: define evaluation criteria for ML model outputs (scoring, recommendations), LLM response quality, RAG retrieval accuracy (precision@k, recall), and agentic workflow correctness.
• Architect test infrastructure: Testcontainers configurations for MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, Kafka, Elasticsearch, and Redis/Aerospike — enabling fully local integration test runs.
• Own CI/CD quality pipeline: define what automated tests run at commit, PR, staging, and pre-release gates — with blocking quality thresholds.
• Define and track quality metrics: test coverage per hexagonal layer, defect leakage, flakiness rate, MTTR, and automation ROI.
• Lead root cause analysis for production escapes — own post-mortems and preventive measure implementation.
• Mentor Senior SDETs and QA engineers across both teams; conduct design reviews for test frameworks and golden dataset designs.
• Influence backend and frontend engineers on testability: drive API design, logging, observability, and error handling that makes services intrinsically testable.
Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of QA Engineering, Test Automation, or SDET experience with strong hands-on engineering depth.
• Deep expertise designing test strategies for hexagonal architecture: proven ability to test domain cores independently from adapters, and adapters independently from each other.
• Strong programming skills in Java (primary) and Python — able to write production-quality test frameworks, not just test scripts.
• Expert-level Testcontainers experience across MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Elasticsearch, and Redis/Aerospike.
• Experience with contract testing (Pact or similar) for service boundary validation and service virtualization.
• Deep Kafka testing expertise: consumer group behavior, event ordering guarantees, idempotency, and dead-letter queue validation.
• Experience designing golden dataset strategies: multi-tenant data seeding, realistic event sequences, and deterministic assertion design.
• Experience integrating quality gates into CI/CD pipelines with meaningful blocking thresholds.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML output validation: scoring correctness, RAG retrieval quality metrics, and agentic workflow eval design.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with performance, load, and chaos testing (Gatling, k6) against Kafka, Elasticsearch, and MongoDB at scale.
• Background in AI/ML quality engineering: eval frameworks (RAGAS or similar), model regression detection, and LLM safety testing.
• Prior experience owning quality for a platform serving multiple engineering teams (quality platform ownership).
• Familiarity with Cosmos DB testing patterns and eventual consistency validation strategies.
Perks & Benefits
• Competitive compensation and generous stock options.
• Medical insurance coverage.
• Work with some of the brightest minds from Silicon Valley's most dominant and successful companies.

Role Summary
Tekion is seeking a Director, GTM Product Management to lead and scale our Go-To-Market engine from Bangalore, India. This is a hybrid leadership role that spans product marketing, product strategy, GTM engineering, AI-powered content operations, and competitive enablement — reporting to the VP of Product Innovation and Design or VP of Product Marketing. You will own the strategy, systems, and content infrastructure that connects Tekion’s product innovation to revenue outcomes, building AI-native workflows that accelerate pipeline generation, shorten sales cycles, and increase competitive win rates across our Automotive Retail Cloud (ARC), Automotive Enterprise Cloud (AEC), and Automotive Partner Cloud (APC) product lines. You will also play a critical role in shaping product strategy by translating market intelligence, competitive dynamics, and customer insights into strategic inputs that influence the product roadmap and investment priorities.
Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution — Own end-to-end GTM planning for new product launches and feature releases across ARC, AEC, and APC — from Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definition (including target dealer groups by size, geography, OEM affiliation, and technology maturity) and channel strategy through pricing alignment, partner co-marketing, and launch execution.
AI-Powered Content Pipeline Design — Architect and operate automated content systems that transform raw inputs (call transcripts, win/loss data, competitor signals, CRM data) into publish-ready sales assets including battle cards, objection handlers, one-pagers, value propositions, ROI calculators, value/ROI justification content, and pre-call briefings.
Prompt Engineering & Agent Prototyping — Design, test, and optimize prompt libraries and AI agent workflows for GTM use cases such as competitive intelligence extraction, personalized outbound sequencing, dynamic battle card generation, and real-time objection handling support during sales calls.
Competitive Intelligence Program — Build and maintain a continuous competitive monitoring system that tracks competitor pricing, features, messaging, customer reviews, and analyst coverage — translating insights into actionable sales tools within hours, not weeks. Ensure the competitive enablement program scales through automation rather than manual effort.
Sales Enablement & Revenue Tooling — Create and manage the content arsenal that sales uses in-deal: pitch decks, demo scripts, talk tracks, persona-specific email templates, and competitive positioning guides. Partner with Product Marketing teams to align enablement materials with broader campaign themes and product narratives. Ensure assets are delivered inside the tools reps already use (CRM, email, meeting prep) rather than buried in a wiki.
GTM Workflow Automation — Design and deploy multi-step automated workflows connecting Tekion’s CRM, marketing automation, enrichment tools, and analytics into a unified revenue engine — including sales trigger systems that react to buying signals (funding rounds, leadership changes, DMS contract expirations) with immediate, tailored follow-ups.
Win/Loss Analysis & Market Intelligence — Run structured win/loss programs, buyer persona research, and voice-of-customer analysis. Extract patterns from deal data and call transcripts to continuously sharpen positioning, enablement content, and product feedback loops.
Content-to-Revenue Attribution — Implement measurement frameworks that track which enablement assets and GTM programs actually influence win rates, deal velocity, and revenue — not just views and downloads. Use data to prioritize investment and retire underperforming content.
Product Strategy & Roadmap Influence — Translate market intelligence, competitive analysis, win/loss patterns, and voice-of-customer insights into strategic recommendations that shape Tekion’s product roadmap and investment priorities. Serve as a bridge between GTM and Product/Engineering, ensuring that market reality informs build decisions.
Team Leadership — Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing GTM product management team in Bangalore. Set the vision, operating cadence, and quality bar for all GTM outputs. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success leadership across time zones.
At least 10 years of experience in product management/marketing, product strategy, sales enablement, or revenue operations within B2B SaaS
Demonstrated experience building and operating AI-powered content pipelines, prompt engineering workflows, or AI agent prototypes for GTM functions. Hands-on comfort with LLMs, automation platforms, and structured prompt design is required — not theoretical knowledge.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling, persona-specific narratives for diverse audiences (dealers, OEM executives, technology partners, end consumers).
Strong analytical mindset with experience in content-to-revenue attribution, win/loss analysis, and data-driven GTM optimization.
Experience influencing product strategy and roadmap priorities through structured market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
Experience leading and scaling distributed teams across geographies and time zones, with a bias toward building systems and playbooks that scale beyond individual effort.
Bachelor’s degree in Product, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a strong plus.
Automotive or DMS software product expertise
Experience building competitive intelligence programs that measurably improved win rates in enterprise sales cycles.
Strong technical fluency with GTM tooling ecosystems including CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation, project management tools (Jira, Confluence), and data enrichment platforms.
Experience designing and deploying automated outbound and sales trigger workflows that connect multiple systems into cohesive revenue pipelines.

Job Description
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer / SDET to drive quality across our AI-native backend services and platform systems. You will own test automation strategy, release quality gates, and quality engineering practices — working closely with backend engineers (Java + Python), product managers, and platform architects. This role focuses heavily on validating hexagonal architecture adapters, Kafka event pipelines, multi-database correctness, and AI scoring model outputs.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and scale automated test frameworks for Java microservices built on hexagonal architecture — with distinct test strategies for the domain core, adapter layers (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Redis/Aerospike), and external integrations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test suites: functional, integration (Testcontainers), regression, contract, and end-to-end across all adapter implementations.
• Validate Kafka event pipelines: consumer behavior, event ordering, idempotency, poison pill handling, and dead-letter queue processing.
• Validate MongoDB document integrity, PostgreSQL relational consistency, Cosmos DB partition correctness, and Elasticsearch index accuracy across service boundaries.
• Design and execute golden dataset test scenarios — seeding realistic dealer and customer data to validate scoring accuracy, suppression correctness, and attribution logic.
• Validate Python-based AI/ML service outputs: scoring model results, recommendation correctness, and LLM response safety gates.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers and architects to embed quality early in hexagonal domain design and adapter implementation.
• Drive testability improvements by influencing API design, logging, observability, and error handling.
• Own release quality and go/no-go decisions by defining and tracking quality gates in CI/CD pipelines.
• Define and monitor quality metrics: test coverage, defect leakage, flakiness, MTTR, and automation ROI.
• Lead root cause analysis for production issues and drive preventive measures.
• Mentor junior QA/SDET engineers and set best practices across teams.
Skills & Experience
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in QA Engineering, Test Automation, or SDET roles.
• Strong test automation expertise using modern Java-based frameworks; working knowledge of Python test frameworks (pytest) is a strong plus.
• Deep experience testing distributed microservices, REST APIs, and Kafka-based architectures.
• Experience with Testcontainers for integration testing across MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Elasticsearch locally.
• Strong understanding of Kafka testing: consumer behavior, event ordering guarantees, and idempotency validation.
• Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL testing patterns: data integrity, schema migration validation, multi-tenant isolation verification.
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch test strategies: index correctness, relevance, and query result validation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
• Experience validating AI/ML model outputs and scoring pipeline correctness.
• Exposure to contract testing (Pact or similar) and service virtualization for hexagonal adapter boundaries.
• Experience with performance, load, and chaos testing (JMeter, Gatling, k6) against Elasticsearch and Kafka.
• Background in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering practices.
Perks & Benefits
• Competitive compensation and generous stock options.
• Medical insurance coverage.
• Work with some of the brightest minds from Silicon Valley's most dominant and successful companies.

The Principal, Solutions Architect — Enterprise Sales is Tekion’s most senior domain authority in enterprise sales engagements, serving as the decisive voice of expertise that gives large dealer group executives the confidence to commit to the Tekion ARC platform. You partner with enterprise Account Executives as a peer and strategic advisor — not in a support capacity, but as a principal-level leader who shapes how Tekion approaches and wins the most complex, highest-value opportunities.
This role is defined first and foremost by deep, earned credibility. You have spent years inside or alongside large dealership operations and understand — in genuine detail — how a multi-rooftop dealer group runs: how the Controller thinks about a chart of accounts migration, how a Fixed Ops Director evaluates labor guide integrations, how a CFO stress-tests a platform transition. That operational depth is what separates this role from a traditional pre-sales function, and it is what makes you trusted rather than merely tolerated in executive conversations.
You bring fluency across every major dimension of a DMS and dealer operations — fixed ops, variable ops, accounting, F&I, parts, service, CRM, and retail — and the executive presence to engage at the VP and C-suite level with authority. Target customers include large publicly traded and privately held dealer groups (e.g., Asbury, Lithia, Penske, Group 1, AutoNation) as well as high-growth mid-market groups where Tekion’s platform can deliver transformative operational value.
