Responsibilities:

This is an individual contributor role with heavy leadership expectations. You are the "CEO of the Account," responsible for the following:

• Full-Spectrum Capture & Quota Ownership: Carry and exceed a multi-million dollar annual revenue quota. You are responsible for the entire lifecycle: from identifying the top of funnel opportunity and shaping requirements to the final contract award and revenue recognition.
• Tactical Execution: You don't just delegate; you execute. You will personally draft high-impact white papers, lead the development of complex proposals, architect deal structures, and navigate the nuances of defense contracting.
• Operational Transition: Once the deal is signed, your job isn't over. You will continue to lead the account, ensuring that the delivery team (Engagement Managers, Technical PMs, Engineers, and Product) enables mission success. You are the primary point of contact for the customer, ensuring the pilot doesn't just work, but scales.
• Renewal, Expansion, & Growth: Own the long-term account strategy. You are responsible for identifying the next use case, securing the follow-on funding, and driving the 10x growth that turns a single deployment into a department-wide enterprise standard.
• Direct Agentic Solutioning: Work in the weeds with technical teams and end-users to co-design Agentic AI workflows. You must be able to translate a customer’s vision into a specific technical requirement that our engineers can build against.
• SI & Prime Orchestration: In partnership with Scale’s Partner Managers, you will actively manage and negotiate with Tier 1 Systems Integrators (SIs) and Defense Primes to ensure Scale is the agentic AI engine of their larger programs. You will be the lead negotiator for sub-contracting and teaming agreements.

Requirements:

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in complex enterprise IT sales or business development specifically within the DoW/IC.
• Proven Track Record: You have successfully closed and implemented multi-year deals exceeding $25M. You know how to get a line item in the budget.
• Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the DoW’s modernization priorities, specifically in AI/ML, computer vision, or autonomous systems.
• The Valley of Death Navigator: You have a demonstrated ability to transition technology from "cool demo" to "deployed capability" within a major PEO.
• Strategic Network: Existing high-level relationships across the DoW, with a specific focus on Defense Agencies and enterprise IT,  as well as a Rolodex of contacts at the major primes.
• Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is strongly preferred.

• Geography: Based in the National Capital Region, with the ability to work out of Scale’s D.C. office 2-3 days a week.

WAGI is seeking a Full-Time Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician’s Assistant (PA-C) to join our gastroenterology medical practice. 

The Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP), as an independent healthcare provider, is responsible for delivering comprehensive treatment to both well and sick patients while working collaboratively within the gastroenterology health team. Via direct patient care, consultation, research, education, and partnership with other healthcare providers, demonstrates a high level of clinical experience in providing gastroenterology healthcare.  Patients and families are educated by the APP on how to encourage wellbeing, avoid health complications, improve current health, and engage in acute and chronic illness. APPs are mentored by practice Physicians; PA-Cs practice within the WA State licensing to include practicing medicine with Physician supervision.

 Responsibilities

• Provide care autonomously to a case load of patients in a gastroenterology practice
• Conduct comprehensive or episodic health history, physical assessment, and pre-procedure workups of patients with acute or chronic gastrointestinal health problems
• Prescribe and regulate medications per prescriptive authority in Washington State
• Document patient data to ensure continuity in the provision and coordination of patient care to include verbal and phone communications
• Collaborates with physicians in managing acute and long-term medical needs of patients
• Provides monitoring and continuity of care between physician visits; maintains and reviews patient records, charts and other pertinent information; triages patient telephone calls and provides medical advice and guidance

Washington Gastroenterology has an excellent compensation and benefit package that includes the following:

As our first Director of Technical Program Management, you will build the TPM function from the ground up and report directly to the CTO. You'll lead a lean team of IC TPMs and serve as the critical bridge between Product, Engineering, Hardware, and AI—translating ambitious roadmaps into disciplined, predictable delivery.

We are seeking a senior executive with exceptional government relationships and credibility to serve as our Head of Sales. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead our global sales organization while serving as the face of Rhombus at the highest levels of the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and international defense markets. • Serve as the Facility Security Officer (FSO) for Helsing's US subsidiary, maintaining full compliance with NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117), DCSA requirements, and all obligations under the company's Special Security Agreement (SSA) 
• Own and manage all aspects of facilities security, including physical security plans, access controls, intrusion detection systems, and classified space (SCIF/SAPF) accreditation and operations 
• Lead the organization's Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) readiness and compliance efforts, partnering cross-functionally with IT, engineering, and program teams to achieve and maintain required certification levels 
• Manage the COMSEC program end-to-end, including account management, key material handling, destruction, and coordination with controlling authorities

Close the Gap Between Product and Trade

• Own the product vision for how structured product data flows from a SKU definition through a commercial invoice, advance ship notice, and customs entry — automatically, accurately, and with full audit trail.
• Identify where manual, error-prone processes (data re-entry between systems, BOM-to-invoice reconciliation, HTS classification at the line-item level) can be automated, validated, or eliminated entirely through a well-modeled product identity.
• Build the case — with data, customer evidence, and working prototypes — for prioritizing the integrations and automations that unlock the most compliance value.

Turn Systems Expertise into Product Requirements

• Translate your firsthand experience with PLM implementations, ERP configurations, and the broken handoffs between them into concrete product features your engineering partners can build.

$200,000 - $255,000 USD

About the team + role:

The Chief Compliance Officer of Robinhood Money will manage and grow a scalable compliance program that supports our expanding suite of banking and credit card products. Position Summary: 

Reporting to the President & CEO and as a key member of the SPLC executive team, the Chief Legal Officer will be a thought partner and collaborative visionary responsible for shaping, leading and managing a strategic, innovative litigation docket at the federal, state, and regional level.

Effectively managing a large and experienced Legal team – and collaborating across issues, areas, and departments - the CLO will direct and implement the organization’s impact advocacy and litigation strategy at a time when the work of the SPLC has never been more vital.

What You’ll Do 

The Sr. Director of Credit Risk Analytics is a senior leadership role responsible for the full Credit Policy function — from strategy design through execution and measurement. You will own the credit program's analytical infrastructure, set the team's agenda, and be the primary accountable owner for portfolio profitability. This is a high-visibility role that requires equal parts strategic vision and quantitative rigor, with a strong bias toward structured experimentation and evidence-based decision-making. 

You will report directly to the Chief Risk Officer and serve as a key cross-functional partner to the Data Science, Finance, Product/Tech, and Sales teams. 

Credit Policy Strategy & Program Ownership 

• Define and own the Credit Policy roadmap, setting the team's agenda in alignment with company growth, risk appetite, and profitability objectives
• Determine which underwriting strategies, credit policy levers, and product term configurations to pursue — and in what sequence
• Partner with the Data Science team to translate policy intent into model inputs, scorecard strategies, and decisioning logic
• Ensure that credit policy decisions account for second-order effects, including merchant engagement and performance impacts associated with changes 

Experimentation & Strategy Measurement 

• Design, execute, and monitor controlled experiments (A/B tests, champion/challenger frameworks) for all material credit policy and product term changes prior to full rollout
• Establish rigorous experimental design standards that ensure clean attribution — isolating the impact of individual policy changes from macro, seasonal, and cohort effects

Portfolio Performance Monitoring & Analytics 

• Own ongoing monitoring of portfolio health across a comprehensive suite of KPIs, including delinquency rates, roll rates, early buyout rates, loss curves, and terminal outcomes by cohort, vintage, vertical, and channel

Valuations Framework & Unit Economics 

• Design and own a valuations framework and model that enables analysts on the team to rapidly and reliably model the unit economics impact of changes to credit policy, product terms, and origination mix
• Ensure the model is flexible enough to support "what-if" scenario gaming across key levers (e.g., APR equivalents, payment cadence, term length, approval tier thresholds) while maintaining analytical integrity
• Work with Finance and Capital Markets to align valuation assumptions with capital markets pricing, funding cost structures, and investor reporting standards 

Team Leadership & Development 

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four: a Senior Analyst, Manager, Senior Manager, and Director — establishing clear goals, growth paths, and accountability structures

ABOUT THE JOB

The ACLU seeks applicants for the full-time position of Manager, Facilities Construction in the Business Operations and Support Services (BOSS) Department of the ACLU’s National office in Washington, D.C. WHAT YOU'LL DO 

Reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer, the Director, Cyber Security Operations will be responsible to lead and evolve the ACLU's operational security capabilities. This role is responsible not just for running day-to-day security operations, but for building a mature, intelligence-driven detection and response program grounded in adversary tradecraft and real-world attack paths. 

You will lead a small, high-impact team and own SOC operations, detection engineering, threat hunting, digital forensics, and incident response. This role is expected to operate at both a strategic and hands-on level — shaping detection strategy, guiding investigations, and ensuring the organization can rapidly detect, respond to, and recover from sophisticated threats.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Lead and mature SOC operations with a focus on high-fidelity detection, signal-to-noise optimization, and measurable detection coverage. 
• Own and evolve the detection engineering program, including development of detections mapped to adversary behaviors (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK), continuous tuning, and validation through adversarial testing. 
• Establish and lead a proactive threat hunting program focused on identifying unknown threats, attacker dwell time, and control gaps across identity, endpoint, cloud, and SaaS environments. 
• Direct incident response and digital forensics efforts, including hands-on leadership during high-severity incidents, root cause analysis, and post-incident improvement. 
• Integrate cyber threat intelligence into detection and response workflows, ensuring intelligence is operationalized into actionable detections and hunt hypotheses. 
• Develop, test, and continuously improve incident response playbooks, escalation paths, and decision frameworks. 
• Lead tabletop exercises and adversary simulation activities to validate detection and response capabilities against realistic threat scenarios. 
• Drive operational resilience initiatives, including business impact analysis, recovery planning, and coordination with crisis management stakeholders. 
• Partner closely with identity, cloud, and application teams to close detection and response gaps, with a strong focus on identity as the primary attack surface. 
• Coordinate with physical security and external incident response partners during complex incidents. 
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing security operations team, fostering a culture of curiosity, rigor, and adversarial thinking. 
• Report on detection coverage, incident trends, adversary activity, and response effectiveness to senior leadership.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Significant experience in cyber security operations, detection engineering, threat hunting, or incident response; 10 or more years a strong plus
• Deep experience building and tuning detections across modern environments (endpoint, identity, cloud, SaaS), with an understanding of attacker techniques and evasion methods. 
• Proven experience leading and executing complex incident response engagements, including forensics, containment, and recovery. 
• Strong background in threat hunting methodologies, hypothesis-driven investigations, and identifying unknown or emerging threats. 
• Experience operationalizing threat intelligence into detections, hunts, and response actions. 
• Familiarity with detection frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK) and measuring detection coverage and effectiveness. 
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and make high-quality decisions during active security incidents. 
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical risk into clear business impact. 
• Experience mentoring and developing security practitioners. 
• Relevant certifications (GCIA, GCIH, CISSP, GCFA, GNFA) preferred. 
• Commitment to mission-driven security work.

ABOUT THE JOB

The ACLU seeks applicants for the full-time position of Technical Project Manager in the Information Technology Department of the ACLU’s National office in New York, NY, San Francisco, CA, or Washington, DC. This is a hybrid role that has in-office requirements of two (2) days per week or eight (8) days per month. This is a two-year term-limited position.  

The Information Technology (IT) department provides technology-based services and support for a more than 600-person National staff at our New York, Washington D.C., San Francisco, the Dakotas, Puerto Rico and Durham offices, including staff based in remote locations, and Affiliate offices nationwide that participate in the Affiliate Technology Services program. ACLU IT support staff ensures that business critical services are available to all staff.

This position is part of a collective bargaining unit. It is represented by ACLU Staff United (ASU).

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the Technical Project Manager leads organization-wide implementation of systems, business applications, and processes across the National and Affiliate offices. Grounded in industry best practices, methodologies, and frameworks (PMI, Agile/Scrum, ITIL), they will collaborate with peer project managers, analysts (product/functional and systems), engineers, and other IT-adjacent and nontechnical staff through the entire lifecycle of technology implementation and adoption: from RFP and evaluation through proof of concept (POC) / pilot, procurement, functional, operational, and security design, testing, training, technical and organizational change management, deployment, operational adoption, support maintenance, and continuous improvement. They are highly effective, mission-driven, and organized with outstanding communication and customer service skills. 

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Work with ACLU departments across the nationwide organization, vendors, and IT staff to determine priorities, evaluate business, technical requirements, and resource needs to implement technical solutions 
• Perform stakeholder requirements and impact analysis, risk assessment, feasibility studies, and project scoping, using established industry frameworks such as the RACI matrix to effectuate desired outcomes, proactively manage organizational change, and drive project ownership 
• Develop project goals, uncover and document dependencies, establish and negotiated reasonable work commitments and timelines, expected project deliverables, and delivery outcomes with project stakeholders 
• Develop detailed project plans including major phases that include at a minimum project initiation/charter, business and functional requirements, technical specifications, end-to-end process mapping, implementation, testing, training, communications, user rollout, post-implementation support, and project review 
• Lead risk management for assigned projects by preparing a project risk assessment matrix and updating it on a regular basis for review with the project team and sponsor 
• Manage project schedule, scope, and cost to ensure project is on time, within scope and budget, including resource allocations, driving utilization of established project management technologies and best practices 
• Proactively troubleshoot project issues and recommend effective, business-oriented, strategic solutions, and document deliberations and final decisions 
• Develop a project communications plan and effectively communicate with stakeholders regarding program / project status, issues, deadlines, and changes as defined, producing project progress reports and executive status dashboards 
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional technical and business teams to develop effective change management strategies, risk mitigation and communication plans 
• Develop project management templates and tools for internal use

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Proven track record of successful systems and process implementations in complex environments using structured, industry project management best practices 
• Experience implementing enterprise business systems such as the M365 tech stack including productivity, collaboration, and security suites, ERP (NetSuite), CRM (Salesforce, Blackbaud), HRIS, work management (ServiceNow, Zendesk), Request Management, Document Management System (SharePoint), and other back-office, business application systems, and third-party SaaS platforms. Experience with nonprofit donor management and legal systems highly desirable. 
• PMP, ITIL, or other related industry certifications required, including experience with program and project management best practices and industry methodologies and frameworks such as PMI, COBIT, ITIL, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall 
• Savvy organizational skills in a dynamic, cross-functional, inclusive work environment with ability to multitask, prioritize, and quickly identify project risks, roadblocks, and issues in a structured manner, navigating nuanced, complex work dynamics with professionalism, a strong sense of customer service, and urgency 
• Effective communication skills, verbal and writing, including ability to compose, edit, and proof correspondences, documents, status reports, and presentations that appropriately tailor to a diverse audience, including cross-functional project teams, stakeholders, management, and senior leadership 
• Ability to set and abide by deadlines and commitments, navigating competing priorities 
• Ability to represent the organization and work with ACLU staff and other colleagues in a professional, human-centered manner, maintaining tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality 
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and foster a team-focused environment that encourages collaboration and peer support 
• Experience in a large, complex nonprofit organization desirable
